My dick twitches in her hand and I swear I could come right then. “Amazing?”

She squeezes me again. “No. Fucking amazing.”

My eyes close and I am having a serious issue holding on. One more squeeze and I am going to blow in her hand and on the side of her leg.

                                                        BREE

I want to make Josh feel like he just made me feel. After he admits that he does want to have sex with me, I feel much better. Low self-esteem has always played a part in the bedroom with Nick. When you have someone constantly telling you that you are not attractive and you are not performing well, you start to feel unattractive and off-putting.

Josh’s eyes close when I squeeze him the second time. He’s so hard and I can tell he is having trouble restraining. Instead of squeezing him this time, I loosen my grip and stroke him up and down. He begins to move with the rhythm of my hand. “Bree, I can’t hold on any longer. I’m gonna…I’m gonna.” He is panting in my ear, occasionally nipping my lobe with his teeth. I know what he is about to do. It is the sexiest thing I have ever seen.

“It’s okay, Josh. Let go.” I quicken the motion of my hand. Josh’s breathing becomes erratic and his movements are jerkier. Suddenly, I feel him still with a growl in my ear and a warm liquid fills my hand spilling over to the side of my leg.

Josh collapses on top of me. I use my clean hand to bring him closer to me and rub his sweat laced back. “I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to do that all over you.”

“I’m okay. I actually really enjoyed it,” I admit. Having the ability to make someone feel so good is empowering.

“You did?” He picks himself off me and wipes my leg and hand with his discarded shirt.

“Yeah. A lot.”

“Damn, this is going to be fun,” he announces.

He covers my naked body with a blanket and wraps himself around me. I inch my ass closer to his body and feel his head move closer to my shoulder. “This is happening fast. This thing between us is the shit people warn you about…the crash and burn effect,” I confess.

His body tenses a bit. Rubbing his hand up my arm and reaching above my neck, his hand meets my chin. Ever so gently, he guides my chin and head to look at him. “I will admit that I am scared, Bree. I’m scared shitless. I don’t make it a habit of falling for anyone. Hell, the last serious relationship I had only lasted as long as it did was because I felt guilty not because I wanted to be with her. With you, everything is different.”

Suddenly, I’m curious. I was never the type of chick that wondered about ex-girlfriends or got jealous. I always assumed there was someone before me and they were important at one point. With Josh, I want to know. “Will you tell me about your last girlfriend? What was she like? Why is she an ex?”

His body is becoming strained. “Her name is Amy. We fucked…I mean, dated for about 5 months.”

He knows I want more information. Why become so hush-hush now? “You know that’s not what I meant, Josh. I want to know what she was like.”

Sighing, he begins to tell me about Amy. “I met Amy at a show I was working. She hung out at different venues for the same band.” He runs his fingers through his shaggy hair. A piece lies on his forehead. I gently move the piece leaving my hand linger for a moment.

Liking my gesture, he gives me a lopsided smile. “At first, I wasn’t really in to her. She just was always around. Err…don’t think bad things about me…kay?”

“I won’t,” I promise.

“I was having a bad night and I was drinking a little bit. She was around and willing. After that, she kept coming around more and more. I couldn’t get rid of her. If I’m being honest, I didn’t mind the company at first. But, after awhile, I got to know her. Amy likes her pills and alcohol mixed together and the mix doesn’t like her. When, I tried to break things off with her, she became worse.” His head is now lying on my bare chest. As he tells his story, my fingers get lost in his hair.

“That’s so sad. I hope she is getting help.”

He snickers, “I doubt that. Bree, I should tell you…she is a pain in the ass. She causes trouble for me every venue she shows up at. If another girl looks at me she gets pissed and causes a scene. I don’t want her to make you go away.”

“The only person who can make me go away is you.”

He rubs my cheek so gently. Something tells me that he doesn’t believe me. “I mean it, Josh. She isn’t going to scare me away. Is that what you are thinking?”

“I want to believe you. But, I know Amy.”

“You don’t know me. I don’t scare easily,” I assure him.

“Good. Cuz’ this is happening between us. We’re doing this.” I am pretty sure Josh means that we are going to be together. Like, as a couple. But, my female mind needs more than that.

