Chapter 16

“Are you going to the club today?”

“Not ‘till tonight. I thought I’d spend the day with you.”

As Apple-Pie lay in the bath, her head resting on a triangular cushion, with her cast wrapped in plastic and elevated,I continue to wash her body. Apple-Pie studied me. Her gaze reflected.

“What?”

“I’ve been thinking.”

With a loud growl, I wash Apple-Pie’s arm while raising an eyebrow at her.

“I’m going to stalk Momma.”

“What.”

“If I keep texting and ringing, she’ll have to answer me and she’s going to have to accept you.”

“But stalking Apple-Pie.”

“I don’t mean in a creepy way Crabby. I’ll just wear her down. That’s all.”

“Oh, Okay. Come on, let’s get you dried. Then we’ll go for a spin on the bike.”

Apple-Pie turned the smile I love the best, on to me, as she raises her arms and although we may be hindered by the cast, I manage to place Apple-Pie on the bed without any calamity. However, I wasn’t sure how much longer I could keep my cock out of mishap. Drying Apple-Pie’s body has my cock twitching, and is pushing against my zipper. But today is Christmas Day, and although I know she is hiding it, Apple-Pie is upset due to Laura’s lack of response.

Apple-Pie’s hands are gliding over my black T-shirt, and come to rest at the buckle of my belt. Hastily I grab hold of her hand before she can cause any more damage.

“We don’t have time Apple-Pie.”

“We could make time. Especially as you’re not going to the club.”

When Apple-Pie pouted, I bent over and kissed her lush red lips. Enjoying the taste of the minty toothpaste, she had used to clean her teeth.

“Crabby.”

“Apple-Pie, I’d love to spend the day in bed with you. But let’s go for a ride instead.”

Apple-Pie deepened the kiss, her arms wrapping around my neck. Yet with a shake of my head, I broke the kiss, removing Apple-Pie’s arms as I pass her, her bra. While Apple-Pie covered her body with the long sleeved burgundy top, I had handed to her, I gave a silent groan, and almost gave in to the temptation to take her back to bed. Instead, with a slap to her thigh, I rise from the bed to go to the bathroom.

“Hurry up Apple-Pie. I’ll meet you in the living room.”

With a giggle, Apple-Pie threw one of the bed pillows in my direction, which I manage to dodge with an answering chuckle of my own.

My first Christmas in the fresh air. Away from the closed doors of a prison cell in five years. Riding pillion with me, is my old lady. Yep, this is the best Christmas I have celebrated in a long time. Apple-Pie’s face is pressed against my back, while her hands are curved around my stomach. The road was eating up the miles and I was a free man. Today I have no worries, no problems. What I have is freedom and the woman I love. When I reach our destination, I park the bike and help Apple-Pie dismount, passing her, her crutches when she was ready for them.

The beach was deserted and the waves rocked against the sand. Silence surrounds Apple-Pie and myself. A comfortable silence. Casually, I wrap my arms around the quiet woman.

“Happy.”

Apple-Pie turned her head in my direction.

“Yes. And next year will be better.”

As we continue to watch the sea, I scatter more kisses on Apple-Pie’s head, trailing down to her neck.

“Crabby.”

“Erm.”

“Why did you bring me here?”

“To watch the moon rise.”

“That’s hours away.”

“I know. Want to play Frisbee.”

“Leg.”

Apple-Pie was waving her arms about as she pointed to the leg in the cast.

“I hope you’re not looking for pity Apple-Pie... Okay then, I’ll race you to the pier.”

“Christopher Theriot is that the only way you can win. By cheating?”

From the backpack I’d thrown over my shoulder, I pull out a green checkered wool blanket spreading it over the sand.

“Come on. Sit down Apple-Pie, and let’s just enjoy the view.

As Apple-Pie sits down, I pull out a couple of beers and a couple of sandwiches from the backpack, dropping down beside Apple-Pie as she gratefully takes the sandwich from my outstretched hand.

“You know Crabby, when you said leave Christmas dinner to you. I didn’t realize this is what you meant.”

MSD

As I bite into my sandwich, I lean against Crabby and did just as he suggested. I watch the sea as the waves rippled. As Christmas’s went, this one was different. Crabby had woken me with a kiss, which then progressed to an early morning satisfactory bout of lovemaking. This was followed with a breakfast of scrambled eggs in bed. As we ate, he had given me my Christmas gift. As I continue to stare out to sea, my finger crept up to my neck to play with the necklace he had given me. Crabby’s lips brushed against my cheek and my free hand went in search of his. When I find it, I rub my finger over the black onyx silver ring I had given Crabby. Our gifts may be simple, yet I doubt anything would ever mean as much.

“Crabby?”

“Yeah.”

“What was it about me that attracted you to me?”

