He was in her head, and she was happy.

"Go ahead, sunshine." He removed his hand and dropped his arm to the mattress. "Make us both happy."

That's when his woman braced herself on his abdomen, slid her sweet pussy over his cock, and she gave him more than he ever dreamed. Sliding, grinding, squeezing, she set a rhythm that took him to the top and kept him vibrating. With each movement, she rubbed her sex on him and he loved every second. His toes curled and he couldn't take any more.

"I got you," he said on a grunt, grasping her hips and helping her continue her pleasurable assault.

His balls drew up, straining for relief. He groaned, and could feel her insides tightening, pulsing, sucking around him as she climaxed. "So fucking gorgeous."

She sank down on him, bowed her head, and her hair swept his chest. He flew. Every inch of his body screamed and he unloaded the very essence of him inside of her. He hooked her neck, bringing her down, and laying her on his chest.

In slow circular motion, he rubbed her warm, bare back with his good arm, while catching his breath. Full weight on him, she laid loose limbed and exhausted. He wasn't in any better shape. There wasn't a working muscle in his body.

"Love you, sunshine," he whispered against her hair.

She lifted her head and whispered back, "Love you, babe."

Just like that, she gave him everything he needed.

She sighed in contentment. "I can't believe you gave me flowers in the yard...a yard that's mowed."

He captured her face. "I'd do anything for you."

And, there would be more beautiful things in her life. This was just the beginning. The more he experienced her happy, the more he wanted to grasp everything there was to make his woman's life perfect.

Chapter Twenty Four

S
ix Months Later—

Three hours earlier, Cactus Cove closed to the public, and every Bantorus member filled the bar. Brandy slid a tray of empty beer mugs into the bin, and then worked her way through the crowd. The atmosphere had only grown louder as the night went on.

Three months ago, Rain had added new entertainment onto the Bantorus roster and the members loved to come in late Sunday and watch. She walked to Torque and slid her arm around his waist.

He looked down at her and grinned. "All done?"

"Yep." She placed her hand on his stomach. "How's he doing?"

Torque motioned his head. "See for yourself?"

Her dad stood in the middle of the cleared area in the bar, atop the rolled out mat. In front of him, Kurt, Slade's son, stood getting his hands wrapped with tape. The boy gazed up at her dad as he listened intently to her father's instructions. A few feet away, the prospect, Tim, bounced on his bare feet, loosening up.

"Kurt's so young. It's not fair to pit him against Tim. He's five years older and thirty pounds heavier than Kurt." She glanced at her dad.

In ratty old sweat pants and a muscle shirt, her dad hooked Kurt's neck and brought him close. She smiled, because not only had her dad fallen right into helping orchestrate the workings of the bar, he'd jumped at Rain's offer to start a boxing club for the younger members and prospects.

Slade walked up to his son, massaged Kurt's shoulders while he talked to him. Brandy loved watching the two of them together. She knew exactly what Kurt would look like when he grew up a few more inches and aged a few more years. Taylor's concern over the amount of girls dropping by the house was real. Kurt had that badboy quiet presence that fascinated every female.

Kurt showed a real talent for keeping his head and outlasting the older boys in the makeshift ring the last couple of Sundays. She hoped this time he wasn't over his head, and her dad wasn't the one pushing him to go up against someone older and bigger.

"Let 'em fight, amigo," Raul yelled over the crowd, lifting a twenty dollar bill in one hand, while slinging his other arm around Crystal.

Raul wasn't letting Crystal get too far from his side lately. She laid her head against Torque. Tori informed them that Crystal had her tongue pierced a few days ago, and since Brandy hadn't heard her friend talk in two days, she suspected the rumors were true. Although, she'd caught Raul and Crystal kissing many times before disappearing from the bar. Whatever was happening between them, they had it going on.

Gladys climbed onto the mat, and her dad held out his hand to steady her on the unstable ground. Brandy leaned away from Torque to keep them in sight and then stared in surprise. Her dad spoke low to Gladys and smiled at her afterward. Smiled.

"Uh, babe..." She tilted her head and kept watching the ring. "What's going on with my dad and Gladys?"

Torque leaned toward her, getting a better look through the crowd. "Nothing. Why?"

"Look at them." She gazed up at Torque. "He's talking and I saw a smile."

"Don't know," he mumbled, putting his mug to his lips and drinking. "I heard Gladys cooked him dinner the other night though."

"What?" She leaned closer. "Are you kidding?"

He shook his head. "Nope."

This was unbelievable. She stared at her dad. He'd never paid any woman any attention since her mom died. She raked her teeth over her bottom lip and it hit her. Her dad was doing better than she'd ever seen him. He deserved the same thing she'd found since arriving in Pitnam, and she hoped that whatever developed between him and Gladys was good for him.

Jedman came up to Torque and spoke privately with him. Torque nodded and watched him walk away. She waited a few seconds, and when Torque didn't volunteer any information about what was going on, she asked, "Everything okay?"

He shrugged. "Word just came through Lagsturns MC that Radiant was murdered."

She covered her throat with her hand. "Then it's over, and you don't have anything to worry about with Los Li, right?"

"It's over," he mumbled, holding her a little bit tighter.