“What are we doing, Josh?” I bring my mouth to his, kissing him with all that I have.

He pulls away from me. Looking in my eyes, he whispers, “Be mine. Only mine. Kay?”

Wow. This is my Disney Princess moment. Sure, he is not the clean-cut prince you see in the movies. But, the butterflies in my stomach don’t care that he doesn’t fit the mold. Plus, it is about time Disney introduces a prince with tattoos and a lip ring, don’t you think?

A million and one clever movie lines come and go through my head. In an attempt to answer him in a witty fashion, I scan my brain for something clever. ‘You had me at ‘hello’; ‘I’ll never let go, Jack’; ‘I dream about being with you forever’. Nothing seems fitting or as perfect as what he has said to me. So, I whisper the first thing that comes out, “Kay.”

Nice. There’s that lopsided, boyish grin again. Our mouths entwine again. This time, he doesn’t rush to end it, but, in my disappointment, he pulls away yet again, “Dammit. Why do you keep doing that?”

Toying with me, he nips at my lip. “Always so willing. I like that. But, I gave you my dating bio. How about yours? So, we start off fresh, with no secrets, or complications…will you tell me about your boyfriend?”

The last thing I want to talk about right now is Nick. “He is a beautiful boy. He has a bunch of tats, a sexy, very enticing lip with a ring attached to it. Oh…and when he is thinking about something he plays with his brow ring.”

Josh doesn’t find this amusing in the least bit. “Very funny, Bree. C’mon.”

I start to fidget from underneath of him. He leans in to me pressing his weight down so it makes it harder for me to move. “Let’s start off right. Tell me.”

I go limp in defeat. “Fine.”

I tell him everything. How it started to how it ended. By the time I get to the end, his body is restless and his fists are clenched. I rub my hands over his white knuckles. I bring his forehead to mine. “It’s over now. I’m safe. Free.”

He sighs, “I wish I knew you. I wish I could have been there for you. I wish I could have kicked his fucking ass. Hell, I want to kick his ass now.”

I lick his bottom lip and pull at it with my teeth. My eyes meet his green orbs. He is so beautiful, inside and out. “We’re starting off fresh, remember? No living in the past. You’re here now. Make it better. Make me forget.”

And with that I let him devour me.

JOSH

I’ve never really loved anyone except my sister. My family is fifty shades of fucked up. They weren’t abusive or anything. But, either my mom or my dad would take off for a while and then come back as if nothing ever happened. My sister and I looked out for each other.

Since Eric spent so much time at my house, he sometimes was left alone with my sister. Naturally, they grew closer.

I didn’t mind Eric and Lindsay getting together. I love Eric like a brother. The match seemed perfect in my mind. But, Lindsay had been dating a guy on and off for two years. He was controlling and hit her quite often. I constantly warned my sister that her boyfriend was an asshole. Occasionally, I would catch him alone. It was then I took my opportunity to tune him up a bit. My sister would always jump in.

Eventually, I could see her and Eric getting closer and closer. Lindsay began to try to break it off with her boyfriend but he wouldn’t hear of it. Instead of going to the police, Lindsay tried to handle it on her own. She constantly had Eric or me with her. After a few weeks, her ex stopped harassing her and we all thought the worst was over. Once we put our guard down, he got her. The son of a bitch was waiting for her outside of her work late one night. He beat her so badly she never woke up.

I couldn’t stomach hanging around my town once Lindsay was gone. Eric and I needed to get away. Both of us were a hot mess. But, we scraped ourselves up off the ground and started our dream business.

Now, my feelings towards love are changing. I really thought I would never fall in love for a chick. Sure, I liked a woman’s company. I managed on more than one occasion being with the same girl for a long time while being emotionally ambivalent. But, with Bree, it’s different.

Before Bree, sex right off the bat wasn’t an issue. If the girl was willing, I never hesitated. Mostly, I thought I would never see them again anyway. But, with Bree, I find myself wanting to preserve some sort of sexual privacy.

