CHAPTER 4: LET THE DRAMA BEGIN

*Three Days Later...Atlanta, GA*
Chino

"Allow me to properly introduce myself, the name is Lux. These are my partners Dom and Juelz."

We were currently at the final drop that Killa had setup. We got through the Texas and Arkansas meetings with no problems, those were the two that Luke and I handled. This Atlanta meeting is left solely up to Legz to close out which also determines if we're ready to takeover or not. Killa made sure to provide us with the necessary info on each person we met with, even though he has known each of them for several years.

The first dude Luke met was Rico Wells, he’s a big time dealer up in Arkansas, didn't look to be no older than me which is around 30 or 31 'cause I’m almost 29. Anyway, that drop involved us picking up over a hunnit grand in pure uncut powder; Killa only fucks with the best product and he been dealing with this Rico dude for bout six years so I knew the shit was legit. In Texas, I met with Valentina Cortez, a Spanish native who got deep ties in Mexico and Texas that allows her to get some of the best synthetic weed and strongest grades of kush that money can buy across the border completely undetected. Pops say she usually sell to him for $1800 a brick, but after I dicked her down, lol, we were able to close a deal for over a hunnit bricks and only paid $1000 a brick. Now here we are in Atlanta with this Lux dude, pops say he’s the plug for pcp known in the south as 'dip' or 'wet'. He sells the shit for bout $450 a bottle, pops think it's reasonable, but we personally think that's too damn much so we tryna see if Legz can't talk his ass down on the price.

"Good to meet you, I'm Legacy. These are my partners Chino and Luke," he said.

They nodded at us and we nodded back out of common respect.

"Where's the beautiful Miss Khyia that everyone speaks so much of at these meetings?" he asked.

Khyia is always the beautiful asset to most of our business meetings, with her smooth buttermilk skin, rare hazel-green eyes, perfect smile, long silky hair, and slim curvy figure. My lil sister was definitely the best asset to close out on tough deals or even act as a distraction in certain situations. She opted to stay in Louisiana and watch over the traps with Luke's girl, Miracle, not that it's his business anyway.

I saw Legz jaw tighten as he mean mugged the dude sitting in front of us before he spoke.

"Don't speak on my woman this meeting ain't about her," he said.

"My fault fam, you right this about business. So Killa sent me here for the product right," he replied.

"Right, so where is it?" I asked.

His partner, Dom, handed him a small dark brown vial which I’m sure contained the product. Luke took it and passed it to Legz so he could examine it.

"Now that's top of the line product there, I promise you won't find nobody with a better grade than me," he said.

"I'm sure we won't, but let's talk prices," Legz said handing me the vial.

I took the top off and inhaled the fumes. I had my first hit of wet when I was about fifteen, it's a good high but it ain't my cup of tea ya dig. I can't lie though when Lux said it was a good grade of product, he meant that. I replaced the top and set the vial on the table.

"I thought Killa already told you my price," he replied.

"Yea he did and I personally think $450 a bottle is too much 'specially when we know you get it from your supplier for way less. So how bout we negotiate," he replied.

"I don't negotiate, but I'll humor you. What would you pay?" he asked.

"$150 a bottle," he said.

"This nigga can't be serious. Selling it that cheap means our profit goes down and they make more money," Dom said.

"He right...price stays the same $450," Lux replied.

"$175 and 10% of our profits, “he said.

"$200 and 50% profit," Lux said.

Me and Luke fell out laughing this nigga was out his fucking mind to even think we would ever agree to giving him 50% of anything we make off this shit. He lucky we offered 10% of our profits.  Legz chuckled and shook his head before he spoke.

"You bullshitting right. I mean you actually expect us to pay you $200 a bottle and give you 50% profit, you must be smoking ya own product whoadie," he said.

"I guess we don't have a deal then gentlemen," Lux said.

"I guess we don't. I mean I really don't wanna have to tell my boss this, but hey it is what it is. Luke...Chi, we out," he replied.

We got up and followed him towards the front door. Before we were out of earshot, Lux decided to make a slick comment.

"Maybe if you had brought that fine ass bitch of yours, then maybe we could've closed the deal," he called out.

Legz stopped in his tracks and turned around with the calmest look on his face. Me and Luke already knew what the look meant so we already had our straps out and aimed, waiting for anybody to make a false move.

"Wanna run that by me again, my nigga," he said.

Legacy

"I said maybe if you had brought that fine ass bitch of yours, then maybe we could've closed the deal," he smirked.

I'm a young cool dude and I can take alotta shit from muhfuckas, 'specially in this game, but it's about three things I don't tolerate and that's muhfuckas playing wit' my money, muhfuckas playing wit' me or my boys, and most of all muhfuckas disrespecting my Khyia.  Don't come for her, don't touch or harm a hair on her head, and most definitely don't call my shawty out her name. Lux should know from being a southern nigga himself that in the south you don't disrespect the women in a nigga's life 'specially his girl or baby mama.

When he repeated his statement, all I saw was red and in a matter of seconds my gun was out and blazing. Bullets were flying everywhere; Lux had picked the wrong day to fuck with me 'cause I wasn't lettin' up until I saw the life leave from his eyes. Dom and Juelz were already done for, I fired one last shot that hit Lux in the shoulder and he hit the floor.

