MATTHEW RUSCIGNO, MPH, RD
 
Matt Ruscigno completed his Master’s Degree in Public Health and certification as a Registered Dietitian at Loma Linda University, one of only a handful of professionally-accredited schools promoting vegetarian nutrition. He is active with the American Dietetic Association’s Vegetarian Nutrition Dietary Practice Group. Passionate about social justice, Matt educates low-income students about nutrition with the Network for a Healthy California and teaches community college in South Central Los Angeles. Matt also advises vegan athletes on ways to maximize their performance during training and events. He has participated in numerous ultra-endurance bicycle and triathlon events throughout the world.
