“Choi Yoori!” Tae Hyun growled, nearly going crazy as he watched her retreat like a scared little kitten toward the door.
“Don’t you dare walk out that door! I swear to God if you walk out, I’m going to spank that pretty little ass of yours so hard you won’t be able to walk for a week!”

Oh goodness gracious, that should

not
 have sounded so hot
.

“Stop turning me on!” Yoori shouted desperately, her hands finding the lock on the doorknob.
If she didn’t lock this door, then it was almost guaranteed that she would run back inside later and just fall right back into his seducing arms.

“Yoori! What are you doing? Why the hell are you locking the door?”

“So I won’t be tempted to come in and rape you later on tonight!”

What?
”

She didn’t give Tae Hyun a chance to change her mind.

Yoori quickly slid behind the door and pulled the door close. She soon realized, just when the door clicked close and the last of Tae Hyun’s words filtered into the hall, that it might have been a
very
bad idea to lock the door.

“HOW THE HELL ARE YOU GOING TO COME BACK INSIDE AND UN-CUFF ME IN THE MORNING?”

Uh oh.

Squeezing the knob with her hands, she struggled to open the now locked door.
 Oh man, oh man.
How was she supposed to go back in? She kept trying to open it but it was useless. There was no getting inside unless she figured something out. Morning.
I’ll do it in the morning
, she appeased herself, already feeling tired from everything that took place. She would do it in the morning when she wasn’t so drunk.

“Tae Hyun!” She stood closer to the door. “Just go
to sleep. I’ll figure out a way to get to you in the morning!”

She pressed her ear against the door and heard nothing but his angry grunts. She knew then that he was pass talking to her. His only concern was trying to un-cuff himself from the bedpost.
She shook her head at his resilience. Quite tired as the alcohol from her body had fully immersed her senses, Yoori quietly backed away from the door.

Yoori was beside her drunken self. She couldn’t believe she just gave up on having amazing sex with Tae Hyun. She couldn’t believe she just gave up on something that thousands of other girls would die for. Yoori was sure of it, she was
going to regret this in the morning and this knowledge in it of itself would be the worst hangover of her life.

Retreating into the cold living room, she pitifully grabbed the purple blanket that Tae Hyun bought for her and curled up on the lonely couch.
She rested her eyes and dreamed about embracing Tae Hyun. She wasn’t sure who she tortured more tonight. Despite appearances, she was positive she tortured herself more than she ever tortured Tae Hyun. At least the hot one got the warm bed as opposed to getting the lonely, cold and uncomfortable couch.

Yoori groaned in misery. With the bitterness set in her, Yoori forced herself to fall asleep before she found herself succumbing to the urge to grab an ax and break through the door so she could actually bring her desires to fruition and make love
to Tae Hyun like they were energizer bunnies in heat.

What a hell of a night that would’ve been,
she thought bitterly before another worried thought streamed through her mind.

She had a bad feeling already.

She should definitely get some sleep because it was going to be a hell of an experience when morning arrived.
Because heavens help her, who knows what Tae Hyun would do to her once she un-cuffs him in the morning.

20: Morning Seduction

Yoori dreamt that she was in bed with Tae Hyun, sleeping as he held her close to his chest, embracing her with his warmth. She could feel his beating heart as her rosy cheek laid upon him, her mouth so close to his skin that she couldn’t help but press her lips into the pectoral muscle beneath her face.

A quirk of a satisfied smile
appeared upon her sleeping face. She could’ve sworn she felt “dream Tae Hyun” exhale in bliss when she did this.

Wanting to further molest “dream Tae Hyun,” Yoori permitted her hand to roam up his body, causing satisfied murmuring to escape from the deep recesses of his chest. She moved her slender fingers up to his neck, moved along to his shoulder, and murmured down to his biceps. Yoori felt the butterflies quake in her tummy when she felt his muscles tighten at her every touch.

Inspired by the pleasurable effects all this molestation was having on her “dream Tae Hyun” and herself, Yoori gradually moved her fingers over to his abs—the tight abs that she loved so much. Flattening her hand onto the hard planes, she gradually moved up from the lower packs to the upper packs, reveling in the feel of him breathing in pleasure. Once her hand reached the upper packs, Yoori allowed her hand to venture lower again. Lower and lower and low—

It wasn’t until she felt a hand grab her wrist, and stop her fingers just beneath the skin at his lower abs, did she realize that this dream may be a
bit
 too realistic for her…

“Stop you little tease. You drive me crazy enough.”

This was all that Yoori needed to hear to realize that none of this was a dream.

Snapping her eyes opened, her frenetic heart skipping more than a couple of beats, she was horrified to find that she was
actually sleeping with Tae Hyun and that she was truly harassing him in reality.

“Oh shit,”
Yoori cried out. She was set to propel out of bed like a rocket – that was until Tae Hyun held onto her wrist, grabbed her by the waist and pinned her to the bed.

He rose above her.
His gorgeous face peered down on her while the sun hovered into their bedroom, kissing the exposed area of Tae Hyun’s shoulder. He propped himself above her, his elbows on either side of her. Amused with her behavior, he grinned lazily at her.

“How…how did I get in this bed?” she asked earnestly. Her heart was thumping so hysterically that she was sure it would pop right out if she didn’t get answers soon.

She paused.

She didn’t break in to rape him, did she?

Yoori moved her hands underneath the little purple blanket that was still covering her. She touched her stomach and legs. She still had her clothes so raping him wasn’t a possibility.
 Whew!

