As gentle as ever, Morgan pushed a finger inside Alexis’s anus.
The digit slid in with no resistance. A second followed, and Alexis
took it as well, easier than he himself expected. His body was
completely relaxed after his orgasm, and his incubus powers seemed
to be working at full drive.
Morgan crooked his fingers inside Alexis, and as he did so, he hit
Alexis’s prostate. Alexis saw stars. Thankfully, the blow job had
taken the edge off his need because otherwise, he’d have come just
like that, without having Morgan inside him. “Please,” he begged
again. “I can take you, Morgan. I can.”
Morgan looked doubtful. “Baby, you need more prep.”
Alexis shook his head. “I’m an incubus. I’ll be fine. Come on,
Morgan. I need you so badly.”

Finally, Morgan yielded to his pleas. “If you’re in any pain, we
stop,” he warned.
Alexis nodded eagerly. He just wanted to feel Morgan’s twin
cocks pounding him, to be connected with Morgan in the most
intimate way two men could be. Morgan removed his fingers from
Alexis’s body and, much to his dismay, flipped him over. “What—?”
Alexis couldn’t help but ask.
“It’ll be easier for you,” Morgan murmured in his ear. “Now
relax. I’ll take care of you.”
Alexis would have liked to see Morgan’s face as the other man
took him, but he went with Morgan’s wishes. He held his breath as
something bigger, much bigger than the fingers, nudged at his hole.
Slowly, Morgan breached him.
Alexis had expected Morgan to feel huge inside him, but nothing
he’d intellectually known could have prepared him for this. With each second that passed, Morgan slid in deeper. Just when Alexis thought
he couldn’t possibly take more, Morgan pushed further inside. The
sensations were indescribable, as if he were hovering above a
precipice never knowing if he would fall, flying, hovering, testing his limits, and riding the adrenaline. The hunger inside him swelled out of control, feeding on the incredible pleasure. And then Alexis finally
felt Morgan’s pubic hair against his buttocks. He’d taken the entirety of Morgan’s cocks inside him.
For a few moments, Morgan didn’t move, allowing Alexis to get
used to the invasion. Alexis took a few deep breaths, struggling
against the onslaught of overwhelming ecstasy. He nodded, silently
telling Morgan that it was okay to continue.
Morgan pulled out, and Alexis immediately felt empty and bereft.
Thankfully, his lover didn’t delay in sliding back in, filling a void inside him that Alexis could only now acknowledge. He pushed back
against Morgan, impaling himself on the other man’s prick.
Gradually, the gentle rocking turned into a quicker, stronger pace. The

slapping of flesh against flesh filled the room, combining with
Alexis’s cries and Morgan’s more quiet groans in a melody of sex.
And then Morgan flipped Alexis on his back, somehow managing
to do so without leaving Alexis’s body. Now Alexis had the benefit of seeing Morgan’s eyes and expressive face. It was the most beautiful
thing he’d ever beheld in his entire life.
Morgan clutched his hips and started pistoning inside Alexis
harder and harder. The bed creaked in protest as they moved together
in a perfect rhythm, as if they were longtime lovers. In a way, Alexis felt Morgan closer to his heart than anyone and their passionate
lovemaking came as natural as breathing.
“If you could see yourself, baby,” Morgan whispered. “If you
could see how you take me inside.”
Alexis could almost see it, through Morgan. It was in Morgan’s
eyes, in the way he greedily took in Alexis’s body, but always
returned to his face, as if hypnotized. Alexis felt like Morgan could read his mind and soul, and he found in surprise that he wasn’t afraid of it.
The heat between them increased to unbearable. Every thrust of
Morgan’s thick cocks hit Alexis’s prostate, driving him closer and
closer to his peak. Alexis was drunk on Morgan’s passion, drugged on
the lust and the pure, absolute desire.
For a few seconds, it looked like Morgan wanted to do something,
something Alexis couldn’t quite figure out. The moment passed and
Morgan thrust one last time inside Alexis. “Come,” he murmured in
Alexis’s ear. “Come on my cock.”
That voice was pure sex, and Alexis couldn’t have resisted the
command if he tried. Clutching his lover’s shoulders, he found his
peak, painting Morgan’s chest and his own with pearly streaks of
cum. Moments later, Morgan’s prick throbbed inside him and spurted,
filling him with hot spunk.
Alexis felt like his was drowning. His incubus senses were simply
overloaded by sensation, his own pleasure mingled with Morgan’s.

