Chapter 5

They both looked at each other for a few seconds, sizing each other up as they both smiled at each other.

“I'm sorry, where are my manners? My name is Devon Sager.” He shook his head, feeling his face grow red when he had forgotten to introduce himself.

“I know who you are.” She couldn't believe that he was standing in front of her, didn't think that anyone was going to be in the office that late at night.

“From the dating show?” he asked her, raising his eyebrows wondering if she had even watched the show that night.

“No, I don't watch reality shows like that. I've heard about you from talk on the street.” Jasmine laughed at him, he loved how she laughed, it was light and not forced like most women that he introduced himself to.

“What's your name?” he asked her, sticking out his hand to her, not caring that it smelled like cleaner.

“Jasmine Conner. Nice to meet you, Mr. Sager.” She took his hand in hers and they shook hands gently.

“Oh please, no Mr., just call me Devon,” he stated, not wanting her to have to be so professional with him.

“Great, it's nice to meet you Devon.” Jasmine grinned at him and heard him chuckle. He could see that she had a great sense of humor and when he looked into her hazel eyes, he felt his heart trip over itself.

He knew that she would make a good advertising woman. If he wasn't trying to help Ken out he would have offered her a job as one of his models. He knew that she could make more money than what she was doing. He knew that she deserved a better job than cleaning and he hoped that he could get her to take the job but he didn't want to rush it so he wasn't going to ask that night. He was going to let Ken know about it and see what he wanted to do. He didn't want to get Jasmine's hopes up thinking that she was getting a job of a lifetime if Ken didn't agree with him.

“I'm finished with your office, I'm going to go change the trashes and clean the toilets.” She blushed, knowing that a billionaire like Devon didn't really care about what she had to do.

Devon loved how she blushed easily, he thought that she looked even more beautiful when her face had color in it.

“Don't worry about that. I'm glad that we have someone around here that really knows what they're doing.” Devon assured her that he didn't mind her talking about her job. Everyone had to have a job in order to survive, no matter how crappy it was.

Devon moved out of her way so that she could leave the office with her cleaning supplies, he could see that she had done a great job in his office and thought about giving her a tip before she left for the night. He was sure that she was going to stop in and let him know that she was leaving.

Devon closed his office door behind her and sighed tiredly as he sat down in his office chair. He knew that he had to ask her, he just had to gather up the courage to ask her to be the model for the advertising on the new dating show.

He could talk to Ken all he wanted about her, but for her to say yes was a different story. As shy as she was, he was going to have to go over the lines with her for the advertisement and he had already thought about what she was going to wear. It was going to be something sexy, showing off her body and letting the women know just how lucky they were to be given a chance to be selected as one of his dates.

He had a feeling that he was going to have to do a lot of convincing that she was the right woman. Ken always trusted his judgment when it came to women; he wasn't worried about Ken turning him down. He would want to see her for an interview for sure, but he was afraid that Jasmine just might turn him down and Devon Sager wasn't used to anyone turning him down, no woman had ever turned him down, whether it came to a date or it was sex. He had a big sex drive and no woman told him no. He was afraid that Jasmine was going to decline the offer, the first time that he had been worried about any woman and even though he was nervous, when it came to having the confidence to ask her, to throw it at her and see what she might say to him.

“You have to get her for the advertisement. There's no way around it, you have to get her. She's the perfect one,” Devon murmured to himself, looking at his closed door and hoping that she would come walking into the room with that smile of hers.

Devon finally reached over to pick up his office phone to call Ken. He knew that it was late but Ken would be happy that he had found a woman to advertise for his show. He had no problem getting a hold of Ken. Ken picked up on the first ring.

“I've found the perfect woman to help you out with the advertising. I have a feeling that many women are going to fill out the forms to date me. To have a chance at dating me at least,” Devon said quickly into the phone before Ken could even say hello to him.

“That's great, get it done. I will see you in the morning and we can talk it over more.” Ken didn't want to rush anything. The show was on once a week so he wasn't worried about rushing, he wanted to make sure that everything ran smoothly just like it had been.

Devon hung up the phone without telling him that he wasn't sure that she was going to go for it. His hands were sweating and he felt himself growing hot. He couldn't handle rejection but if she did, he would have to move on quickly to someone else.

“Please say yes,” he groaned as he got up from his chair and opened up the office door.

He was looking around outside the office at the chairs and the large space of carpeting. He saw her on the other side of the big room with the lights on.

“Here we go, there's no time like the present to get this done,” Devon muttered to himself as he stepped out of his office, closing the door behind him he headed towards her slowly.

The closer Devon got to her, the more he wished that he could turn back around and ask her at a later date. He was about to turn around when she looked over her shoulder and saw that he was walking towards her. She thought that maybe he was seeing how work was going but the look on his face was serious and she had to think back over the night to see if she had done anything wrong, if he had looked over the work that she had been doing, then she knew that there should be no complaints.

“Can I help you?” Jasmine asked him, biting down on her lip nervously.

“I have a question to ask you....” His voice trailed off as he took a deep breath and knew that he couldn't back out now that she was looking at him. An uncomfortable silence began between them.

Chapter 1

For a minute Devon felt like he couldn't talk, he took a look at her tits for just a moment, seeing how firm and big they were. He knew that she would look good in a red dress with a slit up the side. He knew she would look wonderful advertising with him.

“Devon?” she finally asked him, feeling her face growing hot when she noticed that he was checking her out.

“Sorry, I lost my train of thought for just a moment. I was wondering if you would like to take on a job.” He stated his reason for looking for her.

“What kind of job is it?” Jasmine asked him, wanting to make sure that she knew what it was before she said yes.

“It's a modeling job for the dating show.” Devon was straight with her when she shook her head at him.

