‘No cold feet then?’ he teased, eyes growing darker and his energy humming. I rose on tiptoe, sliding my hands up his chest and felt one of those delicious shudders run through my body at the firm muscles under my fingertips.

‘Never,’ I promised, my lips inches from his. ‘Always and forever, my love.’
