Kenny uttered a deep moan and extended his pelvis upward.  He gasped and moaned until his voice wa
s raspy, but before he climaxed, Justin sat abruptly back on his knees.  Kenny popped his head up.  “Don’t stop!”

I’m not done with you.”  Justin flipped Kenny on his stomach and smacked him hard on the butt.  It left a bright pink handprint on Kenny’s fair skin.  Justin entered Kenny from behind, very slowly.  He slid his hand around Kenny’s hip and found his penis.  He grabbed it firmly in the palm of his hand.  It was hard and thick.  “Are you ready?”

Kenny held onto the scrolls of the wrought iron headboard and braced himself.
“I’m ready.”

A
mischievous smile spread across Justin’s face.  Instead of jerking Kenny off, Justin held him tighter in his hand. He loved to tease Kenny.

Do it!” Kenny banged his hips into Justin.  “Do it!”

At first, Justin barely moved his hand.  He waited until Kenny whimpered and
begged for release, then he stroked him as fast and as hard as he could.  Kenny jerked back and forth and shuddered with a deep groan.  Hot, sticky liquid lathered the palm of Justin’s hand. He wiped it on the sheets.  Justin leaned forward with their bodies still engaged, until his mouth was next to Kenny’s ear.  Justin grabbed a fistful of Kenny’s hair and yanked his head back.  “It’s gonna get rough,” he said, in a low whisper.  “Can you handle what I’m about to do?”

I don’t know.  Whattaya gonna do?”

Just hold on until it’s over.”  Justin’s lips touched Kenny’s shoulder, and he sunk his teeth into Kenny’s freckled, alabaster flesh.  The brackish flavor of sex rested on Justin’s tongue, and he bit down harder.  He snapped Kenny’s head back by his hair and hit him hard on the hip with his other hand.  It was three successive loud slaps.  Justin felt like a jockey on a racehorse, encroaching on the finish line.  His hand left three flawless bright red prints on Kenny’s delicate skin.  Justin knew he was being too rough with Kenny, but he couldn’t stop himself.  He let go of Kenny’s hair and threw his head down toward the bed.  He grabbed Kenny by the pelvis with a loud smack of his hands, and left two additional red welts.  He shoved his hips into Kenny, deeper and harder with each movement.  He grunted loudly with each thrust of his body. One more hard push and Justin came with a loud moan.

He leaned over and kissed Kenny from behind.  His kiss was gentle and soft, in dramatic contrast to the rough way he manhandled Kenny seconds before.  He scooped Kenny up from behind his neck and under the knees and cradled him in his lap.

Kenny looked up at him and smiled, still panting and out of breath.  “Are you trying to fuckin’ kill me?”

I’m sorry.  I got a little carried away, but that was incredible.  Fucking incredible.”  Justin’s eyes slowly dropped to Kenny’s slightly parted lips.  They called to him, and he answered with a deep, gentle kiss.  It was filled with passion and lust, but it was soft, slow and delicate.  He brushed Kenny’s bangs out of his eyes with his fingers and saw the red bruise on Kenny’s shoulder, left by his overzealous teeth.  Justin caressed it with his lips and placed a healing kiss over the mark.  He picked up Kenny’s hand and deposited kisses on its palm.  Justin was surprisingly tender.  More tender than he was in his entire life.  It’s hard to believe he was the same person who, moments before, treated Kenny’s body like an inanimate object for the sole purpose of his entertainment.  He ran his hand over Kenny’s hip, and felt the raised skin of the welts left by his slaps.  He leaned over, kissed one of them, and let his lips linger over the bright pink skin.

Kenny saw the marks left on his body for the first time.  He jumped to his knees and twisted around to examine the handprints on his hips and buttocks.  He gasped, but his open mouth quickly turned into a wide smile.  A short laugh escaped him, and he playfully slapped Justin
across the face.

Justin laughed.
“You bitch.”  And pulled Kenny back into his arms.

Chapter Sixty-Nine:

Justin woke up buck naked.  He rubbed his forehead and searched the empty bed next to him.  His mind was still fuzzy, and he was momentarily unsure of his surroundings.  The noise from the party infiltrated the
room and it all came back to him – the fight, the embarrassment, his drunken declaration of self-pity . . . and Kenny’s sympathetic ear.  Kenny saved him tonight.