Crabby has raised my hands to his lips and as he kisses my fingers, a tingle invades my body and I give a shiver, which has nothing to do with the weather.

“I think it was yours eyes.”

“My eyes.”

“Erm. They’d sparkle with mischief when you were up to no good.”

“What about sexual feelings? When did you start to have them?”

Crabby is silent for a moment, his body has gone still, but he doesn’t let go of my hand.

“Remember when you came to visit me. It was a few months after you seventeenth birthday.”

“I visited a few times; you have to be more specific.”

Crabby’s chuckle warms me, and I snuggle further into his body.

“It was the first time when you and Sundance visited only. You were both sat opposite me at the table. For as long as I can remember, I was fond of you. I’d find myself defending you. Becoming annoyed when anyone upset you. I knew I was very protective of you. But I put it down to you being Rayven’s sister and that I was accepting you as the sister I never had. Yet you were sat with Sundance, flirting with him, and there was a moment, when, If I remember correctly. You shared a secret a joke with him. And a shaft of jealousy shot through me. Shit Apple-Pie, I wanted to leap over the table and punch Sundance in the face. How the fuck dare he touch you? Shit Apple-Pie, Sundance and I have shared women. Yet knowing he was taking you back to Comfort Springs was eating at me. After you left, I found myself reading your letters again and that was when I realized what I felt for you was no longer brotherly love.”

Finishing my beer, I collect Crabby’s empty bottle, and put them in to the backpack along with the bags, which had held our sandwiches.

“I think I’ve loved you for as long as I’ve known you Crabby.”

With a bit of a struggle, I turn and face Crabby, who takes pity on me and places me across his thigh, his hand stroking my thigh as he listens to me.

“When you used to bring Rayven home from the club, I’d watch out for you, and whenever Rayven allowed us visit the club, I’d get excited and spend hours picking out an outfit. Then we’d arrive, and you’d rub my hair before disappearing with one of the club skanks. I hated them Crabby and I used to wish bad things would happen to them.”

With a remembered giggle, I kiss Crabby on the mouth, tasting the beer and tangy barbeque sauce from his sandwich.

“When I discovered what Cassie had done to Lacey. That she had made her leave Comfort Springs, I hugged myself with excitement. Planning to do the same to any of the skanks that you kissed.”

Crabby looked down at me, his eyes were alight as his lips came to mine. His hand reaching for the zipper of my jeans. The harsh metallic sound loud on the empty beach. The breath lodged in my throat when his hand slide into my panties and Tabby gently began to rub my pussy. My legs willingly opening further to allow Crabby better access. As his stroking become persistent, my breathing became labored, and I forgot where I was as Crabby’s fingers pushed into my tunnel.

“You never have to worry about the club skanks Apple-Pie”

Chapter 17

Effortlessly I stretch my body as I rise from my chair before striding in to the main section of the club. Church was over and so is Christmas. After spending the day on the beach and watching the moon rise, Apple-Pie and I returned to Comfort Springs, where we spent the rest of the evening in bed. With a remembered grin of satisfaction, I rub my belly. Apple-Pie is proving to be adventurous in bed and I was eagerly waiting for her leg cast to be removed, so we can expand on Apple-Pie’s slow growing repertoire.

A slap on my back has me turning to the offender, where I discover Trax beside me, who is wearing a silly grin on his face.

“I guess I don’t need to ask what has you looking so smug.”

Carelessly I return Trax’s slap.

“A good woman does that to you Trax.”

“Shit Crabby, you swapped one prison for another.”

With an indulgent smirk, I once more slap Trax on the shoulder.

“I look forward to when it happens to you Trax.”

“Not for me Crabby, I’m enjoying my freedom. Something which I plan to keep that way. Anyway, that isn’t why I want to talk to you.”

While Trax and I were talking, we reach the basement, where in the center of the room was my quarry. Now my smile turns from one of smugness to predatory. I have patiently waited several days for this moment. Shit, I had begun to think Inferno was going to delay this moment until after the New Year. While at Church, which had started mundanely by going over business, I had let my mind drift to Apple-Pie. Yet, as soon as Inferno brings up The Hybrids, my lust for Apple-Pie had vanished to be replaced with nervous apprehension, knowing I would be working on the bastard in the basement. Reluctantly, I drop my prey from my view and swing round to Trax.

“What is it you want to discuss?”

“Not here, I’ll talk to you later. After we’ve sorted out The Hybrids. I’ve an idea I want to put to you.”

Before I can answer, Trax has left me to join Inferno and Twiggy. Twiggy and Yvette had arrived in Comfort Springs on Christmas Eve, and Twiggy had agreed to stay until we have this crap sorted.

