First and foremost, I am deeply grateful to my husband, Paul, who is the most
loving, kind, and supportive person I know. I could not do all that I am doing if he
was not there to guide me, support me and inspire me. No matter what challenge I am
dealing with, he is willing to listen, give me a new perspective, and help me move for-
ward. His wisdom and patience are truly incredible. Paul, I love you from the depth of
my heart and soul. You are my angel.
I am blessed to have two incredibly wise and loving children. Raphael, I adore you;
you make me so proud. I love your sensitivity, your care, and your ability to listen, be
open, and ask deep questions. You are growing up to be a remarkable person. Angelina,
you bring light everywhere you go. You are the queen of compliments. You are bigger
than life, incredibly smart, loving, funny, and extraordinary, a true gift.
I am profoundly thankful to my parents. I always feel loved, accepted, and
supported by you. Thank you for everything you have done and do for my family.

An Ongoing Practice
This book and all my work has been created to encourage you to lead a healing lifestyle.
This means that every day of your life is dedicated to being loving to yourself and oth-
ers. Even if you lead a busy lifestyle, you can find a few minutes throughout your day to
connect to yourself and improve your life.
I believe that a daily practice that enhances your well-being is extremely important.
Although you can create your own practice, I want to give you a few suggestions:
Start your day with the Protection / Purification process. It’s in chapter 7, “How You
Can Connect to Divine Energy and Protect Yourself.” Page [XX].
Do the Space Clearing exercise anytime you feel heavy or strange energy in your house
or work place. If you see a lot of people, do it daily. Otherwise once or twice a week is
sufficient. Page [XX].

If, in the morning or during the day, you feel any unpleasant emotions, do the Emo-
tional Release process from chapter 6. I have refined and deepened this process so it is
extremely powerful. It is really important that you release negative emotions as fast as
possible, before they do any damage. If you are working with The Secret Language of
Your Body, you can also integrate specific emotions and colors during this process.
Page [XX].
If you have had a recent shock or trauma, do the “Shock Release,” “Work with Fear,”
and “Say a Healing Statement” processes from chapter 21, “How You Can Deal with
Grief, Death and Loss.” Page [XX].
If you experience anxiety or feel ready to forgive your family and heal the past, work
with your inner child. The inner child process is extremely important and I suggest you
start with Your Inner Child process in chapter 3 on page [XX].
Also you can
purchase
and work with my audio program called Healing Your Inner Child regularly.
If you need to forgive someone, do the “Practice Forgiveness” exercise from the section
on “How You Can Experience Unconditional Love” in chapter 9. Page [XX].
If you are working on opening your heart, do all the processes from chapter 2 titled
How You Can Love Yourself and work on your heart chakra from How You Can Use
Your Energy Centers to Heal and Spiritually Evolve on page [XX],
If your aim is to lose weight, practice the processes described in chapter 19 for five to
seven days a week until you feel happy with your weight. Even if you can’t do them all
each day, do as many processes as you can. Page [XX].
Work with the chakras regularly. It takes only a few minutes to work with each one.
Connect to at least three each week. Page [XX].

If you are ready to live your soul’s purpose, do the exercises for soul connection from
chapter 7 (page [XX]), as well as discovering your soul’s purpose from chapter 12 (page
[XX]), at least three to four times a week until you have more clarity.
If you want to focus on creating success and abundance in your life, do the exercises
from chapter 18, “How to Create More Money and Success in Your Life,” daily for at
least three months. If you can’t do all of these, just practice the ones you can. Page [XX].
Exercises, such as past life regression, increasing your intuition, connecting to soul
mates, attracting a relationship, healing a broken heart, preparing for pregnancy, and
dealing with loss can be done whenever you are going through an appropriate experi-
ence and are drawn to work on these. Pages [XX].
Even if you are not in a relationship or feel that yours is fantastic, please read about and
practice the “Perform a Cord Clearing” exercise from chapter 14. It is one of the most
powerful exercises to improve issues in all types of relationships. Page [XX].
Although you may not be pregnant, I encourage you to read the section on pregnancy
and birth in order to understand more about your own birth. Page [XX].
If you have children, do the healing processes nightly or several times a week together.
Also, encourage them to participate and use their own imagination. Page [XX].
I wish you all the best with your journey of Wellness and look forward to hearing about
your progress.
