“More! Please, more, Lucas. Oh, fuck!”

I felt her release getting closing as her walls began to tighten around my fingers. Lanie’s hands were everywhere. Pulling at my hair, running her fingernails down my back. She became wild with lust, and I was intoxicated. Just as I felt the walls of her pussy clamp down on my fingers like a vice, I pulled them out and dropped to my knees.

“What? Wait! Oh, damn.”

“Can I lick you, baby?” I slowly slid her panties down over her hips, running my nose up the center of her pussy, pushing the tip against her clit. “Tell me that you want me to eat your pussy, Lanie, and I will. But I want to hear you say it.”

Her breathing was labored. I knew that she needed to come, but I needed to hear her tell me what she wanted, what we both knew that she wanted.

“Lucas, please…please eat my…pussy.”

I did as she asked. Pushing the hem of her dress up her thighs, I flattened out my tongue and started to consume every wet, silky inch that was offered to me. I devoured her like a starving man needing his last meal. My tongue slid up the center of her wet folds, dipping in between and entering her. I fucked her pussy with my tongue, harder, faster, until it was seated deep inside of her. I tasted her inner walls, circling and lapping. I wanted to pull her orgasm from her body. I wanted it to slide over my tongue and down my throat like hot molasses.

“Oh god, I’m almost there…almost! Don’t stop!”

The faster I went, the harder she slammed her pussy against my face. I loved it. I wanted more. I craved it. Pulling back, I plunged two fingers inside of her, and fucked her mercilessly until I felt her begin to come undone. Watching my fingers disappear inside of her stirred a fire that shot straight to the tip my cock. But this wasn’t about me, it was about her.

It had always been about her.

“I’m going to come, Lucas,” Lanie panted, her eyes rolling into the back of her head.

I quickly pulled my fingers from her body, replacing them with my eager mouth. I lapped her pussy, asking for her release. And just like I wanted, her sweet, creamy juices exploded onto my tongue. I took in every drop, slowing my movements as Lanie’s orgasm subsided. She ran her fingers through my hair, guiding me up her body. And in a move that should have made me have a heart attack, I stood there like stone as she licked her own juices from my chin all the way up to the corners of my mouth.

It was the most erotic thing I’d ever witnessed.

“Your turn,” she hummed, as she started to unbutton my pants. As much as I would’ve loved for her to suck my throbbing cock, I stilled her hands. She looked up at me and tilted her head inquisitively. “What?”

I shook my head, taking her face in my palms. “This wasn’t about me, baby. It was about you. It’s always been about you, and if that means taking care of your needs before mine, then fine. Because I want nothing more than to make you happy.”

Unshed tears flooded her eyes and the sight pulled at my heart.

“C’mon, let’s get back and make sure Deena, or Willard for that matter, haven’t gotten the wedding party drunk and naked.”

As I suspected, when we got back to the guests, a party had erupted, complete with dancing, drinking, and Willard was a happy fucking camper. Deena had finally sunk her talons into him. When we reached them, Willard was grinning like a dip shit.

“Looks like someone had a good time,” Deena said, slathering her hands all over the big oaf. “Don’t worry, Lanie, everything is taken care of, and everybody knows what they’re supposed to do. Now I’m gonna go take care of this bad boy.”

Lanie and I both shook our heads as Deena pulled a grinning Willard off to the middle of the backyard and proceeded to twerk against his junk to the blaring music.

Yeah, that’s right.
Twerk.

If this was a sign of things to come tomorrow at the wedding, we were all in for it.

Chapter 16

~Lanie~

The wedding rehearsal went better than I would’ve expected. Having Deena show up unexpectedly actually helped out a lot. Although the wedding party ended up completely shitfaced by the end of the night, she really did go above and beyond to get things in order.

The rest of the evening was spent getting the majority of the wedding supplies ready, from the place settings to the centerpieces. Lucas helped—but only after I sternly told him that we really had to cool it. I had things I needed to get done.

He agreed and left me alone for an hour, and then I found myself bent over the bathroom sink, hot, sticky, and full of Lucas.

Not that I complained after. Honestly, I don’t think that I will ever get tired of him.

Willard and Deena disappeared after the rehearsal walk, resurfacing hours later. Worst part: Willard’s neck was covered in ugly looking hickies.

My mother was convinced that he was attacked by a swarm of flesh eating bogeymen, lingering in the trees. If she only knew that the flesh eating bogeyman was actually Deena the Viper Vixen, she’d probably have a freak out.

Throughout all of the chaos, my nana had gone MIA for hours. She came home late last night with a huge grin on her face. When my mother asked her where she’d been, all she said was, “Had to see if Old Man Russell’s ticker was upta snuff. And it sure was.”