“Please, we are in a tight spot right now. The model we did have died in a car accident; we just found out recently. You see the predicament I am in?” he told her, explaining that he was in trouble with the dating show that was finally getting off the ground. They were just missing one thing, a model.

“I'm very sorry for your bad luck. I'm not sure if I could do something like that. I don't know if I could sport my body on the television set with whatever clothes you might pick out for me. I need to practice lines.” She tried listing a million reasons why she couldn't do it.

“You really don't want to be working here, do you? I know you don't, don't answer that. I will pay you well, out of my own pocket. Even for practicing, for your time it will be cash in hand. You will be making more money than you are here. Probably more money within just a few practice runs,” Devon told her, seeing that she was thinking about it.

Jasmine knew that it beat cleaning disgusting toilets because no one really cared about cleaning up after themselves. It was like since they knew that someone would be cleaning up their mess, they didn't even try to wipe the seats down when they were finished going to the bathroom. She knew that he was right, she knew that she didn't want to be cleaning bathrooms for the next year or so, or maybe even longer than that.

“Promise me that you're not going to put any skimpy clothing on me.” She pointed a finger at him. She wasn't going to do it if he expected her to show a lot of skin.

“I'm not going to. I promise and if everything goes well I will have you working for me as a model. You wouldn't have to worry about coming back to this job ever again.” Devon promised her, even though he was desperate to find a model, he knew that she would do a great job with the way her body looked and her smile that she had given him many times since he had met her when he walked into his office for work.

“I guess I could help you,” Jasmine finally answered him. She finally gave into him, sighing with relief that she didn't have to do anymore cleaning after that night.

“Great, I will see you tomorrow night then. I have to talk to my friend Ken who already agreed that you could be the model for it. He just wants to take a look at you first thing in the morning,” Devon told her, letting her know that everything had already been worked out before he had asked her.

“How early? I have college classes that I need to get to as well. I don't want to mess up my schooling. I want to become a lawyer and I've been working so hard at it.” Jasmine told him a little bit about herself.

“When do you start school?” He raised his eyebrows, wondering how many years she had left of school. How many years because he knew that it took more than two years to study and take classes but if she was dedicated he couldn't take her away from her classes.

“I start at eight o'clock and I've never been late,” Jasmine warned him, letting him know that she took her college courses seriously.

“That's fine, we will meet with Ken at six-thirty; it shouldn't take that long to have him take a look at you. You might have to try on some dresses that I will personally pick out for you. I will be there at five to make sure everything is ready for you.” Devon wanted her to feel comfortable and he wasn't sure about the red dress anymore. It showed a lot of leg but it only showed a little cleavage. He wondered how deep her cleavage would look in the red dress because she had big tits, bigger than the average women that he had been with in the past.

“That works for me. Just remember that I don't want to be in a dress that's going to show everything.” She grinned at him.

“I think that you would look good. You have the body for it but you're right, I did promise and I'm not going to go back on it.” He raised his hands as he watched her face blush. He loved how her eyes beamed with happiness knowing that she was going to get out of the cleaning job and move onto something better.

“I will let you finish cleaning up. Thank you for cleaning my office so thoroughly too. I think that you did a great job. I'm going to go home, myself. Do you have a lot more work to do?” he asked her, hoping she didn't have much work left to do.

“I have another two bathrooms and this room.” Jasmine looked around and knew that she wasn't going to make it for the city bus. It stopped running at eleven and it was five minutes before that time. She knew it was going to be a long walk home.

Devon saw her looking at the clock with sadness, and he figured that she had to be somewhere at a certain time and knew that he could stick around himself.

“I can help you if you want me to. Are you going to be late for something?” Devon asked her, hoping that she wasn't going to be.

“Late for the city bus.” She frowned, feeling embarrassed that she had admit it to him. She was an honest woman and she knew that plenty of people took the city bus, and it was nothing to be ashamed of.

“I can give you a ride home. I'm going to start on this room. One thing that I don't do is bathrooms.” Devon chuckled, taking the vacuum away from her.

“Thank you for helping me. I really appreciate it. You really don't have to. I don't want to get into trouble,” Jasmine kidded him.

“You don't have to worry about that since I'm the boss.” He threw his head back and laughed at her. She was filled with jokes, and he could see that she liked it when he could make her laugh, wondering if she liked him as much as he liked her.

Jasmine walked hurriedly to the bathroom where her cart was waiting for her. Two bathrooms left and she knew that she could get them done in a hurry, and they would still look good. Her mother had worked as a cleaning lady and she had done it until the cancer took over and she was too weak. She missed her mother a lot. Her mother had been gone for two years but the time didn't matter anyways, she still thought about her every day.

Devon had never offered to help with any cleaning. He had maids and cleaning ladies in his mansion, so he didn't even bother offering to clean anything up. There was something about her that made him want to be different. Not because he felt sorry for her for having to clean, he didn't feel sorry for her at all, it was a job and he could see that she had been dedicated to it before he had offered her the job. He knew that she was a hard worker just by the way she had cleaned his desk, making sure that there wasn't a speck of dust on it.

It didn't take him long to take care of the carpet and he was impressed with the job that he had done. He took the liners that were already in the small trash buckets in each cubicle, he knew that Jasmine had been the one who put liners at the bottom of the trash containers and he thought that was a wise choice so she didn't have to keep lugging things around while she cleaned, that would take up a lot of time in itself.

“How are you doing?” Jasmine asked him, grinning at him as he tried his best to be just as fast as she had been.

“I think that I'm doing good, I'm actually impressed with myself!” he hollered out with joy and heard her laugh easily once again. Feeling his stomach knotting up and his heart thumping for her, he was surprised that she couldn't hear in the silence of the room.
