apartment and glanced around. His jaw immediately hit the floor.

Frank’s apartment was a dream. It was an open-concept apartment,

lots of room to roam and very little in the way of walls or

obstructions.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows lined the front of the living room

area, a sectional sofa facing them. Behind the living area was a chef’s

dream, a gourmet kitchen right out of a magazine complete with

double oven, six-burner stove, huge fridge, and a work station on the

island that made Seth whimper.

“How did you find this place?” Seth asked as he gazed at the two-

story-tall, faded old brick that ran the entire length of one wall. A

beautiful curved staircase wound up the wall to a loft above the

kitchen.

“My parents own the building. They bought it back in the fifties

right after they moved to the area from Italy. The building was old

and needed a lot of work, so they got it for a song. It took my father

and grandfather over two years to get it up to code, but once they did,

the entire family moved in.”

Seth covertly glanced around, looking for Frank’s parents. “Do

they still live here?”

“Mom and Pop have a place on the second floor. They run the

grocery store on the ground floor, down on the corner.”

“Nice commute to work.”

Frank chuckled. “Right?”

“It can’t be too easy living so close to your parents.” Seth was

caught by the way Frank’s shirt stretched over his wide shoulders

when he shrugged.

Damn
.

That was hot.

“It’s not so bad. I’m pretty close to my family. And the folks are

good about not intruding as much as possible.” A serene, happy smile

lit up Frank’s face. “However, I am required to attend Sunday dinner

every week, under threat of death.”

“Nice.” Seth tried to smile, but he just couldn’t imagine being that

close to his parents. He couldn’t imagine even seeing his parents.

“What about your folks?”

“What about them?” Seth asked.

“Do they live close by?”

“Truthfully, I have no idea.” And he didn’t care to know. “I

haven’t seen my parents in almost ten years. I’m pretty okay with

that.”

Frank winced. “That bad?”

This time, Seth was the one to shrug. “My dad seemed to be okay

with me being gay, but Mom hit the roof. She was terrified the

neighbors would find out and she wouldn’t be nominated for neighbor

of the year or some such shit. Things got pretty tense, so after I

graduated from school, I just left.”

“Do you ever talk to your dad?”

“We talk on the phone a couple of times a year.” Seth frowned as

he turned to look out one of the floor-to-ceiling windows. “It’s pretty

hard on him. He really does love my mother, and he loves me. I

mostly left so that he wasn’t stuck in the middle anymore. He doesn’t

deserve that.”

“Neither do you.”

“It is what it is.” Seth swallowed hard then turned to look at the

handsome man. “What about you? Do your parents know?”

“That I’m gay?”

Seth nodded.

“They know.” He wasn’t smiling.

“And?”

“They are more worried about me going to hell for having sex

before I’m married than they are about who I’m having sex with.”

“That’s…uh…”

Frank’s face looked years younger when he chuckled. “That’s

what you get when you have strict Catholic Italian parents.”

“Italian, huh?” Seth grinned lecherously as he looked Frank’s

gorgeous body up and down. “I like Italian.” If they all looked like

Frank, he could grow to love Italian.

“I should hope so or I just spent most of the day making spaghetti

for nothing.”

Amusement hit Seth hard, making him laugh. He liked this side of

Frank. Sexy and funny. It was a good combination. “Anything I can

help with?” Seth asked as he followed Frank into the gourmet kitchen.

“Can you dice a tomato?”

“Of course.” Couldn’t everyone? Seth took the tomato and chef

knife Frank handed him and began dicing. In a matter of moments he

had a nice little pile of tomatoes. “Anything else you need diced up?”

“Hey, you’re pretty good at that.”

“I love cooking. I’m just lousy at it.”

“Yeah?” Frank grinned.

“When I first moved away from home, I couldn’t boil water. After

my third kitchen fire, the old lady across the hall from me took pity on

my lame ass and started teaching me how to cook. She was a great

cook.”

“Was?”

“Is,” Seth quickly said when the smile slid from Frank’s face. “I

still go to Mrs. Carter’s once a week. We watch those food shows

during the week and then pick a recipe to try out every Thursday

night.”

Yes! The smile was back.

“Sounds nice.”

“It is.” Seth shrugged. “I still can’t cook to save my life but I eat

well on Thursdays.”

Breath caught in Seth’s throat when Frank moved closer, stopping

right in front of him. Frank’s arms came out to rest on the counter on

each side of Seth, trapping him.

“Sounds like the competition is pretty steep,” Frank murmured

huskily as his eyes dropped to Seth’s lips. “Maybe I should see if I

can tip the scales in my favor.”

Oh damn!

Chapter 2

Frank leaned in for a kiss, but what he received was an electric

shock that started at his lips and sparked hot until it reached his toes.

His whole body seemed to come alive as Seth opened for him, kissing

Frank back like he was dying.

Seth pulled at Frank’s shoulders, trying to dissolve into him. The

tip of Frank’s tongue darted out, sliding across Seth’s lower lip. His

date opened for him, allowing Frank to invade his mouth. Frank

plunged in, sweeping through and leaving his senses a pliant pile of

goo.

When Frank lifted Seth up by his ass, Seth began to grind his cock

into Frank’s abdomen. Frank pushed into the wall behind them and

allowed Seth to do as he wished. Seth threw his head back and

screamed Frank’s name, his body shuddering as his head fell onto

Frank’s shoulder.

Frank stood there stunned.

That was the hottest thing he had ever seen anyone do.

And he wanted to see it again.

