Chapter 1

Jenny

Somewhere in the Universe

29. day of the month Lumino in the year 7067 Federation time

Jenny stepped out of the elevator and looked carefully around. It seemed to be that nobody was here. The doors closed behind her. Mesmerized, Jenny took everything in. So far this travel was the fulfilling of all her childhood dreams. That’s why she had said yes without thinking twice when she was asked, if she would like to travel to another planet, to take one of the Carthian as a mate. Traveling with a real spaceship, seeing another world – that was a huge adventure. But she wouldn’t take a mate. She wasn’t interested in men. Lory had assured her, that she would not be forced, but warned her that these alpha men would do everything to seduce her. – That wasn’t something Jenny was overly worried about. She just didn’t feel anything for men. Never had. For a while she thought that she might be a lesbian but she didn’t feel anything with a women, too. So she obviously was, what they called asexual.

Jenny inhaled deeply and took a few steps into the huge space. It seemed to be the cargo area. There were chests, barrels and machines everywhere. Three doors were to be seen at the back and she tried to decide, which one to investigate first. She came to the conclusion, to start with the one closest to her and crossed the big room.

“Now, what do we have here?” She said quietly to herself, and opened the door.

What she saw was breathtaking.

“I must be dreaming,” she murmured impressed. “That is so freaking awesome!”

The room she entered, was nearly as huge as the one she came from, but as high as the whole ship. Three luminescent blue crystals stood in the center – as tall as the room. They bathed the whole room in blue light.

“Don’t touch!” A cutting voice startled her. Only then she noticed the man standing in the far corner of the room. “Dammit! What’s wrong with you earth woman, that you all sneak in here and course trouble?”

“Sorry, I … I only wanted … to have a look around, and …”

Jenny starred at the unusual looking man. He was leaving the place behind a desk and came towards her. He was tall, like all these damn aliens. Probably even taller than the ones she had met so far. His long hair was white, but he did look young, so she assumed, it was his natural color, and not a sign of age. Like all Carthian he was well built with massive muscles. He was wearing a golden bandeau around his head. A golden breast shield covered his massive chest and a blood red cloak hung from his broad shoulders. Her gaze traveled downwards. Some sort of kilt in red with golden ornaments fell down to his knees. He was wearing black boots that ended right under his knees.

“Whom are
you
running from?” The giant asked.

Jenny blinked and looked at him irritated.

“Running from? Why do you think, I would be on the run?”

“Well, the last one that got lost here was fleeing from our General,” the man answered and looked her over in a most inappropriate manner. He lingered a bit to long on her two large breasts. She was used to this, and she gave him a piercing gaze.

“Have you seen enough now?” She asked and met his gaze.

She expected an embarrassed or apologizing look, like the ones she usually got, but instead she saw amusement in his silver grey eyes.

“Not nearly,” he replied huskily, and a strange tingling in her belly made her frown.

“I am Farron Arr’Dragon. I am the only Moliwe on this ship. How are you called, little firelady?”

“I’ll give you fire! My name is non of your business!” She answered angrily.

Why were these Aliens all such horrible braggarts? The list of hunks that had tried to hit on her, since she entered the ship, was endless.

“You really have fire, little one. It will be a pleasure to tame you.”

Jenny snorted. From all these testosterone bulls here on board, this Farron was clearly the one with the biggest ego. He spoke as if she had nothing to say in that matter. Sonofabitch, he would find out that she was a hard nut to crack.

Farron

Farron grinned. Yes, this little blonde really had something. She had – fire, and certainly would not make it easy for him, but he was confident that he could tame her. All he had to do was turn this fire into passion. His cock filled with blood as erotic images filled his head. His gaze turned to the hard line of her lips. He would make sure that they became soft and willing. He had to kiss her, had to know, what they taste like. A little sample of what – hopefully – he soon would enjoy in full. He grabbed her and pressed his lips to hers, before she got a chance to withdraw from him. His arms held her tightly while he kissed her. Her small hands lay against his chest, trying to push him back – as if she stood a chance against him. He reduced the pressure of his lips and she turned away, to avoid his lips. He took her face into his hands and made her look at him. Then he kissed her again. He placed gentle, teasing little kisses and to his great pleasure, her lips became soft. He followed the curves of her lips with the tip of his tongue. When she gasped, he took the opportunity to push his tongue through her parted lips to invade her mouth. She tasted even sweeter than he had imagined. Still she lay stiff in his arms, but it didn’t take long before she went soft and leaned against him. First her tongue was reluctantly meeting his, but soon she kissed him passionately. He crowded her against one of the control panels and grabbed her by the waist, to sit her onto it. She put her legs around his hips and he growled, pleased as his hard shaft rubbed against her vulva, only separated by their clothes. The scent of her desire filled his senses and he growled anew.

A loud beeping noise made them jump.

“Fuck!” Farron said breathlessly.

He must have hit one of the control buttons and now one of the crystals was turned off, so that not enough energy was produced. Hastily he lifted the blond beauty off the panel and began to punch in some commands.

“Farron! What is going on down there? We don’t have enough energy for the shields!” Kordan’s voice came through the speakers.

Farron pushed the green communication button and for a moment closed his eyes, before he had calmed enough to answer the general.

