Lies to all of the above. Be upfront. Respect the person enough to give them a chance to make a choice – one based on facts. When you don’t give someone an opportunity to choose fairly, you create distrust that ruins it for others. It’s not
nagging
when a good woman won’t settle for a half-assed version of you. If you paid full price and got half service, you’d complain too. So don’t mask weaknesses, hide imperfections or tell her what you imagine she wants to hear. Your resume shouldn’t only reflect what you’ve done, but what you intend to do. Deliver on your promises or be fired. False advertising is illegal.
NOTE
: “Crazy.” “Nag.” “Unrealistic.” Stop hurling these insults at women with common sense and be a better man. No one wants your representative. They want you.

  • An uninterested Lady isn’t playing hard to get – she’s uninterested. Be gone. This includes all street harassment and cat calling.
  • All women don’t love flowers. But it’s the fact you were thinking of her is the gesture she loves. Find a creative and thoughtful way to let her know she crossed your mind with more than a text message.
  • If your Lady is beautiful other men will notice. This shouldn’t make you insecure…it should make you smile. Relax. A man looking at your Lady is a compliment. A man lurking after your Lady is disrespect. Understand the difference.
  • You’ll find her blueprint in this book, but no two women are quite the same. Ladies aren’t monolithic. Take real time to get to know her specifically. Learn what makes her laugh and what makes her angry. Be rare. Study her actions and reactions. Memorize the curves on her lips – both of them.
  • Remember, she’s just like you.

If you think I’m ruining your “game,” then you absolutely have none. Besides, game with no real follow-up is a weak plan. If you make her weak in the knees, then you should be prepared to catch her when she falls. Listen, you’re being replaced by degrees and dogs. It’s time to step up and be the man that I know you’ve been called to be. None of this is intended to sell you out or demean you. It’s intended to make you better. You’re worthy of that, and so is she. This is rooted in honesty and love. Gentlewomen deserve gentlemen, and anything less should never be tolerated. In order to get into Harvard University, you must meet Harvard University’s standards. In order to receive a gold medal, you must train, run and win the race. You wouldn’t put a $100 bid on a five million dollar home. A gentlewoman is greater than all of these things. Is she not more valuable than this?

“HER CLOTHES ARE WELL-MADE AND ELEGANT, AND SHE ALWAYS FACES TOMORROW WITH A SMILE. WHEN SHE SPEAKS SHE HAS SOMETHING WORTHWHILE TO SAY, AND SHE ALWAYS SAYS IT KINDLY. SHE KEEPS AN EYE ON EVERYONE IN HER HOUSEHOLD, AND KEEPS THEM ALL BUSY AND PRODUCTIVE. HER CHILDREN RESPECT AND BLESS HER; HER HUSBAND JOINS IN WITH WORDS OF PRAISE: MANY WOMEN HAVE DONE WONDERFUL THINGS, BUT YOU’VE OUTCLASSED THEM ALL!

Shut Up and Train
:
The Gauntlet

Wellness is more than just a clean bill of health from a doctor. To be healthy is to have symmetry between your mind, body and soul. This isn’t some strange spiritual talk. You’re more than just a body. The soul and mind are well connected.

A greater focus on the body than on the soul is useless. What good are great breasts if behind them lays an ugly heart? Don’t workout your mind and fail to workout your body. If you feed your body and neglect your soul, you’ll still be hungry. When you take care of your entire being, all other areas of life will fall into place. You’ll be a better worker, a better lover and a better woman. And you’ll never have to stress about going on a stupid little date! Gentlemen will be options–
just don’t treat us like options
. Good health is where you find a great balance. Never neglect you.

DIET.

Some say healthy food is too expensive – I say healthy food is cheaper than a hospital bill. Jerri Evans says:
“I’m healthy; I work out; I eat vegetables; I buy a lot of organic food,” or my favorite, “I buy the most expensive products because they’re the best,” are comments I hear from clients before we truly evaluate their health regimen. The first thing we do at Turning Natural is to instill that good health starts on your plate. Once you tackle that, the rest is a breeze.

You’re in for a real treat! I’ve enlisted my good friend, Health and Wealth Specialist, Everett Frampton to provide three of his private recipes for delectable snacks that don’t compromise in taste or nutrients:

EXERCISE.

For some, the most difficult workout is exercising common sense. Avoiding exercise because you got your hair done is a tragedy. There are too many excuses used to get out of going to the gym:
It’s too expensive, I’ll do it next year; I don’t have time.

Quit waiting to exhale. Instead of holding your breath in bikinis, hold up weights at the gym. Some people take advantage of good health. It’s like the electricity going out – you don’t think about it when it’s on, but if it goes out, it’s the end of the world! Be proactive. Don’t wait too late to be healthy. Photoshop isn’t a gym. It’s digital plastic surgery.

You don’t have to take my word for it. I’ve enlisted the help of Celebrity Trainer and Goal Coach, Rahman Ray Grayson, a.k.a. Mr. Shut Up And Train. He’s got your back…butt…legs and abs, too!

We’ve become a microwave society. We want quick and fast results and solutions to long-term problems. You don’t gain weight overnight, and you won’t lose it overnight. You don’t develop unhealthy habits overnight, and we won’t shake these unhealthy habits overnight either. It’s about long-term adaptation of healthy lifestyle practices. Small changes day-by-day ultimately help a woman lead a healthier life.

Dispel the quick diet myth.

I don’t want clients shedding 40 pounds in 2-3 weeks. It’s all coming right back. I’d rather it be a slower process. I teach them how to live healthily: Eat clean, work hard, stay disciplined, and you’ll get to where you need to be.

Not everyone feels like this type of lifestyle is a necessity. Maybe every once in a while, but life gets busy. What’s the importance of fitness and its direct benefits
?

The importance is fitness is a long-term quality of life! Plus, you look good, feel good and have greater self-confidence. There are many benefits to healthy living that far outweigh the instant gratification you may get from an unhealthy night of divulging in unhealthy eating or drugs. Your body is a temple. You’ve got to take care of your temple because last time I checked it’s the only one that you get!

The desire to indulge is human. Embrace it. I’m a fan of living life and enjoying life. Live healthy, indulge when it’s time to indulge and then get right back to living healthy again. Let’s not try to do the opposite by living a lifestyle of indulgence, live healthy for a week or two and then get back to a lifestyle of indulgence. I preach the 80/20-Rule. Eighty percent of the time, eat clean, whole, nutritious foods from the earth. Drink your water and green tea. I’m a big fan of black coffee. It’s an antioxidant source as well as a source of energy. Eighty percent of the time, that’s what I want you doing. The other twenty percent, whatever you want. It’s simple math! You don’t cheat every weekend, but two out of ten meals can be something unhealthy. Don’t take this suggestion too far. It’s unwise to be a weekend warrior who lives healthy throughout the week. Your body can’t truly recover from that. You think you can because your metabolism is revved when you’re younger. But as you age, your lifestyle likely isn’t as active, and that behavior can shut you down. And that’s why 25-40-year-olds begin paying attention to all those infomercials, gadgets and magic pills.

You might say, “I’ve always been able to eat this and stay in shape,” but your body is a machine. All machines are pre-equipped with what it needs to stay revved up. Over a span of one’s lifestyle, if you don’t keep that machine fine tuned, then your machine will start working slower, and slower and slower. And you start putting more stuff in your machine that’s not cranking your machine. Instead, it’s slowing it down.
