“Christina, I really want to thank you. I
finally got my family back. There’s no greater feeling than seeing
them happy, and you made that possible.” Elizabeth Dallas said
kissing her on the forehead.

“No problem Beth. I’m just happy to be part
of a great one.” She said smiling. She giggled at Collum’s attempts
to catch Sarah’s attention. She wondered what would happen if those
two hook up. She could see an impish plan forming in her mind. It
was time to get the work.

“So when’s the wedding?” Sarah asked coyly.
Christina gasped as everyone in the room stopped what they were
doing and looked at her. Groaning she slid back under the covers
when Martha and Elizabeth both squealed and began making plans. She
was going to kill Sarah.

Payback was a bitch.

Epilogue

Matt watched the twins as they slept.
Christina was in the home office working. She handled all of his
company finances from home and would go into the office for
meetings. He was glad that it turned out that way. Charles had
retired and who couldn’t blame him. He and Martha were a permanent
fixture around the house.

Catelyn Marybeth Dallas and Liam Matthew
Dallas were some beautiful names. Matt stilled remembered his
mother’s tears along with Martha’s. There was something else that
he recalled from the nightmarish and hellish day. It was he phone
that he pocketed. He turned it in to Charlie who was hoping to get
some data from it. He didn’t tell the Feds about the device. Matt
wanted to handle this himself. Charles was a smart man. He made
sure never to reveal the location of the man who kidnapped
Christina and for good reason. However, Charles wasn’t the only one
with secrets.

Under the guise of heading into the office.
He called Davis.

“I need a favor.”

“Done.” Davis smiled hanging up the phone.
He knew the man would come. After all it was the look in his eyes
that made him very interesting. He could arrange for some equipment
malfunctions.

It was then Matt found the man he’d been
looking for on the side of the road wrapped up for him. He smiled.
Tonight was a great night for chaos. When the man opened his eyes,
Matt smiled at the fear that was evident in his eyes.

“Hello, Mr. Lexington. Let’s play a game.”
He said gutting the man and pulling out his intestines. He’s a
monster Lexington thought as Matt smiled and the light left his
eyes. After he pulled out the man’s innards, he placed them in a
jar. Then he meticulous cleaned the evidence up. He picked up the
phone and made a call. It was to Davis.

“I couldn’t help myself. I need a
cleanup.”

“Is he dead?”

“Positive.”

“Have you killed any others?”

“Negative.”

“Do you have intentions to kill any
others?”

“Only if they bother me.”

“Very good. This is the last time.”

Matt hung up the phone and left the place.
He had a family to get back to and a wedding to prepare for.

ABOUT AUTHOR

I’ve been writing for as long as I could
remember. Burrowing myself into the mysteries of books and
exploring their unique worlds is what I do best. Books are
essentially an imprint of the author’s soul that’s left behind—well
I tend to think so. I have two children (Dobermans) Lily and Rose
and an endearing husband who listens to me rattle non-stop about my
adventures. I am sweet, a little sarcastic and I enjoy creating new
worlds and adventures for people to explore.