Justin debated going back to sleep, but he decided to head down to the party.
He found Kenny sitting in a semi-circle, around the fire pit, surrounded by a group of women.  Their eyes were glued on Kenny and they hung on his every word.  Women always flirted with Kenny.  They didn’t care that he was gay.  Even Heather had a crush on Kenny in the beginning.  Hell, sometimes she acted like she still did.

What happened?” Justin teased Kenny.  “I leave for a few hours and you switch teams on me?”

Not in this lifetime, honey.” Kenny smiled up at him from the lawn chair. “How are you feeling?  I didn’t expect you to wake up until tomorrow morning.”

Justin was surprisingly sober.  The romp in the bedroom earlier must have drained all the alcohol from his body.  He scratched the back of his head and peered into Kenny
’s cup.  “Are you still drinking Alabama Slammers?”

Yeah.  Do ya want one?”

Justin nodded.  He pulled up a chair
, and the girls parted like the Red Sea so he could join them.  He barely took a few sips of his drink when Nick slapped him on the shoulder.

Justin, my man, you’re back in action!”

Nick pulled Justin out
of the chair and led him several feet away.  He wrapped the infamous “arm-drape” around Justin’s neck.  This time Justin found it more humorous than annoying.

Listen, buddy,” Nick said, “I hope you’re not upset with me about before.  I didn’t mean to upstage you in front of Kenny or anything.”

Justin paused while he thought about everything that happened.  He went through
a lot of emotions tonight.  “I was upset,” he said.  “Really upset.  I think that was obvious. I’m a black belt in Tai Kwon Do, Nick.  I don’t want anyone to think that I can’t take care of myself or that I’m gonna let people push me around.”

I had no idea.  I understand.  I’m sorry, man.  I didn’t mean to insinuate that you couldn’t defend yourself.  Like I said, I just reacted without thinking.”

I appreciate that you stuck up for me.  I really do.  It means a lot to me that you got my back. I just wish I was the one who hit that guy.”  He knew it sounded fucked up, but it was the truth. “I think I was more upset that I let that guy get under my skin than because I didn’t handle the situation myself.  I thought I was over it – letting people like that get to me.  I guess you never really get over it completely, but I haven’t felt sorry for myself like that in a long time.”

Nick scratched at his beard and wrinkled his forehead.  He was quiet for a long time.
“I can’t imagine what it was like for you.  I mean when you were younger.  I can’t imagine having to deal with assholes like that on a regular basis.”  Nick put his hand on Justin’s shoulder.  “That must have been really rough on you, man.”

Justin could see the empathy in Nick
’s eyes.  “It was, but Heather was always there for me.  I couldn’t have dealt with the humiliation if it weren’t for her.”  He looked across the yard and smiled at Kenny. “But tonight, my boy got me through it.”

Chapter Seventy:

It was a long night and Heather had too much to drink.  She settled into bed, and the room spun in circles.  She concentrated on the quiet in the night.  It was her favorite time of day – the minutes before sleep overthrew her, and all was still.  She found peace in its solitude, and it stopped
her momentary bout of nausea.  The stillness of the night was broken by the sound of heavy breathing.  She didn’t comprehend the sound at first, then her eyes flipped wide open as she recognized the familiar sounds of sex.  She continued to listen.  The breathing grew heavier.  It was sprinkled with light moans.  It was Kenny.

Nick heard it too and popped his head up from the pillow.  He made eye contact with her, and she covered her
mouth to stifle her laughter.

Kenny
’s sighs grew louder, more intense.

Nick covered his eyes with his hand.
“Holy shit.”

Shhhhhh.”  She strained her ear toward the direction of Justin’s and Kenny’s room.  She continued to listen to the sounds of their love making with a mixture of fascination and arousal, even if it was a bit intrusive.

Kenny continued moaning.
“Uhhhh, uhhhhhh, uhhhhhhh.”  He emitted a series of short grunts and cries that grew steadily louder.  “Uh, uh, uh.  Justin!  Justin!  Oh my God!  UH, UH, UH, UHHHHHHHHHHH.”

