"Well
I
guess
you
have
a
date
tonight
because
I'm
as
hungry
as
hell."

Jade
informs
Queen.

"She'd
love
to."

"Damn,
let
the
girl
speak
for
herself
Jade."
Teddy
complained.

"So
what
do
you
think
Mye
Queen?

I
can
tell
by
your
uniform
that
you'll
be
at
the
game.

Will
you
go
out
with
me
afterward?"

Paul
asked.

Queen
stared
into
his
big
hazel
eyes
and
replied,
"Sure,
why
not.

Besides
I'm
starving."

Little
did
she
know
that
she
had
just
agreed
to
open
her
heart
to
a
lifetime
of
love
and
a
world
of
hurt.

~*~*~

Queen
rode
with
Paul
in
the
front
of
his
new
Cadillac
Escalade
pickup
truck.

Although
he
appeared
humble,
Jade
had
eluded
to
fact
that
Paul
was
from
a
wealthy
Atlanta
family
who
spared
no
expense
to
keep
their
son
comfortable
and
happy.

As
they
rode
through
the
busy
streets
of
Atlanta
Queen
pretended
not
to
notice
his
obsession
with
her.

Granted
he
was
extremely
handsome,
well
built
and
absolutely
adorable,
but
so
was
the
last
man
she
dated.

Still
there
was
something
about
his
easy
confidence
and
effortless
sexiness
that
fascinated
her.

His
chiseled
features
and
his
alluring,
haunting
eyes
drew
Queen
into
a
comfortable
easiness.

His
spirit
instantly
soothed
and
reassured
her
and
she
felt
safe.

As
Teddy
dominated
the
conversation
Queen
seized
the
opportunity
to
sneak
a
peek
at
what
she
knew
had
to
be
one
of
the
sexiest,
charismatic
men
that
she
had
ever
met.

Quite
opposite
of
Paul
his
cocky
brash
sexiness
made
her
uneasy
yet
she
couldn't
keep
her
mind
or
eyes
off
of
him.

Nonetheless,
his
name-
Hell
to
the
No
seemed
appropriate
and
probably
well
earned.

"So,
what
class
are
you
in
Queen?"
Teddy
asked
as
he
tried
to
slither
away
from
Red
Sonja
who
was
draped
over
him
like
a
cheap
Sunday
suit.

"I'm
a
senior."

"What's
your
Major?"
Paul
asked.

"Pre-
Med.

What's
your?"

"Pre
NFL."
Paul
laughed.

"Yeah,
me
too!"
Teddy
co-signed.

"Oh
really,
are
we
good
or
good
and
delusional?"
Queen
joked.

"Oh
I
am
like
that."
Paul
smiled.

"Oh
yeah?"
Queen
asked
knowing
that
they
were
no
longer
talking
about
football.

"That's
comforting."

Paul's
smile
quickly
turned
into
a
grin
of
approval
as
he
soaked
in
Queen's
sensuality.

Slowly
his
eyes
wandered
up
her
long
tone
legs
past
her
thick
thighs
to
her
taunt
ample
breasts
which
strained
the
fabric
of
her
uniform.

Distracted,
he
momentarily
forgot
that
he
was
driving
and
ran
off
the
road.

"Hey
Cowboy!

Keep
your
eyes
on
the
damn
road
and
not
up
Queen's
skirt,
before
you
kill
us
all.

Some
of
us
got
a
future
to
look
forward
to."
Jade
warned
jogging
him
back
to
reality.

"My
bad.

My
future
had
me
a
little
distracted."

Queen
unmoved
one
way
or
the
other
pretended
not
to
hear
him.

She
knew
he
liked
her
and
the
truth
of
the
matter
was
that
she
liked
him
too.

But
it
was
way
too
soon
to
get
infatuated
by
charm
and
bullshit.

This
wasn't
her
first
climb
on
the
pretty
boy
tree.

And
one
thing
that
she
learned
from
her
previous
falls
was
to
take
it
slow.

"So
what
position
do
you
play?"

"I'm
the
Quarterback."
Paul
responded
as
he
pulled
into
the
parking
lot
of
the
restaurant.

"Starting
or
backup
Quarterback?"

"You're
cute.

I
said
I
was
the
Quarterback,
not
a
Quarterback.

They
only
need
one
Quarterback
when
they
have
me."

"What
about
you
Teddy?

What
position
do
you
play?"
Queen
inquired.

"Paul
throws
it
up
and
I
catch
it.

I'm
a
Wide
Receiver.

And
before
you
even
ask
I
am
not
only
a
starting
Wide
Receiver,
I
am
a
Super
Star."

"And
he's
humble
too."
Jade
sarcastically
remarked.

"Can
we
please
go
in
and
eat?

We'll
be
out
here
all
day
while
Teddy
blows
his
own
damn
horn."
Jade
complains.
