“Well I’m sure the guys will love to have another man on the ranch helping out. I’m, erm, going to go and finish with foo
d and dealing with the washing.” She kissed Andy on the cheek and retreated as fast as she could.
Something was going on in Andy
, but she couldn’t figure out what. Finishing up the washing, she moved on inside to the scent of her pork stew. She always made plenty of pots of stew for the boys. Andy had told her before they were married that she’d need to feed his men as well.
She checked on the stew, giving it a quick stir.
Damon had unsettled her. His touch felt like it had lingered a little too long.
Get over it.
Grabbing the bread from the far counter she placed them on a baking tray before putting them in the oven. Her life with Andy was perfect. He never expected too much of her on the social front, and he was more than attentive to her during the evening and nights they were together. Their love life was wonderful. She loved every second she was with him. There were ten years between them, but she didn’t care about the age difference. He’d wooed her by the time she was nineteen and married her by the time she was twenty. No children had come from their time together. She wanted them, but Andy didn’t want to share her yet. Life at the ranch didn’t accommodate children. He was always looking for men willing to work the ranch while she was busy feeding the men and trying to help outside as much as she could.
Andy was also very possessive. He didn’t like her around the men alone. She liked his possessiveness and never commented on it.
“Hey, baby, how’s that stew coming on?” Andy said, wrapping his arms around her waist. She hadn’t heard him come in while she’d been stirring her stew.
Sinking against his warmth
, she felt her body hum as one of his hands cupped her breast.
“Andy.” She moaned his name as an answering pulse began in her pussy.
Their time together was never long enough, though.
“What do you think of Damon?” he asked, kissing her neck.
The mention of the mystery man who’d be working on their ranch made her freeze. The gentle hum in her body went haywire at Damon’s name.
“I’ve got nothing to say. You deal with the men. I feed them.”
“I’ve got a good feeling about him, Mer. I think he’s going to be a great worker. I might even get him to agree to stay for the year. I’d get Christmas off, and we’ll be well on our way to getting a life together. Maybe even children.” He rubbed his cock against her ass. She wanted him then and there.
“Children? Really?”
“Yeah, baby. I want you all to myself, but I also don’t want to be selfish when it comes to you.” He kissed her neck, sucking on her skin. “You want children, and I want to give you everything.”
“Only when you’re ready, Andy. Our life together is all I need.”
He turned her around. She cupped his face loving the look on his face as he gazed at her. “How did I get so lucky with you?”
“I’m sorry to interrupt,” Damon said, invading their moment.
Andy pulled away from her but turned to stare at the other man. She felt his cock harden further at the sight of him. Biting her lip she dropped her gaze to the floor unable to look at him completely.
What was going on with her man? The sight of Damon alone was sending Andy into arousal.
“You’re not interrupting at all.” Andy stroked her stomach, smiling.
“Something smells good, Meredith,” Damon said.
“It’s the stew. You’re more than free to join.” She smiled at him, pulling away from Andy as she did.
“Come on, I’ll show you more of the ranch and round the boys up on our way out. Honey, set up the guest bedroom for Damon
. We’ll be back soon.”
She didn’t argue even though she wanted to. Her pulse was pounding
, and the blood was rushing through her veins. She didn’t say a word at all. This was going to be a long couple of days.

Damon stared down the table at Andy with his beautiful wife, Meredith, beside him. The two made a lovely couple, and he saw the love shining between them. How the fuck had he stumbled into a Dominant’s wet dream? Both Andy and Meredith were submissive. He felt his inner Dom calling to him to claim the two. Pushing the thoughts from his mind, he focused on the ranch around him. The men were great, hard-working, but he saw they were not interested in ranching full time. A couple of the Creek Valley locals were more than happy to stay behind.
He dug into his stew loving the flavor Meredith had creat
ed. The woman sure could cook up a storm. Looking down into his dish he mopped every last bit up and licked his lips. “That was some good food,” he said, gazing at her.
She blushed, moving away from the table to collect his dish.
“I’m pleased you liked it.”
Fighting the need to make her call him
“Sir”, he grabbed her hand and smiled. “That’s okay. What are you doing?”
“I’ll wash your dish unless you want some more.”
Her pulse was pounding against her neck.
“No, I’m good.” He was hungry for something more than food.
Cut it out. You’re not here for that.
He’d stopped in Creek Valley to fix his bike and get some money together. Working for his dough was all he was interested in. Damon refused to let this married couple call to him. The inner Dom wanted to fix what he saw as broken. Their relationship was strong
, but even he saw the cracks beginning to form. They were in love; however, they were not getting everything they needed from each other. He knew what they needed, a firm hand and guidance.
Shaking the same thoughts from his mind, he watched the other men depart. They all thanked Meredith, which she nodded, telling them that she would see them tomorrow.
Andy got up from his seat and wrapped his arms around her waist.
Damon saw the slight
tension in her body. She nodded at whatever Andy said without turning around completely to give him her full attention. Gripping the end of the table, he had to fight to stop himself intervening.
Didn’t they realize how badly they needed help?
Not your problem.
“Do you want to see your room
?” Andy said, pulling him out of his thoughts.
Meredith stayed tense at the sink, washing the dishes.
Getting up from his seat, he followed Andy up the main staircase. “This is a nice place.”
“It’s a family heirloom as such. My mom and dad had it passed down to them and so on. Meredith loves the place
, but she wants it filled with little kids.” Andy opened a couple of doors. “We’ve got more than enough room for some little critters of our own.”
