“That’s it. You wish it was my thick cock, don’t you?”

“Ooh!”

“Answer me.”

Yes
!”

“You’re obeying nicely, pet, and for that you deserve a
reward.”

“A reward?” she
rasped.

“Yes.

This time, I’ll
let you come.” She bit down on her lip as her fingers pounded into her weeping
pussy double time. Her hips rose up to add extra friction, and within seconds
she was coming harder than she ever had in her life, screaming his name.

A feeling of shame and embarrassment washed
over her as the haze of arousal faded.
How
could I do that in front of him?

“I’d like nothing more than to bury
myself between your thighs and taste you right now, but it’s not time for that
yet.

This was about giving you a sample
of what it would mean to be with me.”

He
words were even and gentle as he leaned forward to ease her skirt back down her
body to rest just at her knees.

He
smoothed out non-existent wrinkles before he moved to sit beside her, gathering
her close to his side as he stroked her hair.

“Did you enjoy yourself, pet?”

“Yes, but what about you?”

“Your pleasure is my own.”

“But you didn’t….” She trailed off.

“Come? No. I want you to be sure about
your decision when we take that next step, because once I taste you and make
you
mine,
there’ll be no turning back.”

She knew she should be put off by his
possession, but it woke something inside her. Some long buried part of her that
wanted to let go, and allow someone else take over for a while. She wanted to
be the one catered to for once.

“Where do we go from here?” she asked.
She wanted to discover more about this man and the lifestyle that called to a
piece of
herself
she’d never realized existed.

“We continue on as we’ve been, exploring our
new roles.”

“Should I call you something different?
Like Master?”

Sidney
is fine when we’re out, but you may call me Sir, as well as Professor, which
you seem to be fond of.” A thrill went through her body at the thought of
calling him Professor. A vision of her clad in a white button down tied at the
waist, and a tiny plaid skirt flipped up as he pounded her from behind as she
sprawled across his desk filled her head, and she lowered her gaze. Damn, he
was going to turn her out before everything was said and done.

A comfortable silence fell between them as he continued, and
her body became boneless.

“Are you ready for your first task?”

“Yes.”

““From now on when you wear a skirt,
you’ll forgo the panties.”

“Yes, Professor.”

They remained sitting side by side, enveloped by a
comfortable silence as they sipped on

their
glasses of wine and listened to the music
playing in the background.

Tonight had
been a success.

Chapter Six

“Sutton?”

She winced as she paused in the hallway at the sound of her
sister’s sleep-roughened voice.

“Yeah?”

“What are you doing? It’s like three in the morning?”

“I was trying not to wake you.”

“You didn’t. I was on my way back from the bathroom.”

“Okay, well I’m going to head to bed now.”

“What’s going on with you lately?” Carissa asked.

“Nothing.”

“Bullshit, you’re hardly ever home, and when you do come
through the door it’s late. Are you seeing someone?”

“Look, Carissa, this is my house, and I’m a big girl. I can
come and go as I please. It’s not like I’m out all hours and coming home drunk.
I don’t need an intervention.”

“I know, I’m just worried about you… you haven’t really
dated anyone since
Jackson
.”

Which is why I’m not ready to talk about
this yet.

“Talk about what?”

“The man I’m seeing.”

“Sutton, you still won’t tell any of us why you broke up
with
Jackson
.”

“You know the saying all that glitters isn’t gold?”

“Of course.”

“That should say it all,” Sutton said. She turned on her
heel, ignoring her sister’s huffs of indignation. She wasn’t ready to share
Sidney
with anyone else
just yet. Right now their relationship was just between the two of them, and
she liked the freedom that came with that arrangement.

****

Sutton groaned as her cell phone went off for the third time
in a row. She
squinted
her eyes, and growled low in
her throat, the fuzzy red numbers that read 9:30. Shit, only her mother or the
hospital would call right now. Neither was a conversation she was looking
forward to. She rolled over on to her side and grabbed the phone, throwing a
hand over her eyes as
she

hit
talk.

With her luck,
her little sister had spilled the beans about her mystery beau.

“Hi, Mom.”

“Sutton, were you still asleep?”

“Yes, Ma’am.”

“I’m sorry, I thought Carissa said today was one of your
days off.”

“It is. I was out with friends last night.”

“Oh, that’s good, honey.”

“How’s everyone doing?”

“We’re good. I actually wanted to check in on you to see how
things are going with Carissa.”

“She’s doing okay; Michelle goes to school here, so she’s
spending a lot of time with her. To be honest I don’t see her much with my
schedule.”

“I know you’re busy. You can send that girl home any time
you get tired.”

It’s
okay, Mom. I know you could
use a break. You’re retired; you’re supposed to be enjoying yourself.”

“I have my red hats, bingo, and my part time job. I keep
myself active, young lady; I’m only in my sixties, you know.”

“I know, Mom. I just worry about you.”

“Well don’t, it’s supposed to be the other way around. I ran
into an old friend of yours yesterday.”