The thought of my nana doing the horizontal mambo with Mr. Russell had me wishing for a bucket of industrial strength brain bleach.

The house had been quiet when I woke up early that morning, the sun barely starting to peek over the mountains that lined Silver Springs.
I made my way to the ensuite bathroom and eagerly stripped off my clothes. My eyes roamed over the sink and I instantly thought of what Lucas and I had done up against it last night.
My pulse took over all of my body, pounding everywhere, and the heat that made my belly contract began slowly twisting through every part of my body.

I felt so stupid not realizing the way he felt about me the entire time we’ve known each other. I could’ve kicked my own ass.
How the hell did I deny how I felt for so long? I had had my sorry self-convinced that he was just a friend, nothing more, for way too long. So freaking stupid.

Stepping under the warm water, I let it dance across my sensitive skin. Each pellet that trickled down my body reminded me of Lucas’ fingers tracing every inch, sliding over every curve, making my skin tingle and come alive.

Closing my eyes, I bent my head back under the streaming water. As the warm water slowly slid over my nipples, I dragged in a sharp breath and brought my hand down over my belly until I reached between my legs. The memory of Lucas’ hands roaming over my body played on my mind on repeat as I slowly manipulated my clit. My release was teetering on the brink, and I continued to work myself, almost frenzied, with the need to come.

Turning around, I reached above me to grip the shower. If I was going to do it, I was going to do it right. My fingers slid around the handle, and as I started to pull it down, a firm hand stopped my movements. A gasp caught in the back of my throat as Lucas’ fingers slid from the tip of mine, slowly trailing up the length of my arm.

“Don’t move.”

I didn’t. Instead, I kept my back to him as he placed one of his legs between mine to keep me still. He took both of my wrists and planted them firmly against the shower wall. I felt his hot breath tickling the base of my neck as he ran his nose up the side, reaching my ear.

“I would’ve handled this for you, baby.” One of his hands cupped my throbbing sex. He nipped my earlobe. “I will always take care of this for you.”

His other hand slid around the front of my neck, gripping, lightly pressing his fingertips against my throat. I wanted to scream out at him to take me, make love to me until I jumped out of my skin. A part of me wanted it slow and loving, but the rest of me needed him rough and fierce.

With his hand covering my pussy, Lucas slowly pulled his fingers through my lips, and dragged them between my ass cheeks. Nothing, and I mean nothing, had ever felt as good as the way he touched my body.

I muttered incoherent words because, really, my brain was a jumbled mess at that point.

With his palm still gripping my throat, he slapped his other hand against my hip and pulled me sharply against him. He was hard. So, so, hard, and I wanted every inch of him buried deep inside of me, pushing, and punishing my body.

“Tell me how you want it, baby.” His voice was low, raspy, and I could tell that he was as tightly wound as I was.

“Hard.”

Lucas released my hip without another word and spread my legs further apart, lifting my thigh as he slammed into me—a hard, unforgiving demand. He held on tight to my neck as he pounded my body relentlessly. His teeth sank into the skin on my back and I nearly came undone.

“I’m almost there!” My voice was like a broken puzzle, all over the place, not making sense.

I felt his short fingernails dig into the skin on my thigh, piercing and painful, but I didn’t care. I wanted him. I wanted this. I needed to feel him deep within my walls, pushing ruthlessly as my orgasm surfaced, threatening to erupt.

“You feel so good,” he grunted out, drilling harder. “Come, baby. Give it all to me.”

His words sent me over the edge. I came with almost brutal force, and my body shook against the tiles. My legs were weak, and my heart pounded in my ears. I felt every ounce of stress I’d been under roll off my back in waves, swirling down the drain. My body felt alive as I continued to come down from the high. Lucas, still buried inside of me, rocked against my body, spilling inside me as his own release took over.

With a light slap to my backside, Lucas slipped out of me, only to wrap his strong arms around my waist and pull me closer against him.

“As much as I loved watching you flick your bean, Mr. Thundercock got real jealous. Sorry.” I felt him smile against my skin.

We both finished showering on shaky legs, giggling and smiling. When I was ready to get out, I turned around in his arms and lifted my brow. “And please don’t tell me that you named your man-package. Especially if you named it Mr. Thundercock. I don’t think I will ever be able to look at it the same way, again.”

“What’s wrong with Mr. Thundercock? It’s a cool name!”

I kissed him lightly on the lips and stepped out of the shower, leaving him standing stark naked, and dripping water.

Yeah, hard thing to walk away from, but I somehow found the will.

“What the hell’s wrong with Mr. Thundercock? Lanie!”

I couldn’t help but think how amazing everything looked as I walked out the back door of my house. It was finally the day of the wedding. The entire area had been transformed into a mixture of whites, pinks and mauves. Strings of pearls were hung down long centerpieces, overflowing with white Calla Lilies. The dinnerware was made out of fine china and placed beautifully in front of customized place cards, indicating who would sit where.

