Grapefruit seed extract: 250 to 500 mg three times daily

Rifaxamin (brand name: Xifaxan): 1,200 mg daily seven days (for SIBO)

Ciprofloxacin (brand names: Cipro, Proquin): 250 to 750 mg every 12 hours

Norfloxacin (brand name: Noroxin): 250 to 750 mg every 12 hours

Co-trimoxazole (brand names: Septra, Bacrim): 500 to 875 mg every 12 hours