Instead of following Trax, I make my way over to the center of the room to stand beside Dec, who is placing a selection of tools on to a steel trolley. Idly I pick up a wrench, bouncing it in my hand. The tool is heavy, and if I was to hit the bastard, who is tied to the chair, I could inflict serious damage. Yet the tools didn’t interest me. My desire is to hear the sound of flesh against flesh. Yet that was something which wasn’t going to happen either. Methodically, I pull on a pair of latex gloves from the box, which Dec has placed on the table. Then I flex my fingers.  It’s dinnertime and I’m about to play with my food just in the manor a cat plays with a spider. I wasn’t in a rush for answers. Five years of hell is what I put up with because of what this scum and his crew did to Apple-Pie. The biker in front of me, may not have been the one to hurt Apple-Pie. Fuck, he may not even have been a member of Black County. However, he was hanging out with the members who were responsible for Apple-Pie’s present predicament.

The chair I place in front of our prisoner is nothing fancy. It was just a hardback chair, with four legs and three panels on the back for support. The seat is made of wood. Yep, there was nothing fancy or comfy about the chair I’m sitting on. Fuck, I didn’t care, my body was pumping with adrenaline, eager to start work on the scumbag who is tied to a chair

It is with relish that I place my hands on either side of his face. The smile I flash is malicious. Gently I turn his face, left to right, right to left. Then I leant in.

“I could easily snap your fucking neck without blinking a fucking an eye… But I’m not going to.”

Again, I swing his face from side to side. This time when we are eye to eye, I trail my hand over his face. My fingers lingering near his eye sockets before trailing down to cup his chin.

“I’m going to let you fucking live.”

As I continue to torment my prisoner, my hand drops down to The Hybrid’s thigh, squeezing the flesh through the denim’s he is wearing. An image of Apple-Pie’s leg in the half leg cast rose before me. With anticipation my glance drifted back to the wrench on the trolley. My tongue coming to rest on my lips.

“I may break a bone or two.”

This time when I lean further in to the biker, our noses were touching.

“But that depends on how quickly you answer my questions.”

In response, the biker spat in my face, and with the back of my sleeve, I wipe the spittle off my cheek. As I said, I’m going to play with my meal. Carelessly I rose from my chair and backhanded the biker. This is then followed with a fist to his stomach. As I turn from the biker, I kick the chair from under him, causing him to land on his side, his head hitting the floor.

With a great production of righting his chair, I stroke his shorn head, bending my head until I’m on level with his ear.

“Where’s the bastard who hurt Emily.”

For as long as I can remember, I have only ever referred to Emily as Apple-Pie. With a sour taste at the back of my throat, I refuse to defile her name with this bastard.

The struggling biker’s answer is to once more spit in my face. This time I retaliate with a head butt to his face. Smiling with glee when the blood begins to pour from his nose. As I look at his shaved head, I mourn for the loss of hair, shaking my own head as I elbow the biker in the stomach. As I continue to play with my meal, my brothers remain silent. Each watching, yet leaving me to do what I desire.

As I play, the biker continues to remain stubborn, refusing to answer me. In my enjoyment, I have lost track of time, and it’s only as I grow weary with my game, I finally stop my tormenting. With an impatient kick at the chair, the biker once more ends up on the ground. This time, I don’t raise the chair; instead, I kick the bastard in the head. Then I turn to his stomach and kick him several more times, where my last kick lands in his balls.

“Jackson.”

“What.”

“There’s a deserted plantation, it’s more of a relic. You’ll find Davy hiding out there.”

Kneeling down to the sniveling piece of crap, I raise his head.

“You wouldn’t be fucking lying now would you?”

As tight as a grip I have on his head, the biker manages to nod his head. Satisfied with his answer, I turn to Inferno, waiting for the order that we were leaving. Instead, as Inferno speaks, I once more take my frustration out on the biker with another kick to his stomach.

“We’ll ride to Jackson after the New Year. Georgie, Tommy; take that piece of shit back to the holding room.”

It’s only as Inferno finishes speaking, I became aware of the two new prospects at the back of the room. My gaze came to clash with Georgie’s. His gaze didn’t flinch as he strode over to the inert body. My gaze then went out in search of Quick Draw who had been standing beside his brother. His head gave a slight inclination as he left the room. Yeah the Winters’ have experienced some shit, and still they refuse to be beaten. Well, maybe this disagreement with Laura has left them bewilded, but that was up to me to resolve.

As I threw the latex gloves in the trash can, Dec came up to me.

“Feel better.”

“I will do once I have that fucker Davy.”

Dec’s eyes flew to Fudge and Tabby, who were in deep conversation.

“I guess there’s no way I can sneak out of Comfort Springs?”

Deep laughter fills the room as Linc slapped me on my back.

“It’s only a few days Crabby. And when we go, we go as one.”
