Dear Fred,

Recently, you requesting a life insurance quote online. It is likely that you are now beginning to receive calls from all over the country from agents interested in taking care of your needs. Many of these agents are not local but they do have a nonresident insurance license and can sell you a policy. The true question is do you want to purchase a policy from someone who can sit down with you and your family to answer your questions or is a voice on the phone sufficient to accommodate your needs? Simply do you wish to work with a truly local agent or is someone calling from another state advertising themselves as local good enough? Most often the product lines and insurance companies are identical the prices are the same; however the level of service is greatly different.

Dear TED L. NANCY,

We have received your online request for information about Prudential insurance products and we will be happy to help you.

Your request has been assigned to the local Prudential agent listed above.

Hi,

I e-mailed your quote on 5–28–09.

When I call you, the answer machine always comes on, as before.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss this, contact me anytime.

27 May 2009

Dear Kim Olson of Olson Life Insurance.

Thank you for helping me with my life insurance needs. Since i was in an accident recently my companion Phyllis Dietrichson handles all paperwork as I am recovering from a ladder – refrigerator incident. I will be taking a train in to meet her as it is easier for me to get around. Phyllis will meet us at the train station when i arrive which is easy for me if this Ok as I am wearing a cast on my right leg and on crutches. So I don’t want to hobble around too much with cars and taxies. Can you give me a quote so I can analyze figures. Thank you for your reply,

Sincerely,

Great to hear from you,
You didn’t mention the amount of insurance to quote so I looked up your request and used the $1.25M.
Hope you recover from your accident quickly.

13 July 2009

Dear Tae H. Kim, Prudential Life Insurance,

Sorry for the delay in responding. I am recovering with a cast on my left leg that makes it hard to concentrate. Did i say left leg? It is the right leg I have a cast on.

I am considering your quote but i will probably need more coverage. Maybe double. My companion Phyllis Dietrichson wants me to take out more life insurance. She will handle all life insurance signings. can we arrange? When we meet at train station she will blink her lights twice and honk the horn. She and this Walter Neff fella. He was once with Pacific All Risk and their top salesman. He is now quite old and out of the business. I don’t know what he babbles about. That is why i need to talk to you, a professional to get this insurance going.

I am not a smoker. (2nd hand smoke?) how many signatures do you need? I still have rivets in my head from this slip and fall refrigerator accident. What is the indemnity here?

Thank you, Tae H. Kim, for being so understanding and dealing with those that may need a little more time in this. What is next?

Respectfully,

RE: Ted, Updated Life
Insurance Quotes

Ted,

I need to speak with you over the phone to ask a few questions about your health and family history.

I will then be able to access what you qualify for an give you a more accurate estimate of cost.

We will complete the application over the phone. It will only take about 10–15 minutes.

We will then send a medical examiner to your home at no cost to you. They will take your blood pressure, a vile of blood,

weigh you and measure your height.

The process will take 3–8 weeks once your medical exam is complete.

I have tried to call on several occasions but no one ever answers the phone.

Please call me

Scott