He writhed in the throes of his climax, the ecstasy fulfilling a need beyond the most basic incubus one, a need Alexis didn’t even dare to
acknowledge. Lost in the whirlpool of nirvana, Alexis admitted that
for once, he felt complete, and for the first time in his life, he wasn’t hungry anymore.
As he finally started to descend from his orgasm, he found
Morgan staring down at him with a concerned look in his eyes. “You
okay?” the shark asked.
Alexis beamed at him. “Never better. Now come here and give me
a kiss.”
And Morgan had kissed him. That afternoon, that evening, and for
many days after that. They’d been inseparable, and Morgan had been
the only one who’d trusted Alexis when all evidence pointed to him
as a guilty party in Leiland Travers’s murder.
But now…Now things were different. Alexis absently reached for
the bandaged side of his face and wondered if he would ever feel that same passion again.

Chapter Two
Morgan waited on the chair until he was absolutely certain his
lover had fallen asleep. He could read Alexis’s moods and saw the
exact moment when the younger man allowed whatever thoughts
passed through his mind to fall away. It offered Morgan little relief since he knew that, most likely, Alexis would wake from horrible
memories plaguing his dreams.
Morgan sighed and rubbed his eyes. Alexis’s pain tore Morgan’s
insides, more so since he knew how much Alexis relied on his looks.
The incubus had been taught the only thing of value was physical
beauty, and he’d been hurt to the core by the disfigurement. The mere recollection of the conversation between Alexis and his parents
infuriated Morgan. He’d never been a violent person, but now, he
wanted to tear something apart. He’d just contained himself because
he didn’t want to wake Alexis.
He himself admitted that the first thing that had drawn to Alexis
was his looks. It might have been superficial, but their chemistry was real and it had struck him from the very first moment he’d seen the
incubus. However, those first few hours spent in Alexis’s company
had told him that the beautiful façade hid an even more beautiful
person. There was innocence inside Alexis, a sort of hidden naiveté
born out of the fact that the incubus was unfamiliar with the world
outside his own kind. He seemed to relish in every small thing
Morgan did and said, and this simple charm was just as seductive as
Alexis’s more flirtatious behavior.
Their relationship was still so new when the entire skin-walker
fiasco had happened. Everyone had thought Alexis guilty, but Morgan

had always known Alexis would never kill anyone in cold blood.
He’d been right, but in the end, Alexis’s innocence hadn’t saved him
from the pain.
Morgan checked Alexis one more time, making sure his lover
truly slumbered. He then took a decision and got up. He would not
allow anyone to put wrong ideas in Alexis’s head. For him, Alexis
was as beautiful now as he’d ever been, and he would not stand for
others to tell the incubus differently.
He slipped out of the room, relieved when he found Angel and
Clark Williams-Wade waiting outside, together with Morgan’s twin,
Layton, and his good friend, Reed. His werewolf friends, Melanie, Derek, Jace, and Isaac, were also there, as well as the oldest of their group, lynxes Corbin and Preston.
Angel had also been injured in the same explosion that had burned
half of Alexis’s face, but courtesy of his shape-shifter abilities, he’d already healed up. Selfishly, Morgan thought it was very unfair, but
he pushed the thought away. Angel had been a good friend for years,
and Morgan was glad the young antelope had at least managed to
escape the horrible explosion unscathed.
“How is he?” Angel asked.
“Upset.” Morgan couldn’t contain another deep sigh. “Could one
of you stay with him? I have something to do.”
“I’ll take over,” Angel offered immediately.
Clark squeezed Angel’s waist. “No. You should be resting.”
“Clark’s right,” Layton piped. “I’ll go. Don’t worry about a thing,
Morgan.”
Morgan thanked his brother and started walking away from the
room. Every step he took weighed heavily on his heart, his chest tight at being separated from Alexis even for a second. But he needed to
clear things up and make Alexis’s parents understand their son was
not alone, and Morgan would not allow them to hurt Alexis any
longer.