Justin
’s labored breathing was now audible in the background.  Kenny continued with soft groans while Justin’s panting became louder and overshadowed Kenny.  One long, loud guttural moan from Justin, and the house was quiet again.

Heather woke to a throbbing headache. She reached for Nick, but he wasn’t there.  She tiptoed down the stairs.  Each step made her head feel like it was going to explode.  She heard Nick in the kitchen with Justin and Kenny.  They were having breakfast, and the clanking of utensils sounded like gunshots inside her brain.

She barely mumbled a greeting and p
oured herself a cup of coffee.

Morning, honey,” Kenny said.  “Do you want me to make you some eggs?”

Heather put her hand on her forehead and closed her eyes.
“Please stop yelling.  Just let me drink my coffee.”  She took a big gulp.  It was strong and hot.  It tasted good.  She guzzled it down and poured herself another cup. She sipped the second cup slowly, and let the caffeine attack her hangover.  She kept her back to the boys and faced the counter.  She didn’t want to engage in conversation yet.  Everyone was quiet, and the pain in her head hurt a little less.  Suddenly, she spun around and almost choked on her coffee.  “OH MY GOD!”

Justin and Kenny were startled by her outburst, but Nick kept his head down, shielded his eyes with his hand, and stared into his bowl of cereal.  She thought he was dealing with his own hangover, but now she realized that he was trying not to laugh.  That
’s why he wouldn’t look her in the eye when she came downstairs.

Holy shit!” Heather exclaimed.  She almost forgot about the grunting and moaning that came from Justin’s and Kenny’s room last night.  She threw her head back and laughed, even though it made her head hurt.  “The neighbors down the block probably heard you two last night!”

Kenny and Justin exchanged a guilty smile.
“Kenny’s a screamer,” Justin said.

My God!”  Heather brought her hand to her forehead, both to suppress the pain in her head and to accentuate her surprise.  “What the hell were you doing to Kenny?  I couldn’t believe the noises coming through the wall!  She nudged Kenny on the arm, with a smile.  “Are you alright?”

Kenny displayed a sheepish grin
, and his face turned bright red.  “Justin’s . . . well endowed.”

Heather immediately stopped laughing.  She leaned slightly back and looked at Justin with an inquisitive eye.
“Oh,
really?

Nick dropped his spoon in his bowl and burst into a fit of boisterous laughter.  Nick
’s loud laughter boomed inside Heather’s head, but she couldn’t stop laughing long enough to tell him to be quiet.  They both laughed until tears rolled down their cheeks.

Heather finally settled down, but Nick kept chuckling every few seconds.  He couldn
’t regain his composure long enough to finish his cereal.  Heather found it adorable.  Her amusement turned to wonder, as she contemplated the depths of Nick’s personality.  First, he defended Justin from harsh ridicule, of his own accord.  No one asked him to step in and defend Justin.  And now, he found genuine humor in the way she chided Justin and Kenny about their sex life.  And then there were the times when Nick mediated the little spats she had with Justin.  That was another role Nick took on voluntarily.  It kept them grounded, and Nick enjoyed that they needed him.

Nick integrated seamlessly into their trio, straight from the start.  There was no adjustment period, no awkward moments, while they got to know one another
’s idiosyncrasies.  Nick stepped right in and made himself part of their little circle.  It validated that he was meant to be part of their lives, and the heartache she endured while she waited for him was worth every painful second.

Chapter Seventy-One:

Kenny ate too much at the party.  It was Nick
’s barbecued ribs and the pork roast with his “secret sauce” that pushed Kenny’s diet over the edge.  He knew that giving into temptation for one night wasn’t going to ruin his physique, but the two days of leftovers crippled him.  Kenny felt the extra pounds in his gut. He was bloated, and he hated it.  That’s why he was pushing himself to do two extra sets of crunches.  Out of the corner of his eye, Kenny could see someone lingering nearby.  He wondered if he was blocking a piece of gym equipment by doing his crunches on the mat in front of the mirror.  He was almost done.  The person would have to wait.
