Chicken Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breast deboned and skinned,
  • 1 can chicken broth fat free,
  • 1 can yellow corn,
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup,
  • 1 can cheese dip,
  • ½ cup green chilies

Let’s Cook:

  1. Put into slow cooker the green chilies, broth, cream of chicken soup and corn.
  2. Put the chicken next.
  3. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low.
  4. Remove the cover and scoop 1 cup of the liquid and pour into a bowl.
  5. Add cheese dip and sour cream.
  6. Mix until well combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker.
  8. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
  9. Serve

Fish and Orange

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. fish fillets,
  • 2 tsp orange rind,
  • 2 tsp lemon rind,

  • salt and pepper to taste

Let’s Cook:

  1. Sprinkle fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Put the fish into slow cooker.
  3. Top with parsley, onion, orange rind, lemon rind and oil.
  4. Cover and cook for 2 hours on low.
  5. Put in plate and garnish with the fruit slices.
  6. Serve

  • 4 lbs. whole chicken,
  • 1 cup chicken broth,
  • 2 sprigs of sage,
  • 2 sprig of thyme,
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary,
  • 2 sprigs of parsley,
  • 40 cloves garlic,
  • 2 stalks celery,
  • salt and pepper to taste

Let’s Cook:

  1. Put 1 sprig each of the sage, thyme, rosemary and parsley into the cavity of the chicken.
  2. Put into the slow cooker the celery.
  3. Put the chicken over the celery.
  4. Pour the broth.
  5. Top with the garlic.
  6. Take remaining sprigs and chop, sprinkle over chicken.
  7. Sprinkle salt and pepper into slow cooker.
  8. Cover and cook for 10 hours on low. Serve

  • 1 tbsp. paprika,

  2. Cook in a pan garlic, mushrooms and onions.
  3. Add  to slow cooker.
  4. Put into a saucepan paprika, tomato paste, stock, marjoram, salt and pepper.
  5. Allow to boil and pour into slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook for 7 hours on low.
  7. Serve