I never believed in love at first sight. I’m the type of guy more inclined to believe physical attraction draws people together first. Bree is definitely screwing with my belief system. I think about all of this while I’m watching her sleep in my arms. She looks so damn peaceful. Her breathing is slow and even. I’m happy. Hell, I’m ecstatic. Then, I realize, it’s her. She’s the reason for my happiness. Suddenly, I know that I’m falling for her and fast. I also realize I would do anything to protect her from her ex-boyfriend.

The light from the morning sun is shining through my window. It reaches Bree’s eyes and she begins to shake the sleep from her system. She gives in to my embrace getting as close as possible to my chest. Her hair is in my face, but I could give a shit. It smells so good…like coconut and suntan lotion.

I push her head back and nip at her neck. She lets out a slow moan. “I could wake up like this every day.”

“Me too, baby.”

She sighs, “I got to get going. I have to go to work.”

I’m disappointed we can’t spend the day together in bed. But, I know that we will see each other soon.  “Last night was perfect. I can’t even imagine what it’s going to be like when we change the rating from PG-13 to R.”

She kisses my neck quickly and takes my face in to her hands. “It’s going to be more like X-rated.”

Jesus. This chick knows how to bring me to my knees.

~CHAPTER SIX~

BREE

The last two weeks have been amazing. Work is going so well. At first, I was bummed because I have had only 3 shows that Josh produced. But, I realized with his help, my critiques are getting better. Lena and I work so well together, it almost doesn’t feel like work sometimes.

Josh and I have still kept our relationship PG-13. He is hell bent on waiting to sleep with me. Even though I don’t see the point in waiting, I can’t say I mind exploring his body and vice versa.

It’s Saturday night and Josh and Eric are having a yard concert. Lena is hanging out with me at my house getting ready. She has been spending time with Eric almost just as much as I have been with Josh. I have a feeling they are hooking up, but neither will confirm or deny they are fooling around with each other.

Lena has made it clear that she doesn’t get serious with anyone. I’m sure she has her reasons. But, I also know when someone has been damaged. With Lena, I can tell her past keeps her from getting close to guys. Hopefully, she will find someone, if not me, she can confide in, like I did in Josh.

As we take our time perfecting our look, my cell goes off. Josh wants us there before he goes on stage so he can spend a little bit of time with me. I assure him that we will have plenty of time together after he plays. After I hang up, I do put a little ‘oompf’ in to getting ready.

I decide on a pair of fitting jeans and a black cut-off style tank top with racer back and My Chemical Romance arrow design on the front. Lena helps me with my make-up, darkening the eyeliner around my lids.

“You look hot, baby girl.” Lena admired her masterpiece.

“Thanks to you. You always know how to put an edge to my make-up without making me look like a whore.” I admire Lena’s handy work looking in the mirror in front of me.

She laughs and begins freshening up her look. Even though, there’s not much there to freshen up.  If they ever did a remake of Pulp Fiction, Lena would be a shoo-in for Mia Wallace…minus the height. “So, are you staying at Josh’s tonight?”

“Yeah, probably. Hey, you can stay here if you want. I wasn’t sure what your plans are. But, if you are drinking, I don’t want you to drive home,” I offer.

Lena smirks as if she knows something I don’t. “Thanks for the offer, but Eric beat you to it. I’m going to stay with him tonight.”

This is the part about the friendship between Lena and me that I love. We don’t give each other a hard time or pry in to each other’s love lives. There is no judging or questions about our decisions. We just accept each other ‘as-is’. “Nice. Maybe we can all go get breakfast in the morning.”

“Yeah. I will let Eric know after the show. As long as his lazy ass can get out of bed we’ll go with you and Josh. I’m up early so I will be the one in charge of getting everyone up. Is there some sort of sign you can hang on the door of Josh’s room? I don’t want to walk in on you banging each other,” Lena jokes.

Even though it is a joke, it hits a sore spot. Lena looks at me with concern. “Did I say something wrong?”

I fiddle with my hair trying to get the pieces to lay right. Plus I want to distract myself. “Of course not. It’s just I don’t think you need to worry about walking in on us doing that.”

“Please. Eric and I can hear faint moans through the walls.”

“First of all…eww. If I have known that y’all were listening, I definitely would have kept it down. Secondly, we are not doing it,” I confess.