“I carried you in,” he replied easily, virtue radiating in his voice. Even when his eyes were teasing, he could still exhibit such innocence with his answer. He made it sound like he rescued her from an orphanage somewhere in the storm.

Still flustered, she asked the obvious question. “How...how did you get out of the cuffs?”

“Magic,” he answered simply, his eyes rising up to stare up at the cuffs in question.

Yoori wanted to yell at him for his stupidity in always giving her that answer, but she made the executive decision to refrain from yelling at him or bringing up the cuffs. It was more than likely that she would end up staring at the cuffs
too. And someone help her, she didn’t need to be subjected to that temptation. She could already feel her body warm up at the mere thought of seeing it. She couldn’t believe she actually used a pair of cuffs to restrain this sex demon in bed.

Dazed with lethargy and confusion, her gaze involuntarily
shifted onto the small office desk in the further corner of their bedroom. Her eyes rounded when she saw that Tae Hyun’s teasing white towel was hanging off the chair. She then noted that she could feel his body heat. Because the purple blanket was still covering her, she couldn’t feel much of him on her. All that she knew was that he was shirtless and the big comforter veiling over him hid any further knowledge to whether or not he was fully naked.

A gush of panic heaved through her all the same, acting as a catalyst for the stilling of her already frantic heart. Her eyes returned to Tae Hyun. His enrapturing brown eyes stared coolly down at her. He knew that she noted he was no longer wearing that sinful towel.

“Please tell me you’re not naked under the comforter right now.”

There was hope in her voice. She was
worried that if he were really naked, then it would just lead her down another path of sexual temptation. Truthfully, she didn’t want to deal with it in the early morning. It didn’t help that she didn’t have the excuse of “being drunk” to use as her crutch. She could kill herself. Would a drunk recall everything that occurred the night before? Apparently she wasn’t a piss drunk. She was still a rational drunk. This realization scared the hell out of her because she realized that she jumped on Tae Hyun because of her desires, not because the alcohol clouded her better judgment. What a damning thing to realize in the early morning when the sex God himself was teasing her again.

“What if I am?” he drawled lazily.

Yoori gasped. “Are you?”

He shrugged idly. “I just showered. That towel was irritating me. This little minx that I was trying to seduce last night was supposed to rip it off so I could play with her. The girl instead tricked me, chained me to a bed, and left me to die here as she went to sleep on a couch.”

He shook his head. His eyes turned bitter at the reminder. No longer keen on beating around the bushes, Tae Hyun carried on with the confrontation Yoori was sure he had been dying to have with her.

“I can’t believe you did that,” he confronted heatedly. “I mean…I
 seduced
you last night. I’ve never had to seduce any girl in my entire life and I actually seduced you. I even called you ‘baby’ countless times.” He cringed at the word. “Do you know how much that word makes me feel nauseous? I never call anyone ‘baby.’ I feel like I’m whipped every time I say it, but I say it because I know that you get turned on by it. And what do you do? You made me think you were going to have sex with me, you cuffed me to a bed, you ran out on me begging you not to go, you locked the door, and you slept on a couch instead.”

He frowned, his eyes becoming more offended than bitter now.

“You slept on a

couch
instead of sleeping in the same bed with
me
,” he reiterated to Yoori as though she had committed some sort of blasphemy and missed Sunday church. “It’s official,
Choi
. You really suck at life.”

“Don’t call me

Choi
 like that,
Kwon
,” Yoori retaliated by shoving his shoulder. The aftermath of a crazy night aside, Yoori wasn’t about to just lie down like a weakling and have him pick on her. “If you don’t like calling me ‘baby’, then you shouldn’t have started it last night. I can’t help that I react to it because I know that your sorry ass hardly say anything sweet to me unless you’re trying to bed me.
And
…” she added, bitterly raising an index finger. “
And
you got me calling you ‘baby’ last night too. Ugh, I can’t believe you, you perv! How could you do this to an innocent, susceptible drunk girl?”

Granted she wasn’t really drunk, she wasn’t about to let Tae Hyun in on that secret.

“Oh give me a break, you weren’t drunk,” he called out like he had just read her mind. “Your sentences and thoughts were coherent. You only felt drunk because your control was wavering. I can’t seduce someone who doesn’t want to be seduced – drunk or not. You enjoyed every bit of it. Even when I offered you the opportunity to make the first move, I knew you were going to take it. So stop denying that.”

Heat jumped onto her cheeks. “Well, of course I wanted to be seduced,” she defended meekly. “What girl wouldn’t want to be seduced like that?” She remembered his earlier insult and felt the extreme need to add, “Oh and for your information, I wasn’t the one who got tricked and was cuffed to the bed all night. I may suck at life…but you

fail
 at life.”

Tae Hyun’s jaw clenched. Though he seemed extremely angry, it was apparent he was more upset with himself than with her.

“You’re right. That was an epic failure on my part last night. I should’ve known you weren’t
 that
kinky. I was too wasted on being hopeful than being realistic. I won’t make the same mistake again though.”

His voice was marked with male arrogance. It was a tone that scared her because it only meant that Tae Hyun would more than prevail over her now that he knew how cunning she could be.

“Yes, of course you wouldn’t make the same mistake again,” she retorted with the hopes of moving the battle to her favor. “You almost ruined our friendship. Luckily we didn’t do anything. Things can still be saved, Tae Hyun. We can still keep things as they were. We can still keep our friendship safe and healthy.”
