Sandy Collins was a shy girl, a bit over
weight by her standards, as well as the standards of society. The weight on
her body was most of what made it difficult for her to find dates. It was shocking
to Sandy how many men out there thought they had to have a beauty on their
arms, and not to sound bad, some of the guys who’d turned her down for dates,
weren’t that much to look at either. So through the years she had about given
up on dating in general, and finding love, she had a feeling, she’d grow to be
an old made.
This is why she sat in her living room
one night, talking to a good friend of hers, contemplating a long life of
loneliness.
“Fran, I just don’t think
I’ll ever lose my virginity, well I guess I could to some guy I find on a
personal ad. But those guys are normally only looking for a quick night out,
and no romance whatsoever. When I find a guy I want him to be special, sweet
and loving. I want him to take his time with me, show me what it feels like to
be made love too.” Sandy said to her friend Fran.
“Sandy, you really need to
get out more though again. Ever since a few years back and that incident with
Johnny, you’ve stopped trying to socialize much. Look at you, you’re a
beautiful girl, your eyes are the most amazing green I’ve ever seen. Plus some
guy would be so lucky to have you; you’re like the sweetest girl ever.” Fran
stated.
“I know but the years are
going by fast, I’m already 34 years old.”
“But it’s like you’ve
given up, and you never let anyone know what really went on between the two of
you either. So tell me, what happened that night that made you stop dating? I
mean, after all he was a friend of ours, and now he never talks to you anymore
and barely talks to me these days.”
“He was just mean, ok and
let’s leave it at that, I told him exactly what I thought, but he kept going,
and just made a few comments that I knew were true.”
“If he told you anything
about your weight, that wasn’t right, please Sandy just tell me.”
“No because I know you
Fran, you’ll hunt him down, even after all these years. Just let it go.”
“I know it had to be about
what he always talked about, you’re weight. I heard him make a few nasty
remarks before. If I promise not to go after or say a word to him, will you
tell me?”
“If it means you will stop
bugging the fuck out of me, God yes. He made it very clear that I would never
find a man in the shape that I was in; he told me he had a diet and exercise
program that would be perfect for me. Also if I lost around 150 pounds, he
would date me again, but not until after that point.”
“That’s horrible.”
“No, he’s right Fran; I do
have to lose weight, if I’m ever going to find a guy to take me seriously.”
“That’s bullshit, there
are plenty of guys out there who won’t judge you for how much you weigh!”
“Where the hell are they
Fran? I haven’t found one yet and I am getting too old for this shit! Tell me
where the hell they are? I haven’t found a single one in over twenty years,
I’m not getting any younger, and soon I’ll be too old to even care!”
“It sounds to me like you
are already there “, I hate to sit back and watch this happen to you!”
“What am I supposed to do
though? I’m trying to get more exercise, and I’ve tried about every diet out
there, nothing seems to ever work.”
“No, what you really need
is some self-esteem; you always look down on yourself. Come on let’s go to the
store and look for a book, I’ll even buy it for you.”
“Well, I guess so.” Sandy
relented, though she really didn’t think any book would help her , the facts
were always going to be the same, in her mind, and according to Johnny, in a
guy’s mind she needed to look better.
Fran and Sandy drove to the nearest
Barnes and Noble store, it was not far, so thankfully, Sandy didn’t have to
listen to much of Fran’s new age soothing sounds music. It drove her crazy,
even more so then the fact that she couldn’t lose weight, which drove her
batshit crazy and she just couldn’t figure out why?
“Come on Sandy, I saw a
review for this one book, it’s supposed to be great for building up
self-esteem.” Fran basically grabbed her and pulled her along.
“Dang Fran, slow down a
bit, you’re going to make me trip.” This was a very good possibility, since
Sandy wasn’t as tall as Fran.
“Sorry, I’m just, I’ll get
a book as well and we can work on it together, that is if you want too?”
“No Fran, I think I can
handle this on my own.” Sandy stopped in front of the self-help books and
started looking. She knew Fran would find the one she’d been talking about.
But why not see if there was something else good?
Looking through the books, she saw one
that looked a bit older; there was dust all over it. Picking it out, she read
the title, “How to fix your self-esteem in an instant.”
“Hey Fran I found one!”
Fran stopped what she was doing, looked
at the book for a second. “Well that looks okay, but this other book is much
better.” Finding the book, she pulled it out and handed it over to Sandy.
“How to get self-esteem in
10 easy steps?”
“Yeah they swear it’s the
best book out there for helping people.”
“Alright, but I’m buying
this one too.” Sandy said, started for the front of the store.
“That’s up to you, if you
want to waste your money on that other book!”
“Yes I do! But I’ll make
sure to read the one you bought first.” Sandy smiled, knowing this would make
her friend feel good.
“Well after you read this one, you’ll just throw that one away!”
Fran said, pointing at the old dusty book.
Getting out of the car, Sandy waved to
her friend.
“I’ll
give you a call tomorrow.”
“Alright, thanks again.”
Going inside, she went to get a
grapefruit and water. Sitting down at the table, she took her purchases out of
the bag.
“How to fix your self-esteem in an instant.”
She read out loud. “I know this stuff has got to be full of crap, but why
not?” Sandy laughed.
“The best way to build
your self-esteem is to wish for it, hope for it, and it will come to you!”
