“Listened up men, take all the gold you can find! And you know my rules, anyone who refuses, kill them! ” ordered Alvin.

His men started to take the people’s gold; none opposed his authority because they were too frightened.  Alvin was known for killing mercilessly, if he doesn’t get what he wants he will kill. Each of the people was too afraid to try and be the hero. He ordered the people to form a line. The people lined up with no question.
The people were shaking; fearing for their lives, they were sure they would kill them after they got the gold. When Alvin looked over he noticed there were three sitting at the bar that weren’t paying much attention to him.

“Hey you three over there give us your gold and start lining up!”

Vincent chuckled and Aleister continued to eat paying them no mind, which Alvin noticed and said, “What so funny?”

“You’ll find out,” said Dmitri.

Alvin saw Aleister and noticed he was still calm, he must not know his reputation. The three not doing as Alvin said didn’t sit too well with him. One of Alvin’s men got closer to Aleister now, he slammed his hands on the table to intimidate Aleister and said with a deep voice, “Hey you, take out everything in your pocket and hand it over!” he was a big fat burly man with big strong arms. Aleister paid him no attention, and continued to eat.

“Hey boss, looks like we got a stupid one over here!”

Alvin and his men started to laugh. They thought it was pretty dumb of Aleister not doing as they ordered. “Do you know what we do to guys like you?”

“No I don’t, why don’t you enlighten me, you oversized dimwit!” Aleister could feel his killer-lust thirsty for blood.

The burly man was insulted and said, “What did you call me?” in anger and went for Aleister’s head, hoping to crush it with his large hands.  Aleister smiled that smile again when the urge to kill hits him. He grabbed the knife he was eating with and slashed the big guy’s arm. He screamed as the blood spilled from his hand, leaving the others dumfounded.

“Should have never done that!” said Alvin, “Do you have any idea what you’ve just done? I’m going to enjoy killing you!” shouted Alvin.

The big guy with the big arms was about to grab Aleister with his other hand, but before he could reach Aleister he found the knife in his chest.

“Kill him!” shouted Alvin.

Two of Alvin’s men approached Aleister from opposite sides, swinging their swords at him. Aleister blocked each with his hands easily. Using his transformation against these weak vampires who have no special abilities or true strength would be a waste.

“That’s impossible, our swords are sharp and this guy just
blocks them with his bare hands!” The two who swung the sword looked at each other and realized that Aleister was a Pureblood.

“You are weak. So your sword will never cut me,” said Aleister. An evil smile crept to his face.

Vincent and Dmitri took five steps back away from him. They knew that smile, his killing-lust had taken over, and it was overwhelming him.

Aleister overpowered them and took the swords, cutting the first before he could even move. The other one tried to run, but he was too late as Aleister pierced his sword through his stomach. The rest charged at Aleister, he jumped up high and kicked one in the face, breaking his bones. Aleister didn’t even bother using his short sword in his back to cut these weak vampires. The people watched as Aleister cut each one of them like melted butter. Aleister had the last one of Alvin’s men’s neck in a choke hold.   He squeezes the man’s neck and broke all his bones. Alvin was left alone, he was now afraid of Aleister, afraid to attack him. With his hands shaking, he lost grip of Abigail and she ran to her father, Alvin ran after her, but Aleister was faster. He grabbed Alvin and slashes his face. Aleister could feel it now, the killer-lust wanted more blood. Aleister smiled, his killer-lust lust
was slowly taking over him. He started to laugh and grabbed Alvin by his throat.

“Shattered.”
For a few seconds it looked as if Aleister had not move an inch.

Alvin was
now shaking in fear, he was a bandit but this man was a demon. Aleister’s grip was strong; too much force will break Alvin’s neck in two. Alvin tried to remove Aleister’s grip from his neck, but he was simply too weak to do so.

“Please let me go, you can have all the gold we took!”

“How insulting is that, Alvin,” said Aleister.

“Whatever do you mean?” said Alvin while his body shook in fear.

“You came here and took from these people, but when I’m about to take from you, you insulted me.” Aleister went for the kill, as he was about to kill Alvin, Abigail grabbed his arm.

“Please stop, you don’t have to spill any more blood!”

Dmitri had never seen anyone this close to Aleister; she must have a death wish. She must not know who he is, or what he’s truly capable of doing.
Poor girl, thinking she’s in love with Aleister, how ludicrous. These people are naïve; they’ve seen a group of bandits and think they know what fear is. Aleister is the embodiment of fear itself.

As Aleister stared into her eyes, he was clenching his teeth not to let his killer-lust take over him. He looked in her green eyes and they had tears in them. She started to sob as she stared at him. He gently let Alvin go, “If I let him go he will be back.” Abigail simply held him tighter.

Aleister let go of Alvin and he was barely able to stand properly, “Wait... Wait till I tell my brother about this, he’s going to kill all of you!” warned Alvin. He stormed out the room.

Abigail’s father walked towards Aleister, “Thank you young man, those bandits have been coming here for years. Terrorizing our town, killing our people and taking our gold and children, you are a blessing from the sky.”

They had never seen someone as skilled as Aleister before; so fearless and yet so ruthless.

Abigail let go of him, “Thank you for saving us!”

The people were clapping and admiring him, which he did not like. They cheered his name, “Nile” which was the fake name he gave them.

Abigail tended to her father, “Are you alright, father?”

“Yes my dear I am now,” responded her father.

Aleister didn’t wait for them to call him back as he walked out the door and left, his comrades followed him. Vincent was the last one out the door, he looked back to the people and said, “Thank you for your hospitality,” not wanting to be rude.