“Oh really?”
“Yes,
Jackson
.”

A chill went through her body at the mention of her ex.
Speak of the devil, or in my case, think.

“That’s nice.”

“Apparently his engagement fell through, and he’s back to being
single.”

“Mom, stop right there.
I’m not
interested in getting back together with
Jackson
.”

But I might like to talk to him.

“Honey, he was a good catch.
A doctor from
a good family who was crazy about you.
I’m sure whatever your issues
were you could work them out. Maybe they won’t even matter anymore now; you’re
both older and wiser. “

“It’s not going to happen.” This would all be so much easier
if she could just come out and admit she was seeing someone.

“I just don’t understand why you’re being so stubborn about
this, Sutton Anne! He could take care of you.”

“I take care of myself just fine.”

She gritted her teeth as she counted to ten
mentally.

If her mother had a clue of
Jackson
’s true nature,
petitioning her to renew their relationship would be the last thing she’d want
to do.

“I know, but you don’t have to do that your entire life, and
I am not going to stand by and watch you end up alone either.”

“Mom, I’m only thirty-one.”

“Now, time flies.”

She rolled her eyes, tuning her mother out as she droned on.
The usual spiel about marriage and children went in one ear and out the other.
In her town, once you hit twenty-five you were practically an old maid.

“So, can I give him your phone number?”

“No, you can’t,” said Sutton.

Her mom was asking her permission now, but
she had no doubt in her mind she’d already given him her phone number and
presented her like a trussed up turkey on Thanksgiving Day. She hoped to God he
didn’t call her. Her stomach rolled at the thought of hearing his voice again.

“But I wouldn’t be opposed to taking his.”

Guilt raced through her. She had just
solidified things with
Sidney
.
It’s just for closure, Sutton. You’re not
going to fall back into that old trap.

If she called him she’d keep things to
herself. There was really no reason to upset
Sidney
.

The happy lilt audible in her Mother’s voice as she rattled
off the number made her sigh. She was probably already planning the wedding in
her head.

“Well I guess that’s a step in the right direction. I’ll
leave it alone, now. Everything happens for a reason, and the odds of me
running into
Jackson
in the grocery store after all this time shouldn’t be ignored.”

“Well you and the universe are just going to have to forgive
me. I didn’t say I was actually going to call him. ”

“You’re always joking, but I’m worried about you. I don’t
want you to end up old and alone like me.”

“Mom, the love you and Dad shared was worth more than what
most people ever experience. It wouldn’t be a bad thing to end up like you.
Besides, you know you’re still fly, Mom. You can get a man to court if you
wanted.”

Hmph
, well I don’t. I’m done with
all that mess.”

“Then maybe you should tell Mr. Henry that,” Sutton
said.

She was eager to shift the focus
onto the widowed man who’d been after her mom for the past couple of years.
Carissa hadn’t told her Mom about her dating suspicions just yet, but it was
only a matter of time.

“Mr. Henry is just lonely.

We enjoy one another’s company from time to time.”

Mmmhmm
.”

Their conversation moved on to lighter subjects, and she
breathed a mental sigh of relief at the bullet dodged.

Sutton sat on the edge of her bed, and played with the cell
phone in her hand. This was her chance to get the closure she craved. Never one
to waffle, she dialed the number she’d scribbled down on a piece of paper and
held her breath as it rang. Once, Twice, Three…. Maybe she should hang up.

“Hello.”

Her throat seemed to tighten when the familiar baritone
rumbled in her ear.

Jackson
?”

“Sutton? Is that you?”

“Umm, yeah, how’ve you been?”

“Not too bad, I gave your Mom my number, but I didn’t expect
you to call. You were pretty adamant about never speaking to me when you left.”

“Can you blame me?”

“No. I’m man enough to admit what I was doing was wrong.”

Her eyes widened with shock. It looked like he’d done some
growing over the years.

“I didn’t call you to rehash the past or
place

blame
. I just wanted to know where we
started to go wrong, and how I missed
it?

“You were young and
naïve,
and I
was reaching the height of my career and arrogant.”

Hearing him so humbled softened the bitter anger she’d kept
directed at him.

“I won’t say you’re
wrong ,
but
there are two people in a relationship.”

“Don’t get me wrong. It’s good to talk to you, and I had
hoped you would call. I just can’t help but wonder why you have the sudden need
to talk to me about this.”

“I think five years is long enough to carry something around
without gaining closure, don’t you?”

“Is that what you really want?
Closure?”
His voice deepened, and she rolled her eyes.

“Yes,
Jackson
.
This wasn’t some sad
attempt to reconnect with you. I just wanted to hear your side of things.”

“I was stupid, and didn’t realize what I had, Sutton. You
were an excellent girlfriend, a little too focused on school and your career,
but if I had mentioned it to you we could’ve reached a compromise.”

“Why are you being so … accommodating?”

“You aren’t the only one who needed closure over this. After
you left I compared every girl I ever dated to you, and most of them came up
lacking. I spent a year pretending the random woman lying beside me were
you.
