DAY SEVEN

FIRST THING

A cup of hot water with the juice of half a lemon
One probiotic supplement with one full pint of water

BREAKFAST
(always the same)

Two or three celery stalks
Followed by
Raw Rolled Oat Cereal
or one to two pieces of toasted, plain gluten-free sprouted millet bread (with a small amount of organic butter, if necessary)

LUNCH

Israeli Chopped Salad
followed by the
Ananda Burrito

SNACK
(at least thee hours later)

Veggie sticks dipped in ½ cup of
Beauty Guacamole

DINNER

Start with a digestive enzyme
Large serving of
Sunday Salad
and ½ cup of
Probiotic & Enzyme Salad
Followed by
Quinoa, Avocado and Corn Salad

LATE NIGHT

If you experience cravings, have herbal tea with stevia or more veggie sticks
dipped in
Sally's Salsa
or
Green Bean–Miso Dip

BEFORE BED

One probiotic supplement
Two to four capsules of a magnesium-oxygen supplement, as needed

Becoming a Radiant Beauty is
super exciting! We are moving to a higher level of health and beauty and
becoming more immersed in the wonderful abundance of fresh, nutrient-dense and
beautifying plant foods! In the Radiant Beauty phase we add the Glowing Green
Smoothie, which is a powerful weapon that will improve our skin and hair and
help us rebalance our weight. Embrace how great the plan makes you look and feel
the more you stick with it.

Radiant Beauty adheres to the same tenets
as Blossoming Beauty, except we take fruit off the “avoid” list. Oil
may be reintroduced in small amounts and your daily serving of nuts can increase
from one to two ounces. If you are coming to Radiant Beauty from

What Happens if
I Hit a Wall?

It happens
to all of us. We are flying high, losing weight easily and rapidly, our skin
is looking great, our energy is unbeatable, and then suddenly, boom,
everything comes to a screeching halt. Weight loss plateaus. Cravings may
start kicking back in. A few zits rear their ugly heads. Along with the
physical issues, we may start to mentally beat ourselves up or get really
frustrated and ask ourselves, “What am I doing wrong?”

The answer is that
probably you are doing nothing wrong. Remember the analogy to the clogged
wheel? True and deep cleansing not only takes years, but it is an ongoing
process. You will have ups and downs. There may be periods when you bring
more waste up to the surface and it is more difficult to get rid of. Maybe
you brought a great deal to the surface and now some cravings have set in.
You may have slipped up a few times and had a tuna melt or a chicken
sandwich. Big deal! Forget about it and move on with the plan! Forward
momentum is what we are most concerned with. You don't have to be
perfect; you just have to keep focusing on making progress. You know how
long it took me to totally forget about cheese and never ever truly want it
again?
Two years.
Yes, for two years I struggled
to cut it out of my life!

When you get into a
rut, it is a good idea to make sure you are taking your magnesium-oxygen
supplements, drinking a lot of water and eating very simply. It certainly
wouldn't be a bad idea to get a properly administered gravity colonic
to move more waste out in an efficient and timely way. Eat really lightly
for a day or two, cutting back on even alkaline grain dishes or nut
pâtés, and see if that helps you get through.

Most importantly,
remember that we all go through periods of flux! This might happen
especially around the changes of season, by the way. I go through it too. Be
patient with yourself, and remember that this is a lifestyle program, not a
temporary diet. Stay positive, don't indulge yourself or be hard on
yourself or wallow in your cravings too much, and you will soon get back on
track!

RADIANT BEAUTY BENEFITS

Ladies and gentlemen, this is your
captain speaking. I'd like to thank you for joining me as we skyrocket
toward new levels of health and beauty. En route, we will be crossing over into
new frontiers of energy, radiant skin, and lustrous hair and shedding excess
pounds in possibly the greatest phase of weight loss. Once we have reached our
cruising altitude and stabilized over the next thirty days or so, we will turn
of the seat-belt indicator and let you move freely through your life…much
more healthy and beautiful, and free of calorie counting and carb counting!
I'd like to thank you for joining me, and I hope that in the future, when
you need a beauty and health boost, you'll remember to come back to the
tenets of the Radiant Beauty phase and remember your secret weapon: the Glowing
Green Smoothie!

