So I’m planning a weekend trip to Vegas.

I called in a favor and asked Tanner to check Alex’s schedule for me and clear the time off with the necessary people. The call was then taken over by a weepy Ashley.

“I’m sorry I was such a bitch to you. I didn’t mean to get so nasty, but you pissed me off and you were being stupid. You can’t keep doing this to Alex. Shit or get off the pot…” she rambled, “…Oh my god! I’m doing it again. It’s the hormones; I swear they just make me very protective.”

“Ashley,” I blurted out with a laugh. “Chill, it’s fine. You were right, but you could totally be less of a bitch next time.”

“Well, don’t be so dumb next time…” she sassed back and things were fine.

I’ve book two nights at The Venetian and just have to print out our plane tickets. Alex has no idea this is coming and I can’t wait to see his face. Hopefully he’s as excited as I am.

Grabbing the last few things I’ll need from my bathroom, I throw them into my suitcase and zip it up. I feel carefree and this has been a long time coming.

Pulling up the confirmation email from the airlines, I access my tickets and head into Ashley’s old bedroom, now turned office, and air drop them to the printer.

The tickets are barely finished printing when I scoop them from the printer tray and head for the rest of my stuff piled on the kitchen counter.

I can’t fight the giddy smile that plays on my lips as I head out the door to go tell Alex.

“YOU LOOK LIKE a kid who just woke up on Christmas, angel,” Alex hugs me as I plow through his front door desperate to tell him about our trip. “I like this look. What’s got you all smiles?”

I dig through my bag, pulling things out while I look for the tickets that I know I purposely put on top of everything for this moment.

“You look like you’re digging for your next hit in there,” Alex laughs. “Why do ladies always have such big bags filled with a ton of crap?”

“Let’s see if you still think this is all crap when it keeps you occupied on the plane,” I say, finally finding the tickets.

Alex’s head cocks to the side and his brow furrows in confusion as he asks, “Plane?”

“Plane.” I nod feverishly bouncing up and down on the balls of my feet.

“Why are we going on a plane?” Alex asks suspiciously. I can’t tell if this is a good reaction or a bad one.

“Because we’re going to Vegas for the weekend,” I beam at him.

“Vegas?”

“Yup,” I squeal, but lack of excitement on Alex’s face makes me worried. Maybe this wasn’t a good idea.

“And why are we going to Vegas?” he asks, his voice not giving away any indication of how he feels about this whole thing.

Anxiety overtakes my happiness and I peer up at him apprehensively. “Well, after our fight last week, things started sinking in. I get what you’re saying. I don’t have to kill myself at work anymore, and I want to spend some time with my amazing boyfriend. Alone. No drama. Having fun. What’s more fun than Vegas?”

Alex’s face begins to brighten with each word and he’s radiating happiness by the time I’m finished. “You’re amazing, you know that?”

“So you’re down with going?” I ask.

Alex pulls me into his arms and looks down at me with adoration in his eyes. “I’m assuming you’ve cleared this with my job?”

“Uh huh,” I nod.

He huffs out a little laugh asking, “Tanner?”

“Yup.”

Giving me his signature smooth smile, the one he always gives when he knows he’s about to win in some way or another, he says, “After you went to so much trouble to pull this together, how can I say no?”

“GOD, I LOVE this place,” I exclaim as we walk down the strip.

It’s our second night here, but our first night going out. By the time we got settled into our room yesterday, Alex and I were both exhausted, and opted for dinner in the hotel. Since nothing goes better with a lobster dinner than sex, we wound up finding the energy to finish the night with a couple orgasms each and passed out.

Waking up completely naked with Alex, wrapped in the sheets that smelled like sex, and not having a care in the world for the day was one the best feelings I’ve ever had.

In the past, I’d always been so focused on not making things with Alex too complicated or pushing things too far, we never got to do fun things like this. We never went away together. I’m enjoying every minute of this trip so far.

“Why’s that?” Alex asks, grabbing my hand and pulling me to a stop in the middle of the busy sidewalk. His free arm snakes behind my back and he dips me. His lips mold to mine and his tongue invades my mouth.

Clapping, whooping, and hollering, breaks out around us as people give our rather public display of affection some applause. “Well, that for one reason,” I laugh.

“I kiss you like that at home,” Alex smiles as he rights me on my feet.

Rolling my eyes at his comment, I give a little chuckle before clarifying. “If you did that at home in the middle of New York City, we would not be getting a happy reaction. More like a “Get the fuck out of the way.” I know I’m not the most patient person walking the street in the city. But here? No one cares about things like this. Everyone here has their own agenda. You can be whoever the hell you want in Vegas and nobody gives a shit. It’s Sin City. There’s nothing surprising here.”