His acute senses led him to the office of the doctor in charge of
Alexis’s case. He heard voices coming from inside and immediately
identified the voices of the two older demons.
“So that’s it then. We can we take him home?” Mrs. Whitaker
asked.
“Well, I would not recommend it until we at least remove the
bandages and see how the wound is healing.”
“We can do that at home,” Mr. Whitaker shot back. “He needs to
be among his own kind, not here, around gawkers.”
“I don’t think—” There was a short pause, and then the doctor
started talking again, “Of course,” he said, his voice sounding husky.
“Arrangements can be made today.”
Anger boiled through Morgan. How dare the Whitakers attempt to
take Alexis away from him? Morgan would not allow it. They’d have
to go over his dead body to do it.
Without sparing a single thought to courtesy or manners, Morgan
burst into the room. Due to his parentage, they hadn’t even sensed his approach, and they jumped guiltily as he stalked inside.
“I think not,” he said calmly. “Alexis isn’t going anywhere. He’s
staying here with me.”
Alexis’s parents turned toward him. At first, they didn’t say
anything, but then Mr. Whitaker cleared his throat and suddenly said,
“Mr. Pierce-Cunningham. Thank you for your kindness toward our
son, but it’s really not necessary. Alexis will be happiest among his own kin now.”
Morgan smiled tightly. “I disagree, and I think Alexis feels the
same.” He narrowed his eyes at the incubi couple. “And I forbid you
to ever speak to him the way you did earlier.”
Mr. Whitaker’s pleasant expression turned into an angry frown,
but it was his wife who spoke. “What gives you the right to forbid us anything?” she asked.
“My affection for Alexis,” Morgan replied without missing a beat.
Ignoring the two demons, he directed his attention to the medic. “May

I remind you, Dr. Thoreau, that you’re required to ask for the patient’s permission when he is of legal age and in control of his mental
faculties? Not only that, but your agreement to Mr. and Mrs.
Whitaker’s proposal endangers Alexis. I hate to think what your
superiors would say once they find out.”
The medic paled visibly. Morgan didn’t really blame the guy for
yielding in front of the pressure from the two demons. He gathered
the Whitakers had the ability to influence the decisions of even the
strongest-willed people.
“Of course. You’re right, Mr. Pierce-Cunningham,” Thoreau
replied. “I’ll go over the situation with the patient and make
recommendations once he is better.”
Morgan nodded briefly, acknowledging Thoreau’s words. “I
appreciate that. And on this note, I’m going back to Alexis’s room.”
He directed his attention toward the two demons. “Mr. and Mrs.
Whitaker, it was a pleasure to see you both again,” he said
sarcastically. “Remember my words, and I trust our next meeting will
be more pleasant.”
Without further ado, Morgan turned his back on the group and
stalked out of the office. As he was heading back to Alexis’s room, he heard the sound of clicking high heels behind him and knew without
looking who it was. He stopped, leaned against the wall, and waited to see what else Mrs. Whitaker wanted of him.
Alexis’s mother stopped in front of him and offered him a small,
polite smile. Her eyes fixed on Morgan’s, and Morgan was
temporarily hypnotized by how much they looked like Alexis’s.
Her scent was different, though, more flowery, and the seductive
aura she exuded didn’t affect Morgan like Alexis did.
“Yes, Mrs. Whitaker?” he prodded, keeping his voice low and
polite.