Sandy read from the first page. “Oh jeez, this was really a waste of money.
It’s one of those universe things. If you want positive things, it will
happen!” She smirked.
Beside herself, she continued to read
the book. “This is not a book that will claim to give you everything you ever
want. But self-esteem, good looks, love, whatever you feel you deserve will
come to you.” Sandy shook her head, upset that she was taken in by this book
and had wasted good money to buy it.
“No wonder it’s all dusty,
everyone else took the time to look inside before buying it!”
“All you have to do is get
out a piece of paper, a pen, and write down just what you desire. Go ahead and
do it, you will be shocked by what will happen when this is done. Of course
this isn’t the only step, but it’s so simple, get that paper out right now and
do it before you continue to read.”
“Oh what the hell.” Sandy
got up, found some paper and a pen. On the paper she wrote she wanted to find
love, looked at it for a moment and thought. “Hell with that.” She stated,
crossed out love, and wrote sex after thinking for a second she added to be
irresistible to men. “Why not make it good!” Sandy laughed.
Going back to the book, she continued.
“Now fold up the paper, make it as small as you can. Say out loud, please
allow these wishes to come to me, let me be the thing I want, or get what I’ve
asked for on my paper. Place the paper into your mouth and swallow it, before
the end of the night you should be able to have what you’ve wanted most.”
“Alright, I’ll eat this
paper, but you know what, I’m not reading anymore of this crap. I’ll read the
one Fran suggested instead.” Closing the book, she placed the paper into her
mouth, took a drink of her water, and thought to herself, “now just how many
calories are there in paper?!”
Before Sandy begun the other book, she
cleaned up her mess, washed her plate, and got a little more water. Picking up
the other book that Fran had suggested, she went into the living room to be
more comfortable.
“Can I help you?” A voice
came from the corner, it was darker there and Sandy couldn’t see the person who
had spoken, but she could tell that it was a male.
“Who are you?” Sandy
jumped, not able to get a fix on the person.
“I’m the one who’s come to
make your wishes come true, who did you think I was Santa Clause?”
“Oh I see, a funny guy.
If you are a bugler and are planning on taking anything, I have no money.”
“No I’m not someone trying
to take something from you, well, that’s not exactly true; I will take my
payment for your wishes and desires.”
“If you are truly her to
give me what I want, what was on the paper?”
“You want sex, and to be
irresistible to men.”
“Oh! So who are you?”
“Didn’t you read the
book?”
“No, why would I?”
“It would have explained
to you what you did, that’s why.” He stepped into the light, revealing
himself.
Sandy worked hard not to scream,
standing in front of her was a demon. Or at least what the books had always
stated one would look like. He stood around 6’ 7” tall, had red skin the color
of a fire engine, horns on the top of his head, sharp teeth showed in his mouth
as he smiled at her reaction.
“But I didn’t want a
demon, I’m a Christian girl!”
“Well you should have read
the book before following the steps. I hate these people who pull this crap, I
didn’t know, all whiny and shit! Too bad you called me; you have to pay for
what you want, even if you say you don’t desire it anymore!”
“What is the payment?”
Sandy asked cautiously.
“It’s sex of course! You
asked for sex, and now I’m going to show you what it’s like.”
“But I’m a virgin, I’ve
never had sex before!” Looking down at his undressed body, she saw his member
was huge. “And how do you expect to fit that inside of me anyway?”
“Don’t worry about that.
So do you want your wish or not?”
“I don’t want you to have
sex with me!” Sandy backed up.
“Too bad. Now you can
undress or not.”
“But I was saving myself
for that someone special.” Sandy pleaded.
The demon laughed. “Are you kidding
me? Saving yourself for marriage? Do females really do that nowadays?”
“No I’m not kidding you.”
“That’s okay I can do this
the rough way.” The demon threw Sandy down on the bed, ripped off her clothes,
and threw his body on top of hers.
“Please don’t do this.”
She pleaded to no avail.
His penis had grown quite large, and he
thrust it into her unready body. Ripping through her hymen, the pain was sharp
and short for Sandy. She screamed for him to stop, but he just kept pushing
into her, not seeming to tire out for quite some time.
Finally the demon finished his rape of
Sandy, filled her body with his seed. Sandy hated to even think it but she had
actually enjoyed the sex with the demon after all. Her body was sore from the
sex though, and she wondered if the paper and what she placed on it would actually
come true or not.
Going to bed, she fell asleep quickly,
in her dream she played the rape over in her mind, but this time, he didn’t
take her forcefully, but willingly.
Waking up the next day, she felt
different, maybe it was the sex? Going into the bathroom, her eyes still
closed she jumped into the shower. As the water sprayed her, she woke up
more. Sandy grabbed her body wash and sponge, it was at this point she noticed
a huge difference. Shaking her head she looked down at her body once again.
“What the fuck? I have to
be dreaming, there is no way!” Sandy looked down, concern filled her eyes and
her mind. There was less fat on her body then the day before, for years she
had eaten grapefruit and never seen it actually work. As a matter of fact, she
knew it couldn’t have reacted this way with her body.
She washed up, quickly, got out and
jumped on the scale. “No way! I lost 40 pounds over night? It has to be
broken.” Sandy looked at the scale once again, rubbed her eyes, and looked
again at the number. “175, that’s what it really says!”