“The flyer for hookers we got when we exited the hotel was surprising,” Alex jokes.

Turning my head to look at him as we continue walking, I say. “That’s what I mean though. There’s no shame here. People advertise sex everywhere. You can’t do that at home. One, people would look at you like you were some diseased deviant, and two, the police would pick you up and toss you in a cell for the night.”

Laughing, Alex agrees, “You got that right.”

“Don’t get me wrong,” I explain. “I love New York, but this—this is something special.”

“So tell me then,” he says, glancing at me from the corner of his eye as we navigate around the Elvis singing “Jailhouse Rock
.

“What would you like to do on your night out in Sin City?”

WATCHING QUINN’S ASS shake around the dance floor in her skin tight white dress makes my cock painfully hard.

“Dirty martini and a bottle of Heineken, please?” I ask the bartender when she finally makes her way down to the end of the bar I’m waiting at.

After asking Quinn what she wanted to do for the night, she replied, “Everything.”

We spent a couple of hours in the casino, where Quinn learned that she loves Blackjack. I’m not sure the people we were playing with enjoyed it too much. She didn’t care if it was more of a table game than an individual game. A few times she hit when she should’ve stayed. It worked out great for her, but fucked the other players at the table. After watching her get some serious dirty looks from the three guys playing with us, I suggested it was time we hit the slots. I didn’t want to get into a fight in Vegas if one of those assholes decided to say something stupid to my girl.

The fountains at the Bellagio started up just as we getting closer to them and Quinn practically dragged me to the show. We’ve both seen it before but something about seeing it together made the whole experience completely new and different.

When the fountains stopped, we headed further down the strip. Some guys standing outside a club handed us a flyer for a burlesque show that was starting in twenty minutes and Quinn wanted to see it.

Seeing her get excited about going in to watch half naked girls dance in elaborate costumes made me smile big. How many men can say they have a girlfriend who drags them to any kind of show with naked women?

Quinn’s excitement grew just as much as mine did as each dancer came on, performing to their song, losing their clothes. Quinn liked it for the open sexuality. I liked it because I loved watching her enjoy the women dance around.

Quinn bends over in front of a tiny brunette, and grinds, drawing my attention back to the present as her dress barely covering her ass rises in her new position.

“Here you go,” the bartender interrupts my show placing my drinks down on the bar. I place a twenty down and grab Quinn’s glass and my bottle.

Turning around, I’m greeted with a sweaty smiling Quinn and her friend from the dance floor.

“Hi handsome,” she purrs sliding up next to me, molding the front of her body to the side of mine.

Handing her the drink, I lean down close to her ear, making sure to speak heavily so the warmth of my breath spreads across her ear and neck. “Having fun, angel?”

“I am,” she mewls. “I have a surprise for you.”

Her eyes are glassy and her face and neck are red. I’m not sure if it’s from the dancing or all the alcohol she’s had but regardless, Quinn has surpassed tipsy. But whatever surprise she has planned is giving her this look in her eye. I’m not sure what to make of it.

“What’s that?” I ask intrigued and a little terrified. You never know what will come out of Quinn’s mouth and tonight it has been nothing but surprises.

“Marnie, here…” she says pulling the brunette woman flush against her body. But that also makes Marnie flush against my body, and I don’t like it. “…is coming back to the hotel with us tonight.”

“And why is Marnie coming to our hotel?” I don’t like where this is going one bit.

Quinn rises up on her tiptoes and presses her lips to my ear. “Because I’m going to make one of your fantasies come true tonight.”

I gaze down at her unsure of how to respond to this because I know where she’s going with this, but I want no part of it.

“Marnie, doll, can you excuse us for a minute?”

Taking Quinn’s hand, I pull her to the end of the bar, not far from where we’re standing but far enough that the chick Quinn wants us to fuck tonight won’t hear.

“What’s going on, Quinn?”

She leans forward, pushing my back against the wooden bar and lays her hand on my chest. “Nothing. I just want you to have a good night. I want to give you something you’ve always wanted but never had.”

“You do that every day, angel,” I try to explain to her without hurting her feelings. “Another woman in our bed is not something I want or need.”

“You don’t have to lie,” she says with a pleased smile. Now, I know she’s drunk. A sober Quinn would be able to tell I’m not lying to make myself look wholesome or gentlemanly. I genuinely do not want that woman coming home with us. “I saw the way you were watching us dance. I remember the reaction you had when I told you about the threesomes I’ve had. I’m more than happy to bring that all to life for you.”