The news should've relieved her, but there was always someone to step up and take Radiant's place. She swallowed hard, and pushed the information away. Tonight wasn't about the dangers of belonging to a Bantorus MC member and the chaos that came with them. Tonight was about relaxing, being around family, and going forward.

Brandy spotted Tori making her way toward her. Without letting go of Torque, she snagged Tori's hand when she drew close.

"Babysitter tonight?" she asked.

Tori laughed. "Yes, and in typical Rain fashion, he brought me here on a date because he wants to support his
boys
."

"Aw...we're going to have to talk some sense into that man," she laughed.

"He promised me a ride around town before we go home to relieve the babysitter, so I'm holding him to it." Tori grinned. "There's a sweet, private spot along the river that we'll probably stop at too."

"Gotcha." Brandy laughed. "So, who's Rain betting on?

Tori leaned closer. "Kurt. That boy can't do anything wrong in his eyes."

"Good choice." She squeezed Tori's hand. "Why don't you come by the house next week? I want to show you what I bought for Slade and Taylor's housewarming present. I'm not sure if it goes with her kitchen colors or not."

"That sounds fun. I'll bring coffee and Lilly with me." Tori kissed her cheek. "I'm going to go find Rain and work my magic to see if we can slip out of here early."

Her dad bellowed the opening announcement, rattling off the stats of both boxers. She hugged Torque's side; feeling at home and more content than ever—which was a surprise, because she was happy falling more in love with Torque every day.

An even bigger surprise came last weekend when her dad announced he was moving into Brandy's old cabin behind the bar. Everything was working out better than expected. Her dad enjoyed coaching and training the boys during his free time away from the bar, and now there was Gladys appearing in her dad's life.

A bubble of amusement and hope left her smiling. Suddenly, she wanted to get out of her. She went up on her tiptoes and leaned on Torque. "Let's go home, babe."

His brows lifted and he focused on her mouth. "You don't want to watch the fight?"

She smiled and shook her head. That's all it took, and he grasped her hand and led her out of the bar. Outside, she laughed and spun around to walk backward in front of him. One thing that hadn't changed was Torque's willingness to spend time with her whenever she needed him.

"Before I take you home and sink myself between your legs, how about we go for a ride?" Torque grabbed her hips and brought her to a stop.

"Can I touch you while we ride?" She grinned, running her finger along his lower lip.

"Yeah." He snapped his teeth and caught her finger in his mouth.

Her laughter ended on a squeak. "Make it a fast ride home, babe," she whispered.

His eyes flared in that special way they often did when she talked. He let go of her finger, and she kissed his lips softly. "Really fast."

"Right." He swooped her up in his arms and headed straight toward his Harley. "Let's roll."

On the back of his motorcycle, she wrapped her arms around his waist, laid her front against the back of his leather vest, and hugged her man. He roared out of the parking lot. She closed her eyes and smiled. Sometimes the happiness overwhelmed her, and all she could do was hold on and enjoy the ride.

Sneak Peek at Chapter One –
Aching To Exhale

Chapter One

Close to twenty motorcycles, parked in one perfect line, took up the sidewalk outside High and Dry Lounge. Crystal Rose hesitated for a heartbeat before continuing to walk through the parking lot. The eleven months since losing Raul Sanchez and the Lagsturns Motorcycle Club had reduced her to paranoia.

Every biker driving by left her weak. Men of Latino descent caused her to take a second look, half hoping it was Raul, and panic at the thought it could be him.

It was never him.

Crystal hurried through the double doors into work. She'd stayed too long in one place for her comfort. That had to be the reason why her legs shook and her nerves were raw and on edge. She hefted her bag over her shoulder. In two more weeks, she'd have enough money to move on.

"Crystal, you're late." Dean, her boss, hurried out from behind the bar and pushed her through the lounge toward the back dressing room.

"I'm twenty minutes early." She glanced behind her as she walked. "I took the number three bus to make sure I arrived before my first set."

"I switched your schedule with Ella. Her kid's sick and she's not going to make it in to open the show. I would've called, but you haven't left a phone number in the office." Dean planted his hand on her back and catapulted her through the swinging door to the dressing room. "You've got five minutes to get on stage and make the men happy."

"Shit," she mumbled, throwing her bag down.

She stripped out of her old baggy Jimmy Hendrix T-shirt and black yoga pants she'd bought at Goodwill when she'd arrived in Palm Springs. Staying in the rough part of town forced her to take precautions with her appearance. She dumbed down her style to make sure no one followed her to the job or back to the motel after work. Dancing for money was a filthy job, but she was good at what she did.

In a desperate need to hide against the reality of her life, she stood in front of the mirror, applied heavy black eyeliner, and sprayed her hair out so far from her head Whitesnake would hire her over Tawny Kitaen for their next video. Then she dressed in her skimpy two-piece, deep purple colored bikini she'd altered with silver sequins and black tassels.

Five minutes later, she sauntered out onto the unlit stage. She looked below the dim lounge lights at the men crowding the stage, and raised her gaze to the darkened shadows standing in the back. Everything appeared normal, if not a bit quieter than usual for a Saturday night.
