prostate gland:
in the male, the gland that surrounds the neck of the bladder and the urethra, and which produces seminal fluid. In the female, the organ that is felt through the vaginal wall when pressing on the G-spot inside the vagina; also involved in producing the larger quantity of female ejaculate.
pubococcygeus muscles (PC muscles):
“love muscles,” vaginal muscles; a set of pelvic muscles in both the man and the woman that aid ejaculation and cause the contractions in an orgasm; also control the urinary steam. They run from the pubic bone to the coccyx bone (tailbone) and help to support the pelvic floor. Contraction of these muscles makes possible female ejaculation and G-spot orgasm.

responds to stimulation around the clitoris, labia, and vaginal entrance, as well as the front portion of the PC muscles; involved in clitoral and G-spot orgasms.

(pronounced “dow-ism”) A Chinese religion and philosophy based on the teachings of Lao-tse (sixth century B.C.), that advocates simplicity and selflessness.
testicles:
balls, testes. The two male sex glands located in the scrotum.
urethra:
urethral canal; urinary tract. The canal or tube that carries urine from the bladder; also serves as the passageway for the ejection of ejaculate in both males and females. In women it runs from the bladder to the urethral opening; in men it runs from the bladder to the tip of the penis.
urethral opening:
where urine and ejaculate exit the body; in women, located between the clitoris and the vaginal opening.
urethral sponge:

uterine muscles:
a section of the PC muscles that lies close to the coccyx; involved in the rare uterine orgasm.
uterine orgasm:
reached through stimulation of the pelvic nerve and depends upon deep, strong cock thrusting that jostles the cervix and indirectly stimulates the uterine muscles. This orgasm seems to have the most intense emotional component. It is much less likely to involve female ejaculation.
uterus:

Younger Sister:

maiko
(apprentice) in a geisha family.
