"No
what
you
need
is
some
damn
Viagra!

Take
that
shit
and
let
Queen
work
it
out.

In
a
few
days
she'll
be
straight.

I
don't
see
the
damn
problem.

Shit!

If
you
need
a
pinch
hitter
then
let
me
know,
because
I
don't
have
a
problem
with
it."

Teddy
joked,
but
he
was
dead
serious.

"Like
I
would
ever
let
you
fuck
my
woman."

"Hey,
I'm
just
saying.

If
you
want
her
back
leave
her
with
me
for
a
week.

Not
only
will
she
be
talking,
I'll
have
her
ass
singing."

Teddy
laughed.

"Whatever
nigga!

You
ain't
fucking
Queen.

So,
you
better
keep
working
out
your
frustration
and
issues
on
these
damn
hood
rats
and
chicken
heads
around
here.

I
can
handle
my
own."

"Apparently
you
can't.

So
take
the
damn
Viagra
and
work
her
ass
until
she's
good
and
tired.

Cause
I

ll
be
damn
if
I
let
them
put
Mye
Queen
in
a
mental
institution."

"This
shit
can't
be
healthy,
can
it?

Craving
sex
like
that,
something
must
be
wrong?"

"Of
course
it's
healthy.

Not
only
is
it
healthy
it's
therapeutic.

Besides,
people
grieve
in
different
ways.

Queen
just
wants
to
feel
something...

Hell
anything
other
than
the
hurt
and
pain
she's
feeling
right
now.

Apparently,
sex
does
that
for
her.

So
you
need
to
pop
a
V
and
handle
your
business."

"Even
if
I
wanted
to,
where
the
hell
am
I
going
to
get
some
Viagra?

You
need
a
prescription
for
that
shit."

"Don't
worry
about
it.

I'll
take
care
of
that.

You
just
get
prepared
to
do
what
needs
to
be
done."

"Teddy,
I'm
not
sure
about
this."

"Sure
about
what?

Logic
if
you
want
her
back
then
you
got
to
give
her
what
she
wants.

More
importantly
you
got
to
give
her
what
she
needs.

She
needs
this
right
now.

Don't
fuck
around
and
loose
her
because
you're
not
willing
to
do
the
damn
work.

You
feel
me?"

"Yeah,
I
feel
you."

"Alright,
call
me
if
you
need
me
and
we'll
tag
team
that
ass
if
necessary.

She'll
wake
up
and
come
out
of
that
funk
or
overdose
on
Vitamin
D
in
the
process."
Teddy
laughed.

"Nigga
you
might
as
well
take
the
plane
off
fantasy
island.

Cause
that
shit's
never
going
to
happen.

And
stop
talking
about
fucking
my
woman."

Logic
laughed.

"It's
not
like
I
haven't
done
it
before."

Teddy
mumbled
beneath
his
breath
as
he
scanned
the
menu.

"I
heard
that...
Just
get
the
shit
and
I'll
handle
mine."

'Okay,
it's
all
you
baby."

Teddy
gives
Logic
a
pound.

"Do
your
thing
playa.

Just
bring
Mye
Queen
back."

CHAPTER
35

A
week
had
passed
since
Teddy
and
Logic
spoke
at
the
TGIF
and
there
was
not
a
lot
of
change
in
Queen's
condition.

Although
Logic
claimed
to
be
taking
care
of
his
business,
Teddy
was
doubtful
that
he
was
really
giving
Queen
what
she
needed.

Teddy
knew
that
she
needed
a
straight
up,
down
and
dirty,
no
holds
barred
Ninja
fuck.

Teddy
had
experienced
firsthand
the
same
darkness,
guilt,
hopelessness
and
anguish
that
was
holding
Queen
hostage.

He
knew
that
she
wanted
out
but
couldn't
navigate
through
the
hell
of
sorrow
alone.

She
needed
someone
who
hurt
like
she
hurt
and
who
loss
what
she
loss
to
help
her
relieve
the
pain
in
her
heart.

Teddy
and
Jade
visited
Queen
every
day.

Teddy
knew
what
had
to
be
done
but
naturally
he
was
not
going
to
get
help
or
support
from
Jade,
let
alone
Logic.

Somehow
he
would
have
to
get
Queen
alone
for
at
least
forty
eight
hours
to
break
the
dark
ceiling
of
depression
that
was
closing
in
on
her.

And
he
had
to
do
it
soon
because
Queen's
parents
were
scheduled
to
visit
in
two
weeks.

Fortunately,
the
angels
smiled
upon
him
and
presented
an
unique
opportunity
for
him
to
have
Queen
all
to
himself
for
the
entire
weekend.

Logic
had
to
fly
to
Miami
for
his
uncle's
funeral.

Although
he
didn't
want
to
leave
Queen
for
three
days,
Jade
convinced
him
that
he
should
go.

The
plan
was
for
Jade
and
Dorian
to
stay
with
Queen
at
the
condo,
with
Teddy
as
a
backup.

Logic
felt
confident
that
he
could
trust
the
three
of
them
to
take
care
of
Queen.

Besides,
he
really
needed
a
break.

The
stress
of
the
past
three
weeks
were
starting
to
take
their
toll
on
him
and
his
relationship
with
Queen.

Actually,
everyone
had
endured
the
pressures
and
agony
of
Paul's
murder
and
its
aftermath.

Jade
and
Dorian
were
not
exempt
from
its
mayhem.

They
were
under
as
much
strain
as
Logic.

It
didn't
take
a
lot
for
Teddy
to
convince
them
that
some
face
to
face
alone
time
was
just
what
their
relationship
needed.

Jade
knew
that
she
could
trust
Teddy
to
take
excellent
care
of
Queen.

She
had
no
reservations
with
leaving
Queen
with
him
overnight.

However,
leaving
her
with
him
for
three
days
was
a
totally
different
thing.

Jade
was
well
aware
of
their
history.

More
than
anyone
she
knew
exactly
how
big
a
risk
it
was
to
leave
Queen
and
Teddy
alone.

Teddy
was
and
would
always
be
in
love
with
Queen.

Still
the
fact
remained
that
on
the
surface
it
appeared
that
dick
was
the
last
thing
on
Queen's
mind.

So
when
Teddy
suggested
that
they
bring
Queen
to
his
ranch
to
spend
the
weekend
it
seemed
like
a
good
idea.

"Teddy
are
you
sure
that
you
can
handle
Queen
by
yourself?"

Jade
asked
as
she
prepared
to
leave
Queen
with
him
at
his
ranch.

"What's
to
handle?

It's
not
like
she's
a
newborn."

"I
know,
but
I'm
just
saying
it's
not
as
easy
as
it
seems."

"Look,
just
go
and
enjoy
yourself.

We
will
be
find.

Queen
likes
it
here.

Look,
she
doing
better
already."
Teddy
responds
as
they
watch
Queen
relax
in
a
rocking
chair
on
the
front
porch.

"I
got
this.

So,
don't
worry
about
us.

Go
and
have
some
fun."

"Okay,
I'm
going
to
trust
you.

But
you
better
not
fuck
this
up.

Logic
left
her
with
me.

If
something
happens
to
her....

I'm
beating
your
ass.

Do
you
understand
me?"

"Jade,
Queen
will
be
fine.

I
promise."

Teddy
laughed.

"I'm
going
to
take
real
good
care
of
her.

The
ranch
and
the
horses
will
be
good
for
her.

You'll
see."

"Alright.

But
we'll
be
back
to
check
on
her
tomorrow."