Since we have increased our fresh greens
intake even more with the Glowing Green Smoothie and cut out acid-forming foods
further, you may notice, if you are overweight or looking to lose a significant
amount of weight, that this is the phase where you experience the highest levels
of weight loss. Though you may be skeptical that one little smoothie—the
Glowing Green Smoothie—could do so much, you will surprise yourself at how
much energy you have from drinking it, and you will feel so good that you
won't miss your old breakfast foods over time. You might start going to
the bathroom quite a bit more than you were previously used to, which is a great
sign that you are starting to dislodge some of the old sludge.

You may notice much bigger differences in
your skin, in that it is clearer, softer and more vibrant. It usually takes a
few months to see a difference in your hair and your nails, but shinier, thicker
hair is on the way and stronger nails to boot!

RADIANT BEAUTY BASIC TENETS

In this phase you will enjoy the
Glowing Green Smoothie in the mornings and will start to keep your mornings even
lighter to promote cleansing. Many of the other principles
are exactly the same as for Blossoming Beauty, except that we work to
further reduce the acid-forming animal products in our diet and to cut gluten
out completely.

IN THE RADIANT BEAUTY PHASE:

The Glowing Green
Smoothie will be breakfast at least five times a week. The other days
breakfast will be fresh fruit.

Cooked foods or grains are not consumed in the morning.

Animal products,
including land animals, dairy, fish, eggs and raw goat's cheese, are
limited to a maximum of three times a week, at dinner only.

Dinner is
vegetarian at least four times a week.

APPLICABLE TO ALL PHASES:

Avoid these
foods:
Dairy
Gluten-containing foods, such as those made with
wheat, rye and barley
Refined sugar and starches, including all
sodas
Artificial sweeteners, including all diet sodas
Canned and
microwaved foods
Foods with additives or artificial ingredients;
packaged foods
Unfermented soy products
Packaged, pre-bottled
fruit and vegetable juices
Table salt
Fried foods
Refined
or heated oils (except a small amount of coconut oil)

Avoid animal
protein during the day, which slows the passage of food. Stay light and eat
only plant-based foods.

Minimize snacking
as much as possible. Snacking drains our Beauty Energy and overtaxes our
system. Eat enough at meals so you feel satisfied and not hungry.

If hunger
persists through the afternoon because you are used to eating heavier foods
or eating more often, try having more Probiotic & Enzyme Salad. Have
veggie sticks around to snack on with salsa or another veggie-based dip.
Chlorella tablets can also be helpful.

How Long Should
You Be a Radiant Beauty?

This is
arguably the biggest transition of any phase, as we are introducing the
Glowing Green Smoothie. This starts to really rebalance the body in a
stronger way, due to its fiber and high chlorophyll levels. So don't
rush yourself in the adjustment process! The bare minimum is thirty days.
But the reality is that making it to the Radiant Beauty phase is a big deal!
You should be extremely proud of yourself for making such changes to improve
your beauty and health simultaneously. You are having a Glowing Green
Smoothie nearly every day, which has totally changed your diet for the whole
first part of your day! You have now given up dairy and gluten products (at
least most of the time!). Your intake of animal products has been cut way
down.

Though you may not
be a total vegetarian, you have acid-forming animal products only several
times a week. While I personally choose to refrain from all animal products
(except occasionally honey), I understand that for familial, cultural or
social reasons that may not be 100 percent realistic or possible for all of
us. Since these are huge changes, most of my clients stay in this phase for
many months, while some stay in it for years, and some stay in it forever.
If it works for you, I fully encourage you to stay with it! Not everyone
will move up to the True Beauty phase, simply because the Radiant Beauty
phase works for them and their lifestyle. And that is okay, because they
have already made huge progress!

Of course, this is
not to discourage those of you that want to go further with the lifestyle
and try the True Beauty phase. But if it doesn't work for you and you
want to stay a Radiant Beauty, that is wonderful! Just be sure that the
lifestyle feels comfortable and automatic for you, and that you aren't
feeling deprived all the time. It is your personal experience of the
outstanding results—great physical improvement, feeling better, having
more energy—that will truly and naturally push you forward, or inspire
you to stick with what you're doing now. Be in tune with yourself, and
don't be judgmental or competitive by trying to get
“higher” up. Enjoy the great results, no matter where you are
and what is working for you!