"You wanna repeat that shit again fam?" Chi asked as we stood over him.

"Fuck you," he spat.

"Wrong answer muhfucka," I replied.

Before he could speak again, I emptied the clip in chest and smirked in satisfaction as every bit of life left his body.

"Get the shit and let's go," I said as I grabbed the duffel bag with the money.

It was time to head back to the boot and check on my shawty. Killa might not be too pleased with the shit that just went down with Lux, but niggas won't disrespect me and mine then think it's cool, nah shit don't work like that.

Khyia

Bitches ain't shit, and they ain't sayin' nothin'...a hundred motherfuckers can't tell me nothin'...I beez in the trap, bee, beez in the trap. I beez in the trap, bee, beez in the trap...I strolled through Pecanland Mall rapping along to Nicki Minaj. Bad as ever with our eyes behind Gucci shades, carrying Michael Kors bags, my girl Miracle and I were just strutting through getting our shop on.

We had some hittas from Legz and Luke's team holding down the traps while we got some girl time in. Being their riders/trap girls was stressful as hell with all the hassle of making sure workers didn't mess up the drops, weighing drugs, and counting money. I was ready to pull my hair out or kill somebody 'cause I was so stressed, but when Miracle suggested a day of shopping and chilling, I was all for it.

Miracle Black and I have been besties since our diaper days, our moms grew up as besties so quite naturally we would too, lol. I loved my girl like a sister with her pretty ass, she stood about 5'2" with smooth milk chocolate skin, natural black shoulder length hair, full cheekbones, and light brown eyes. She wasn't a slim, curvy girl like myself, no not at all. My girl had thick hips that rounded to a size fourteen, nice full D-cup breasts, a flat toned stomach, and an ass for days. No matter where we went, we turned heads for sure, whether we were casually dressed in jeans, a tank top, and sneakers or classily dressed in fitted dresses and heels.

"Damn niggas act like they ain't never seen a bitch with ass!" she yelled as a group of guys walked past us.

"Girl niggas are like dogs in heat when they see a fat ass. As long as they don't touch then we all good 'cause I'd hate to slice a nigga while we in this mall," I replied looking back.

Muhfuckas know not to play with us unless they want to die or end up in the Street Kingz dungeon begging for mercy.

"Yo ass stay ready to slice or shoot somebody, Legacy done rubbed off on you bad," she shook her head.

"Whatever! What about how Luke rubbed off on you with that gangsta ass attitude you got, always ready to break somebody's face, girl bye," I laughed.

"So it's good to have an attitude and temper like my baby, let's muhfuckas know that I ain't the one to play with at all," she replied.

I nodded in agreement as we walked in Foot Locker to cope the new J’s that just dropped. I was checking out some pink and black Diamond Turfs when someone shoulder bumped me making me drop the shoes.

"Damn bitch move! Swear hoes get a lil shine and feel like they own the place," a familiar voice said.

I look up and come face to face with Shara Jones and her lil clique. I can't stand this hoe, she been on some beef shit with me since Legacy dissed her ass and came back to me in high school, like hoe let that shit go we grown ass women now. I just hope this synthetic weave, bum ass, no swag or class having ass hoe don't think she just gone bump me, talk shit, and get away with it. Nah shawty, I got time for the shit today.

"Run that shit you just said hoe. What's good?" I asked sizing her up.

"You heard me hoe, I ain't stutter. You know it's whatever with me, so what's poppin' ma?" she asked dropping her bags.

That's all I needed to hear before I ran in her shit and gave her the business. Shara was a foot taller than me, but I was working the hell outta that bitch until her sorry ass friends decided to jump in.

Miracle

I wasn't away from Khy for a good ten minutes, and shit was already popping off. I ran over to where she was and these hoes was jumping my fucking sister. I dropped my shit and got to slanging hoes left and right; I don't play that jump shit, you gon' fight then it's one on one. As I’m slanging, bitches got bold and started swinging at me, and that was a wrong move. I started throwing hands at whatever hoe came mine or Khyia's way. I swear we was beating them bitches literally four on two, we weren't joking. I was fucking one girl up bad then I see a something gleam before my eyes and next thing I know I hear Khy scream out in pain. I punch ole girl one last time and she hit the floor as the other girl backed away, so I ran over to Khy and she had blood streaming down her face.

"Oh hell no!" I yelled pulling out the .22 that I had hid in my purse.

I ain't even take a second to think, I shot Shara's ass dead in the chest and watched her hit the floor with everybody else, then I grabbed Khy and our shit and got the fuck up outta there before the police came. We made it out to the parking lot, hopped in my charger, and sped out the parking lot to the nearest hospital as I called her Uncle Kevin's cell.

"Captain Harris speaking," he answered.

"Uncle Kevin, it's Miracle. Me and Khy just got into some shit at the mall and-"

"Is Khy good?" he asked.

"Her face got slashed and I shot somebody. It was self-defense," I replied.

"Ok, get her to the hospital and I'll get my men to handle the rest," he said before hanging up.

If we couldn't count on nobody else on the force, we knew Uncle Kevin had our back for sure. I got Khy down to North Monroe hospital to get her face stitched up or whatever, then I called Legz and the others. I know they finna be pissed.