“We’re leaving tomorrow, too much attention has been drawn,” said Aleister as they make their way to the inn. Tonight staying at the inn was going to be free. After Aleister had demonstrated heroic action anything they wanted was free. They go inside their room, which had three beds waiting for them. Aleister looked outside of the window and noticed that there was a thick fog outside, this fog felt different somehow.
This is unusual, but whatever it is I can’t be bother with it now.

A couple hours passed by
and they could hear someone knocking on the door.

Dmitri walked to the door and opened it quickly, wondering who would dare disturb them.  “It’s that girl again,” said Dmitri as he looked at Abigail. In her hand was a platter of more lemon cake.
This girl is either clueless or really stupid, if only she had a clue of whom we are. Today at the diner I really thought Aleister was going to go on one of his killing sprees. Aleister, what happened? Why did you stop? Did this girl really stop you from feeding your thirst?

Abigail
creep her head inside to see Aleister and said, “I baked you some cake, to thank you for what you did earlier today.”

“You can leave it over there,” said Dmitri pointing his finger in the hallway, while Aleister continued to ignore her.

“Thank you, you can leave now,” said Vincent. He loved her cake and he wanted more.

Abigail was fidgety as she moved her feet. “Well, hmm, I was hoping Aleister could have a bite and let me know how it tastes. I made it myself especially for him.”

Dmitri walked towards her; he grabbed her fiercely and shoved her out in the hallway.

“I said to leave!”
He shouted at her with a huffy face.

“I want to talk to Aleister, so don’t get in my way!” said Abigail.

Dmitri thought about killing her, this girl is persistent. Killing her would surely bring too much attention to them. After a couple minutes of her howling at Dmitri, she left. “This girl is becoming annoying!” said Dmitri as he walking back in the room.

Vincent thought Dmitri was jealous. He always had been jealous of Aleister.

“Dmitri!” said Aleister with a scary voice.

“Yes master,” his voice shaking a bit as Aleister looked at him with those eyes.

“Were you thinking about killing her?”

The look in his eyes was too scary to look at, damn him with those scary eyes. Dmitri was staring at a true born killer, this man had no feeling. If he did he could have at least looked at Abigail, instead he ignored her completely. “Well master, she was being irrational, so I---”

“So you thought of killing her and bringing attention to us!” shouted Aleister before Dmitri could finish.

He looked at Aleister and thought if he was going to die today. Aleister has been in a bad mood for a long time, not finding Dawson was irritating him. Aleister looked away and rested his head
as he fell asleep. Dmitri breathed and was glad he was still alive.

Early in the morning Aleister had woken up early. He’s been here for too long and the last thing he wanted was attention. This was his way of life, not staying in one place for too long to keep attention away.  As they left, Abigail saw Aleister leaving through the diner window. She loved waking up early to get the food started with her father. She saw his bag, and knew they were leaving and quickly rushed out the door.

“You’re leaving already, but we didn’t even, I had hoped…”

Aleister continued to walk, as he approached her, she was staring at the ground. Aleister stood in front of her and at last her gaze met his.  “You had hoped what? For us to be friends is that it? Lover’s maybe? What is it about me that you like so much, is it my look? My dreadful attitude is that it? Do yourself a favor and stay away from,” said Aleister.

Dmitri really thought for a second there Aleister was going to kill her.
This girl is hostile and passive aggressive and a bit valiant if you ask me. This was probably the best advice Aleister could offer her. But why are you trying so hard not to kill her? Any other person would have been dead by now, but this girl
.

“But I think I’m in love with you! I knew I was the first time I saw you, when you walked into the diner. What is it that you want me to do I’ll do it?”

“Are you some kind of character, do you know who I am?” Aleister smiled when she didn’t respond, “exactly.”

She said in a low voice, “I don’t know and I don’t care.”

“Your town is going to be burned to ashes thanks to you.” He looked at her and said,

“foolish girl, now move out of our way and I won’t say it again.”

She stared into his eyes and shook her head and went back to the diner. Aleister and his gang left.

Aleiste
r
was now gone, the town was a few miles behind him now. He had made up his mind not to help those useless people. Why should he care? If it was up to him he might have killed them himself. Those people annoyed him and especially that stupid girl name Abigail. He had tried hard fighting with himself to keep from killing Alvin, even Abigail. Those fools had no idea what Aleister had to deal with, fighting with his killer-lust to keep from slaughtering them all. It would have been so easy to do so with his Reawakening. This morning he had felt it, the bandits making their way back to the town. Aleister’s guess was that, that idiot Alvin must had gone and gotten reinforcement. Good! Let them kill those people for all he cared. But those innocent screams were echoing in his ears like a loud thunder. He could hear the young children screaming in fear. Aleister didn’t care, young or old, let them all burn away. He had tried to warn that stupid girl Abigail but her sympathy will now get her killed. Aleister stopped and looked back just to see their suffering. He could see the flames coming from the town; the smoke covered the sky as ashes fell like snow. This land was already dry and the Queen wanted nothing to do with it, and now this town will be burned to ashes. Aleister had no plan on going back; he wasn’t a hero and had no plan on becoming one.

Aleister continued to walk but screams were getting to his head. He placed his hand over his face and started to ponder.
What’s going on? Why am I feeling the need to help? Could it be you doing this? But it can’t
. His inner conscious was calling him to go back and help, but Aleister was determined not to. This wasn’t him feeling the need to help, it was something else. Dmitri and Vincent followed by his side as he entered the woods. Aleister could now feel a slight headache. His headache grew more intense as his temples started to throb; he could hear it now, not the screams of innocent but a different voice loud and clear.