Frank walked them upstairs to his bedroom and placed Seth on his

feet. He saw the post-orgasmic bliss on his soon-to-be-lover’s face

and decided that he would have to take the disrobing into his own

hands.

He pulled Seth’s jacket off, tossing it onto the back of the chair in

the corner. Frank pulled the dress shirt off and then unsnapped Seth’s

trousers. He picked the little guy up and laid him on his back,

removing his shoes and dress socks, and then pulled the pants the rest

of the way off. The only thing left was Seth’s black boxer-briefs.

“You must think I’m a slut for wanting this on the first date,” Seth

said as he covered his face with his arm.

Frank stopped undressing as he moved closer to Seth. “How long

has it been for you, Seth?”

Seth moved his arm, staring up at Frank with those pretty

emerald-green eyes. “Two years. You?”

“Just about as long, so I think we’ve waited long enough.”

Seth laughed, and Frank’s heart melted. The man was simply

beautiful. His laugh sounded like a soft summer breeze, and Frank

knew standing there that he would fall hard for this man.

Blinking a few times, Frank came out of the soft trance that Seth

had him in and finished undressing. Spanning his hand over Seth’s

stomach, Frank smiled down at the handsome guy. “You are so

beautiful.”

Seth blushed, which only made Frank’s dick throb as he crawled

onto the bed. Seth reached for him, pulling Frank down for a kiss. He

was caressing Frank’s lips more than kissing them. It sent a ripple of

pleasure down Frank’s spine as Seth began to move more slowly, less

rushed.

Frank ghosted his hands over Seth, taking in his beauty as he

kissed his way around Seth’s neck, feeling the hard pulse in Seth’s

neck as he licked his way to the other side. Seth was like the food of

the gods, and Frank wanted to taste every inch of him.

Groaning, Seth grabbed Frank’s short hair, tugging at it, sending

shards of pleasure over his scalp and down his back. Frank rested his

forehead on Seth’s chest, breathing deeply as the feeling of an orgasm

approached.

It had been a very long time, so very long, but Frank didn’t want

this to end so soon. Beating back the impending release, Frank rasped

his lips over one small nipple, teasing it with his tongue as Seth

writhed beneath him, whimpering as he pulled at Frank’s hair harder.

“Frank, this feels so good,” Seth whispered as his hips bucked,

driving his erection into Frank’s chest.

“And I plan on it feeling even better, Seth,” Frank replied as he

kissed his way over to the other nipple. Seth’s skin was smooth,

flawless, and soft as hell. Frank couldn’t seem to stop touching the

man. It seemed no matter what area his hands skimmed over, Seth’s

skin was as smooth as silk.

“You’re so soft, Seth,” Frank said as he kissed his way from one

side of Seth’s body to the other, listening to Seth’s quiet moans of

pleasure.

“Lotion.”

Frank stilled, looking up into Seth’s green eyes. “Wouldn’t lube

work better?”

Seth began to laugh, grabbing his sides as he rolled. Frank wasn’t

sure what was so funny, but the laughter was contagious, making him

chuckle even though he hadn’t a clue why.

“No,” Seth said after somewhat composing himself. “I use a

moisturizing lotion on my skin.”

“Oh.” Frank smiled. “Now I understand.” Now he fully

understood, which only made him laugh harder. Frank slid his body

next to Seth’s, pulling the shorter man close. “You really are funny.”

Seth grinned up at him, his eyes swimming in what Frank would

swear was happiness. He hoped so, because Frank planned on keeping

Seth if the man allowed it. “Thanks.”

Frank ran his hand up and down Seth’s back, unable to remove the

big grin from his face. “I’d like to date you, Seth. I don’t want this to

be the only time I see you.”

Seth bit his bottom lip, glancing up at Frank with those pretty

eyes. “I’d like that.”

Frank rolled and then scooted down the bed, placing himself

between Seth’s legs. “And I’d love to suck your cock.” Seth’s shaft

jerked at Frank’s words. “I see you want that as well.”

Seth chuckled. “I’m a man. Of course I want that.”

Frank dipped his head, licking a long line up the outline of Seth’s

underwear.

“As good as that feels, Frank, could you remove them?” Frank

leaned back, pulling the boxer-briefs from around Seth’s hips and

down his thighs, taking in the sight of Seth’s cock for the first time.

“You really are beautiful.”

“You keep saying that, Frank,” Seth teased.

“I don’t think I can say it enough.” And that was a fact. Seth was

perfect, to Frank, in every possible way. He wasn’t sure how he had

gotten so lucky, but he was very thankful.

Pulling Seth’s underwear the rest of the way off, Frank noticed

fire-engine-red nail polish on the man’s feet. He didn’t say a word.

Frank was sure Seth kept that little secret to himself, although the

secret was staring him in the face right now.

Tossing the underwear aside, Frank nuzzled into the heavy sac

between Seth’s legs, inhaling deeply and taking in the scent of Seth.

God, his mouth was actually watering. Using his tongue, Frank licked

from one orb to the other, hearing Seth’s approval as the man cried

out softly, spreading his legs apart.

Placing his hands on Seth’s thighs, Frank pressed his face further

into Seth’s body, licking the entire sac until he worked his way up to

Seth’s cock. It was thick and throbbing, pre-cum leaking from the

head as Frank licked a path up Seth’s shaft and then sucked the length

into his mouth.

“Frank!” Seth shouted as he bucked, driving his cock deeper into

Frank’s mouth. Frank opened wider, taking the length as he worked

his throat muscles until his nose was touching Seth’s shaved pubic

bone.

“Oh, hell,” Seth cried out once more. “You’re going to make me

come again, Frank. I swear you are.”
