“Your gods are tough on females that aren’t mates and even on some that are.”

“What makes you think that, Sweetheart? You know I would do anything for you.” Yes, she could see the love and warmth on his face. She believed he loved her, but if she had not been compatible, he would have pursued her and dumped her when he was through.

Hegias didn’t even come to say goodbye to the poor girl.”

“I forbade it, I thought a clean break best.” Maybe he was right, but it had been sad to watch her cry as she was dragged out the door kicking and screaming every step of the way. Even the two gods removing her had pity in their eyes.

“How do you know she isn’t a mate?” Sierra asked as it suddenly occurred to her that they should be checking every female coming in for compatibility.

Zeus looked at her for a moment and it suddenly seemed to occur to him as well. The poor little thing was brought back in. Sierra moved to the office as Zeus followed, the gods brought her to them.

“Nancy, it is hard to see you so distraught. Is there something that could help you manage this easier?”

Nancy looked as if she struggled to draw breath. Her body shook and she didn’t seem to understand at first. “Could I have a chance to say goodbye?” She said, her voice hoarse from her screams.

“If you would go see someone in medical first and get a sedative to ease you a bit. Hegias would be very upset to see you like this. He wasn’t allowed to say goodbye either and by now he will know how upset you are.”

“Anything, I just wish to say goodbye.” Nancy said hesitantly. Sierra wondered if she was having second thoughts about the ‘anything’ she might be asked to do.

The two gods escorted her to medical as Sierra called the lab. Normally, Doc would handle things but since she wasn’t there, Nioma, her assistant was in charge. “Nancy is coming to your lab. She’s to be given a sedative, but I want you to pull samples to see if she is a potential god mate.”

“Is she aware we will be testing her?”

“No, and she isn’t to know.”

“I’ll see it’s done. Will we be testing all personnel?”

“I think that would be a good idea if you can come up with a cover story.”

“They get free medical care, just say the insurance provider requires it.”

“Okay. Let me know her results as soon as you have them.”

Sierra had no doubt there would be more
matings, but she was wondering if introducing so many females all at once was a good idea. Of course, good idea or not, it was too late and now they needed to manage the fallout. Every female needed to be tested to see if she was compatible as a mate for a god. If one conceived unknown to them and left, a baby god would be out in the world all on their own. The problems that would cause, would be too many to contain. They had to set up protocols to deal with any females that were here long enough to hook up with gods or demons.

Those coming in for the ball would be different. All gods and demons were instructed to wear protection to prevent any unexpected offspring. Now that they knew it was possible to produce children, they all knew the stakes had changed and protection was needed. Origin had always encouraged unprotected sex hoping there would be offspring.

Sierra and Zeus sent for Hercules since he was security and he would be the one to ensure all females entering the facility would be tested and follow any other procedures required before settling in. Gods and demons would also be required to report sexual liaisons when birth control wasn’t used. They would understand the reason for it and comply. Once everything went into effect, she would feel better about everything.

Five days before the ball, everything was chaos and Doc broke radio silence, but only to her. Sierra was happy to hear they found Hermes, worried that he had become involved with someone they knew so little about, and she hurt for Doc and her relationship with Hades. The two women were headed to Texas and Sierra felt danger signals going off in her head. She called out for Zeus and Hercules causing them both to run back to the room to see what was wrong.

“Hermes was found, but he brought a girl back with him. She talked Doc into going with her to Texas to pick up a young boy then they plan to come here.”

“That sounds like
good news. When you called us, I sensed danger.”

“That’s because that’s what I sense. Something is very wrong and we need to take action. I have the address they’re going to in Texas and I want someone sent there as quickly as possible.
” She looked at Zeus with near panic on her face.

“Take care of it Hercules.” Hercules nodded and got on his radio issuing orders as he strode from the room.

“Are you going to tell me what Doc is to you?”

“Another family scent?”

“Yes.”

“Sister with a different mother, is that what you guessed?”

“That or a cousin were my guesses.” He said as he pulled her to him. “She’ll be alright. I have a contact not far from there. They’ll be there before they arrive and keep the place under surveillance.” His touch helped calm her because he would never lie to her.

She headed back to pry Athena away from her naughty uncle Lu. They were playing hide and seek and Athena was right out in the open while Lucifer pretended he couldn’t see her. She giggled and cooed, that demon could have any female eating out of his hands in no time. It would be scary to be his mate, even though Zeus was a gorgeous god, Lu had a celestial type of beauty. He would probably draw in psychos and angels, no middle of the road female for him.
He teased and played around to get Sierra and Athena to stay, Lu was a lonely demon. Sierra had grown attached to him which would make it hard if the demons ended up with a facility of their own like that which was being discussed. Germany had gone against Origin when it had been proven they were behind some past attacks on them. They had taken down a rather large facility, not like Olympus, but large enough to accommodate a hundred demons or more. They had offered it to the gods and Zeus had offered it to Lucifer.

Sierra thought Athena might be the only thing stopping him from leaving them. Lu had told Zeus he would tell him after the ball. The ball would be a demon’s dream, the
ir one chance to go out among others with no chance of being recognized as failed gods or devil’s spawn. Every demon would be in attendance for as long as they chose to be there. Some of them were so excited, Sierra had caught them smiling. Demons rarely smiled, they usually had little to smile about.

There was a knock on the door, it was Hercules. “Sierra, we have a woman on the phone who says she has information on an imprisoned god. She won’t speak to anyone but you.”

Well that was different. “Lu do you mind watching her?”

Lu smiled and it lit up his whole face giving it an angelic glow. “Anytime.”