“You don’t want kids?” Damon asked, detecting the slight anger in Andy’s voice.
“I want kids. I love them. I just can’t handle sharing my woman. Working on the ranch, I don’t get enough time with her as it is. Kids will cut into what little time I’ve got with her.”
That wasn’t entirely true. Andy clearly didn’t feel their relationship was strong enough to handle a couple of kids
, and Damon knew it wasn’t. How the fuck had he been travelling through life, going from town to town, to stumble on his dream town? He’d seen what was happening in Creek Valley, and he loved it. The women devoted to two men and also the dominance with one member. The two couples he’d seen in town were evidence of that.
All of his li
fe he’d struggled to piece together his dream life of having a man and woman at his feet, submitting to him. The women he’d been with loved the idea of two men for a once in a lifetime thing, and the men didn’t want a woman. Every time he’d tried to find the right two people to fit his needs, Damon had ended up with egg on his face. There was one time he literally got egg on his face when his lover had thrown eggs at him.
He was bisexual and a Dominant. Those two combinations, for some strange reason, were hard to settle down with.
Andy closed the doors. “It doesn’t matter. I love her with my whole heart. I’m not going to put a stop to something she loves. There’s ten years between us, and I don’t want to be running around in my old age.”
They moved down three doors.
“This is mine and Meredith’s room, and across the hall is where you’ll be staying.”
The door opposite their room, Damon walked inside. He went straight for the window, seeing the view overlooked the ranch.
“I hope you like it. We don’t have much.”
“You’ve got a beautiful ranch, a wonderful home
, and a brilliant wife, Andy. You’re living the dream.”
Andy smiled. “Thank you.”
Silence settled on the room, and he felt Andy’s nerves across the floor.
“How long will you be staying?”
“I don’t know. I need to fix my bike and get me some money together. Hopefully not too long. I don’t want to impose on you,” Damon said. The Dom was screaming for him to stay forever. He wouldn’t do it. This was not his place to settle down.
“Well, you can stay for however long you’d like. I could do with the help
, and Meredith won’t mind at all.”
Nodding, Damon turned his attention onto the other man. “I’ll consider it.”
The sound of steps coming toward him forced Andy to step outside the door. “If you need anything let us know. We want you to be comfortable.”
“I will do.” He smiled at Meredith as she stood next to Andy.
“Goodnight, Damon.” She kissed Andy’s cheek and walked into their bedroom.
In no time at all he was alone with his thoughts. Within minutes he heard the bed creaking in the room across from him. Sitting on his bed, he
listened to Meredith’s feminine sounds and Andy’s groans. When they hit completion even he heard the disappointment in both of them.
They need your help.
No, he wouldn’t do it. No one needed anything from him, and he wasn’t sticking around to find anything out.
One year later
Andy stormed out of the ranch house into the setting sun. It was almost winter once again
, and life outside was starting to wear thin for him. Putting on his gloves he moved toward the stable where he kept a fresh load of hay for his cattle. He found Damon forking through the hay as he entered the old stable. A couple of years ago during the summer he’d built a second stable for his horses to be more comfortable with. He’d found the plans his father left him before his parents went on a world tour. His two fathers and mother kept in touch every couple of months, but he was thankful they didn’t call every day otherwise he’d feel like they were checking up on him. The ranch was no longer in his parents’ names. They’d passed it over to him a good few years ago when they knew he was ready to take over.
“Morning,” Andy said, gritting his teeth as he watched Damon working. He was so happy the other man had decided to stay for as long as he could. His bike was close to being fixed. Over the last year they’d suffered through one hell of a winter, which meant the parts were late to arrive. The extended delivery time along with sourcing the parts made for a long, long wait.
“Meredith cooking breakfast?” Damon asked.
The mention of his wife had Andy tensing. The last year had been a mixture of bliss
and a lack of fulfillment along with a burning desire for something he didn’t want. During the Creek Valley picnics and fairs the town liked to host, he found himself looking at the other couples he’d known who’d found happiness with more than one person. Kade, Holly, and Steven were all happily married together without a single problem in sight. The next couple was Gavin, Landon, and Heidi, who had also found happiness and were happily married to one another. There were several more couples he’d grown up with who were living the dream. What was he living? A dream yet hell at times.
Grabbing a fork, Andy did his best to rid the images seeing Damon evoked from his thoughts. Nothing stopped the erotic pictures as he continued to work. The other man had started to invade every part of his
life at home and at work. The invasions started out as dreams. He’d imagine being at Damon’s feet and being told to lick his cock and serve him. Over time the dreams became more elaborate with Meredith starring in them as well. Damon was their Dominant, and both of them together were his submissives. Then the dreams started turning into fantasies to the point he wanted to live them out. Making love to his wife no longer excited him. Their love life was getting more difficult to maintain. Meredith wanted something from him he couldn’t give her, and he wanted something she couldn’t give him.
What the hell was wrong with him?
“Andy, get out of your fucking head and answer me,” Damon said, standing beside him. He saw Damon had his arms folded and was glaring down at him.
“Sorry, what did you ask?” Andy rubbed his temples. This morning hadn’t been good.
He’d woken up hard as rock, turning to Meredith intent on saving their relationship. Instead he’d reduced Meredith to tears and stormed out when he couldn’t get what he wanted. He didn’t have a clue what he wanted, but he knew what he was getting wasn’t it. Upsetting Meredith wasn’t helping either. She didn’t deserve his anger at all.
