Thought of taking a spin class but never got there—
Try signing up and paying in advance to give yourself more incentive. Make a date to go with a friend you don’t want to disappoint

Went to yoga on Monday and put air in my tires so that I could ride my bike on Wednesday—

I haven’t had time for a professional manicure, but I’ve been making sure to keep my nails neat and clean—