Thankfully, I had gotten the chance to speak to the fabric retailer before Jasmine had a chance to order anything. I’d made sure that Pepto Bismol pink was not in the equation.

Different caterers and workers moved about the large area, and I was amazed to see that the dance floor had already been laid, complete with the DJ equipment that had been set up. The dining tables were rentals, but with the beautiful silk table cloths covering them, you would have never guessed it.

Mitchell’s mother had gone above and beyond making sure that the wedding didn’t turn into the ultimate hillbilly hoedown. It was probably best that Mrs. Benningfield had gotten involved. I’d doubt that she’d want her only son dressed in camouflage and shit kickers on his wedding day. As it was, she was already angry enough about this. From what I’d gathered, she wasn’t too thrilled of his upcoming nuptials to Jasmine.

“Why do you look like you’ve been rode hard and put away wet?” Deena came to a stop in front of me, smiling like a buffoon. “I knew you were gonna get plowed. That boy must be living up to my expectations, considering that smile plastered across your face.”

I raised an eyebrow.  “Thought you’d be lost in Willard Land right now.”

“Meh,” she said, waving me off. “Apparently he’s working on a wedding gift for dear cousin and won’t let me in on the secret. Lucas is with him.”

“Hmm.” I wasn’t exactly sure what she was talking about, but if I knew Willard, it wasn’t good.
Damn it, what the hell had my brother dragged Lucas into? What was Willard planning to do? It was something I didn’t have time to figure out and knowing that made my dread that much worse. I was just going to have to do what I always did in that situation: be a kick-ass wedding planner and handle the chaos
.
“We should get started. I need to see if Jasmine is awake. At least showered.”

“Oh! I almost forgot. Nana’s looking for you. She said that you’d know why. So…why?”

“She wants to talk to me. And since when did you start calling her nana? Did she promise to adopt you?”

“I wish! That lady can drink until the sun comes up and still sound intelligent! She fucking rocks, dude.”

I smiled, not surprised at all that she loved my grandmother. “Let me go find her. In the meantime, can you please check to see if the bakery has delivered the cake? And make sure that the caterer has everything they need. I’ll be back to help as soon as I can.”

“Sure thing, boss lady,” Deena said, giving me a two finger salute. “Not to worry, Deena’s on this shit like white on rice.”

I shook my head and left her to it. If there was one thing I knew about Deena, it was that I could always trust her to get the job done.

Making my way through the back door, and around the corner leading to the kitchen, I found my grandmother sitting at the breakfast nook. She looked peaceful, lost in thought, as she stared out the bay windows, overlooking all the chaos outside. She looked beautiful with her gray curls pinned up on top of her head. Her dress was a pretty pearl-silver color, her light makeup matching her outfit. The last time I saw her that dressed up was at my grandfather’s funeral.

“Nana?”

“Sit your butt down, girl. It’s time we have a serious talk.”

I sucked my bottom lip in between my teeth, slowly making my way over to the table. There have been very few people in my life that I hated disappointing. My grandmother was one of them.

“Look at me when I talk to ya.” I raised my eyes as she folded her hands on the table. This wasn’t good. Every time Nana went to fold her hands and purse her lips, it was all bad. “Do ya have any idea how bad ya broke your mama’s heart?”

Of course I did. I could see it every time I caught my mother looking at me. The hurt, discomfort, and pain I had caused her from distancing myself for the past five years showed deep in her eyes, and I hated myself for it.

“Yes, ma’am. I do,”
I responded in a low tone.

Her aged, wrinkly hand came down, palm first, on the table. I flinched and held my breath. “I don’t think ya do. I don’t know how many times I watched your mama cry her eyes out, and your daddy starin’ at them pictures of ya. He looked lost as all get out. You need to fix this, girl.”

“I know, Nana. I will. I was wrong. I promise. I’ll make it right.”

My grandmother looked at me with saddened eyes, shifting her gaze out the windows. “I’ve missed ya, Lanie Pie.”

Tears flooded my eyes, and I was out of my chair, wrapping my arms around her before I could think. “I missed you too, Nana. I’m so sorry.”

“I know, baby. I know.” She squeezed me to her and gave me a kiss on my cheek. “Ya better get a move on. You got a weddin’ to see to and I don’t need my hair all a mess.”

I pulled back, looking at her quizzically.

“I invited Mr. Russell to be my date.” She smiled faintly. “And I’d like my curls to stay put.”

My grandmother; the heartbreaker.

“I love you, Nana.”

“I love you too, Lanie Pie. Now git. We gotta get that girl married off before Mitchie Boy realizes that he’s landed himself a piece of work.”