She followed Hercules to the nearest phone which was in the meeting room. Zeus, Poseidon, and Apollo were waiting for her. The phone was on speaker and all eyes were on it as if it were alive.

“Hello, this is Sierra
Dunlevy. Who’s this?”

“I am Maria Gomez. I am a guard at a small independent lab where one scientist, Jerome Elders, is experimenting on a god named Erebus. I need a guarantee of asylum and I need a place to go.”

“What is your location?”

“Just south of the Texas border
but not really close to any towns. You know the locations they choose. I’m sure you can track me.”

“Can you make it to Dallas?”

“I could make with the small plane we have here.”

Sierra gave her the address, tried to match up the times as best she could, and hoped for the best. It seemed a lot was about to happen in Dallas and there was no way any of those here could be there to help.

“I had thought Erebus long dead.” Zeus said with a thoughtful look upon his face.

“That begs the question of how many others thought dead were given to private researchers to be treated worse than pets.” Apollo said as his fist came crashing down on the table.

“We should set up a website and give rewards for information leading to the freeing of imprisoned gods or the whereabouts of those who committed crimes against the gods.” Sierra looked around seeing approval on every face. She would take charge of it. She should have thought of it before but things had been rather busy just trying to stay alive.

Everyone headed in different directio
ns to take care of their duties, except Zeus who stayed with her. It wasn’t that there wasn’t plenty for him to deal with, it was that he wanted to ease the worries on her mind. Protective of the innocent, loving with their family and friends, and fair minded to all, this is what the gods were to those that knew them and to her, he was the best of all. She heard the door lock before he turned to her opening his arms for her to step into for comfort. She did, leaning against him and breathing in his calming scent. It reminded her that she had his protection as well as his desire and love.

His hand lifted her chin so he could lay a reassuring kiss on her lips. At least it started out that way but the temperature quickly rose until it was a raging inferno that could be tamed in only one way. He removed his clothes as he kissed her. His chest was bare, his pants and underwear around his ankles and his hard heavily veined stalk pressed against her belly. He pulled her shirt over her head, unsnapped her bra, and slid her skirt and underwear down until they dropped to the floor. She stood before him in her garter, hose, and heels trembling with anticipation as she waited for his touch.

“I think I stepped into an office fantasy, my sexy little mate.” Zeus growled, his voice rough from need.

“And what would this fantasy entail?” She asked teasing him.

“You flat on your back on the meeting table with your heels hanging over my shoulders, your silky hose rubbing me as I pound in and out of your hot, wet pussy until you scream my name as you find your release.”

The picture his words brought to mind weakened her knees until she grabbed hold of the table in question and leaned against it. He moved to her sliding her slowly down on the table before lifting her legs over his shoulder. He looked down at her body as it lay spread open and exposed to his view and the desire on his face made her stomach clench with need.
He moved down her body until his face was between her legs. He breathed in deeply then blew out his hot breath whispering over her already heated flesh.

“Oh, Baby, you smell so sweet but I know you’ll taste even sweeter.” He said as he slid his tongue along her seam and it ended up against her clit. Her body shook with pleasure as he began to circle and worry her little button. She moaned softly as her whole body tensed. She was almost instantly on the edge, her need for him never entirely gone, always ready to rise up and take her over at a moments notice.

He pressed harder as his tongue wiggled then circled faster. He laved and licked wildly, her flavor and her neediness pushing him to ease her need so he could bring it back again. He renewed his effort, flaying her clit with his tongue in all out war that demanded immediate surrender. She arched wildly pushing her pussy into his face as a keening cry erupted from her lips. She thrashed about mindlessly lost in the pleasure of release, embracing the feeling and refusing to think about anything but the here and now.

He gave her no time to recover as he slid up her body driving deep into her without hesitation. She felt the invasion of his hard cock as he forced it into her tight channel. A pinch of pain, but oh so much pleasure. “Zeus!” She screamed as she wrapped her legs around his waist and pushed her toes into his ass trying to push him in deeper still. She wanted to merge with him until no one could say where he stopped and she began.

He was pounding against her as she arched up against him feeling the delicious skin of his tight ass against her toes as she pressed them on him. Right now she would swear he was a true god, the expression on his handsome face held a hint of bliss to come. His body was magnificent, he strained against her like an athlete, slamming into her to perfectly push her closer and closer to ecstasy. She had never even had a fantasy that could hold a candle to the way he made her feel, the joy he was even now giving her. Her body tensed, the pleasure overwhelming as she was drowned in a sea of rapture. She screamed, an animalistic primitive sound of raw pleasure. Two more thrusts and she would have sworn he let out a roar like a beast.

They were both hot, sweaty and in need of a cool refreshing shower or they might both collapse in a heap right now. Slowly, Zeus moved off of her to straighten his clothes and put his shirt back on. He held out his hand, which she took, he pulled her off the table and found her shirt while she put everything else in its proper spot.
He slid her shirt over her head and she got it on properly. It was time to leave, but there wouldn’t be a god or demon that couldn’t scent what had just happened. Eventually, she would learn not to be embarrassed and it didn’t bother her enough to stop her mate whenever he wanted her. She headed back to Lu, while Zeus got back to running Olympus.

“Hey, Lu. I’m back.”

He took a deep breath and a teasing smile formed on his lips. “At least someone is getting lucky, but it doesn’t seem fair it’s always Zeus. Maybe you should run away with me? I have some tricks you would enjoy that Zeus can’t touch.” He said as his tail came around to his chest and seemed to be nodding at her. She turned bright red as she figured out what he was implying. “I can’t believe, Sweetheart, that my mysterious sexual skills would embarrass you when you just had sex in the meeting room. No one will ever look at it the same way again.” He said as he wiggled his brows suggestively.
