  • 3 eggs + 2 more egg yolks
  • 4 oz. Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • ½ cup flour (no gluten)
  • ½ tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup sweetener
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 cups hot water

Let’s Cook:

  1. Whisk the solid (dry) ingredients in a large bowl. Separately, mix all the other ingredients. Incorporate everything carefully.
  2. Coat the slow cooker with oil or grease. Place the mixture in the cooker. Top with chocolate chips.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours

  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Splenda
  • ¼ tsp salt

Let’s Cook:

  1. Put a lining over the slow cooker pot.
  2. Put in a bowl baking powder, protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, sweetener and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add vanilla extract, almond milk, butter and eggs.
  5. Mix again.
  6. Pour batter into slow cooker.
  7. Cover and cook for 3 hours on low.
  8. Allow to cool for 30 minutes and slice.