“Pardon me, General,” he said finally. His voice was a bit raspy and he cleared his throat. “A mistake! I have fixed the error. The shields should be up in no time.”

A mistake
!” The skeptical voice of the general stated.

“Yes … yes, a mistake. – It will not happen again, I assure you!”

“Yes, the shields are working again. Okay, Farron. But, please – no more
mistakes
!”

“Sure thing, General. No more mistakes!”

“Good.”

Farron released the communication button and turned around to the blond, but she was gone. She must have fled while he tried to sell his stupid mishap as a mistake.

Damn!

Jenny

Her heart raced. How could she let this Alien kiss her? And why did she kiss him back? She had no explanation for that or for her racing heart. She didn’t feel anything for men. She was asexual. It had to be fear, that made her heart beat so fast – yes, that was, what made her heart beat so hard that her chest nearly exploded. – At least, that was how it felt. She couldn’t possibly feel anything for this bloke, whose whole appearance screamed danger! She had to be careful. She had to avoid stumbling over this man again. Once they reached Karrx7, she would be save. This bloke didn’t belong to the Carthian, he’d said that much. She was after some adventure, but that didn’t include men.

Hastily she stumbled out of the elevator as soon as the door opened. She nearly bumped into Susan, one of the women who had come with them to find a mate among the good-looking Aliens.

“Jenny! You look like you’ve seen a ghost!” Susan said and grabbed her by the arm. “Are you alright?”

“Yes … yes, I’m al… alright. I only have to … go to the toilette. – Excuse me!”

“We all meet in the little bar on deck D tonight after dinner. You’re coming, right?” Susan wanted to know.

“I … I’m not sure. M-maybe,” Jenny replied, her mind still full of the encounter with a very irritating Alien, who had kissed her so boldly.

She started to sweat, nervous that her friend could see how upset she was.

“You’re sure, you are okay?” Susan looked at her concerned. “Maybe you should pay the medicine ward a visit. You look flushed and disorientated – maybe you’ve caught some virus.”

“I … I’m fine. Really. I must pee. See you later,” Jenny said and hurried along. She could still feel Susan’s gaze on her back, as she rushed down the corridor.

”Open!” She shouted when she finally arrived at her room. The automatic door opened. These doors were a blessing. Jenny was sure; she would not bee able to open a normal door with a key. Not with her shaking hands.

“Thank god for small blessings,” she murmured and sighed with relief, when the door closed behind her. She was glad that Mia, her roommate, wasn’t there. Mia was a nice girl, but much to nosy and chatty. She would have detected Jenny’s condition and asked a thousand questions. She wasn’t so easily to get rid off.

The digital clock at the wall showed 14:24. A day after the alien time was made of twenty-five hours. One hour was fifty minutes. Dinner would be served at 18:00 and was the main meal of the day. The Carthian ate several small snacks during the day, but dinner was a serious thing. Jenny still worried over the food here on board, where all dishes were generated in the food generator. Jenny wasn’t too sure if that would not cause a lack of nutrients. Even if Lory and Charly didn’t show any signs of malnutrition, and after all, they lived off this food for months. At least, after the trip to earth, the food generators had been updated with earthly foods, like Burgers, Pizza and other goodies. Even coke and coffee was now available.

Jenny went to her own little food generator, that came as basic equipment in all cabins, and typed in the code for a café latte. With the hot drink in her hand, she strolled over to the sofa and sat down with a sigh. Until today she always enjoyed her touring round the spacecraft, and she wasn’t willing to stop with her little investigations only because a certain alien made her loose her composure.

All she had to do was, avoid the lower deck. There still was a lot to discover here. Soon they would reach their destination and then she would have no more opportunity to investigate all those interesting things here.

She had learned from Charly that Karrx7, the home planet of the Carthian, was looking rather medieval. There were no skyscrapers or visible futuristic technic. Though there were a lot of advanced technics, it was more subtle and not to see on first sight. So this ship seemed to be much more interesting to Jenny.

The door opened and Mia entered the room.

“Hi!” She said in a cheery voice.

Jenny was glad that she had calmed a little by now. With a little luck she could avoid Mia’s probing questions.

“Hi,” she replied and sipped on her café latte, to hide her trembling lips.

“I think, I am in love,” Mia sighed and fell down on one chair opposite Jenny.

“Wow! Really? That was fast,” Jenny remarked. “Spill!”

She was happy, that Mia was so lost in her enthusiasm for a guy, that she didn’t seemed to notice what was going on with Jenny.

“He is one of the officers who works on the bridge. He is responsible for navigation,” Mia explained proudly.

“And … how did you meet him?”

“He approached me over lunch and offered to give me a tour of the bridge. Of course I said yes. So he showed me everything. I wasn’t really paying attention to what he explained me – to much boring technical stuff – but that doesn’t matter – does it? What matters is, that I will see him again. – Tonight! We’ll meet in the bar on deck D. Everybody is going today. One of the officers pays for a round, his mate gave birth to a daughter. That’s double reason for celebration, since there are so few girls born. – You’ll come too? You really should have some fun. You are always alone.”

“I’m not alone!” Jenny defended herself. “It’s only … that I am so interested in the ship and I really want to see as much as possible before we reach our destination.”
