You
feel so fucking good around me,” he said, through raspy breath.
“Come here.”

He
pulled her forward and onto him as he claimed her with his mouth. His
tongue pushed into her mouth as he thrust into her hard. Her hands
went into his hair as she kissed him hard. He pumped into her deep
and fast. There was no sweetness in his movements, just passion and
need. He had to have her, all of her.

Fuck,
Luke,” she moaned into his mouth.

He
grabbed her waist and flipped her onto the bed, without breaking
their kiss. Jessica was under him within seconds. He leaned over her
with his hands on each side of her head, as he plunged into her hard
and deep. There was so much passion and love between them. Sweat was
forming on his chest and she ran her hands across it and down his
abs. She grabbed on his waist and put her legs around him.

Damn,
Jessica,” Luke moaned. “You have no idea how badly I have
wanted you. From the moment I saw you at that party; I have wanted
you beneath me. It feels so fucking good to be inside of you. I love
you, baby.”

Jessica
had her head back as he thrust into her. She moaned his name and
grabbed him tight. Her eyes were closed as she ground into him.

Open
your eyes,” he said. “Look at me. I want you to see what
you do to me. I want to look into your eyes as we come together. You
are mine Jessica. All mine.”

He
thrust into her hard and fast as she gripped his back and yelled his
name. Luke could feel her tighten around his cock as he plunged into
her. He looked into her eyes as he called her name with his own
release.

She
pulled him down to her and put her arms around his neck. He rolled
off to the side, onto the bed. They both were quiet as they caught
their breath evened out. Jessica rolled onto her side and put her arm
across his chest and she ran her fingers through his sweat.

I
don't know how I went without you all those years,” she
whispered, as she kissed his chest. “I'm not sure I will be
able to go one day without having you inside of me again.”

You
won't have to,” he said, as he smiled. “I'm not planning
on skipping one day with you. You are not going to be able to get rid
of me.”

I
love you, Luke,” she said. “I am so sorry that I took
those years away from us. I will make it up to you every single day,
for as long as you will let me.”

Can
I be here when Lucas gets home?” he asked. “I want to be
his father every second from now on. I am going to be the best father
I can be. I want to make up for all of those years I have been gone.”

Yes,
you can be here when he gets home. You have nothing to make up for,”
she said. “He knows everything about you. He will be so excited
to meet you. I have never kept anything from him. He loves you.”

Luke
was so happy to be in Jessica's bed with her. He was relieved that
she had not had a family with another man. At the same time, he was
hurt that he had not been a part of his son's life. He held Jessica
as he thought about what he was going to do with his son. Luke
couldn't believe it. He had a son. There were so many things the
little boy had missed out on. He had missed out on so much of his
son's life. Luke was going to do his best to make up for all of them.
He already loved the little boy so much and would do anything for
him.

Jessica
fell asleep in Luke's arms. He didn't want to wake her. There was no
way he wanted the moment to end. His mind went back to the day she
broke up with him. She had seemed nervous, but he thought it was
because he was leaving. He remembered her crying as she told him that
she did not want to be with him anymore. She was very upset as she
walked away from him. The last time she talked to him was a month
later. He had quit calling her because he thought she was not
interested in him anymore. Luke felt bad knowing that she had been
afraid that she might be pregnant. He should have fought for her. Why
didn't he fight for her? Why didn't he know she was pregnant? He was
so happy that he had a son. Luke knew he was going to make sure they
were a family. He had to put aside how angry he was that she had not
told him. Jessica didn't want to disrupt his life and she was only
eighteen at the time. He couldn't believe that her parents were so
upset with her and had stopped talking to her over the baby. Why
didn't they realize how important their grandchild was? How did she
do it all by herself? He knew he needed to talk to Renee and thank
her for everything she had done for his child. She was an amazing
person. He hoped she realized just how wonderful she was. She was two
years younger than her sister, and she had given up her own childhood
to be there for her.

Luke
thought about his own mother. She had a six year old grandson and
didn't even know it. How was he going to tell her? How would she
react? He knew his mother would open her arms and life to the little
boy. She would love him so much. Would she hate Jessica? He had no
idea how he was going to tell his mother. Crap, he thought, as he
looked down at Jessica.

He
snuggled into her and drifted off to sleep. Luke jumped when he heard
an unfamiliar noise.

Jessica,
wake up,” he said, as he nudged her. “Is that your
phone?”

It
was a strange voice saying something he could not understand. Jessica
jumped and ran to the living room.

It's
my ringtone for Renee. She plays with my phone and changes the
ringtone for her calls. She likes to see how I react,” she
yelled out, as she grabbed her phone.

She
came back through the bedroom door and sat on the bed as she answered
the phone.

Hey
Renee,” Jessica said into the phone.

Luke
saw fear in her eyes as they widened. He could not hear the other
line. Something was wrong. He moved next to Jessica.

What?”
Jessica asked. “Slow down, Renee. What's wrong?”

What
happened?”

An
accident where?”

Is
he okay?”

Are
you okay?”

Renee,
calm down so I can hear you.”

Luke
saw the tears as they ran down Jessica's face. He rubbed her back and
tried to hear the other side of the conversation. He could hear
noises, but could not understand what Renee was saying.

Its
okay, Renee. Ride with him. Go with them. What hospital are they
going to?”

Luke
jumped off the bed, grabbed his clothes, and started putting them on.

Okay,
we are on our way. Is he okay? Is he going to be okay?”

Shit,
we'll be right there. It's going to be okay Renee. Nobody is going to
blame you. It's not your fault. Stay with him. You have to calm down
for him. Tell him I love him.”

Jessica
hung up the phone and started to cry. Luke had just tied his shoes.
He grabbed her into his arms and held her. She tried to talk, but
nothing was making sense.

Is
everything okay?” he asked.

I
don't know,” she blurted out. “There was an accident.
They are taking Lucas to the hospital. I couldn't hear what she was
saying. We have to go. Is he going to be okay? He has to be okay.”

Luke
held her tight. He was so scared, but he wanted to be strong for her.
She had her face buried in his chest. He took her chin in his hand
and looked into her eyes.

Everything
is going to be okay,” he said. “We are going to go
together. I am going to be with you. We will all get through this
together. I love you. He is going to be okay.”

Jessica
pulled away from him, started pulling clothes out of drawers, and ran
into the bathroom. Luke fell onto her bed with his face in his hands.
He could feel the tears streaming down his face. Stay strong, he told
himself. Be strong for her. All he could think about was his little
boy. Be okay, please just be okay. He already loved the little boy so
much and had never even met him. He was his son. He would do anything
for him. Please let my baby be okay. I want to meet him and let him
know that his dad loves him so much. I want to make up for every
second he went without his father. He needs to know how important and
amazing he is. Please don't let anything happen to my son, he
thought. If anything has to happen to anyone, let it be me instead,
he said silently. He has to be okay. Everything has to be okay.
Jessica walked back into the bedroom, and Luke hurried to rub his
face and dry his tears. He didn't want her to see him upset.

She
walked over to him and wrapped her arms around him. He hugged her
tighter than he ever thought possible.

It's
going to be okay Luke,” she said. “He's going to meet his
dad. Do you know how happy he is going to be?”

Luke
shook his head. He grabbed her hand and pulled her to the door. She
hurried to lock the door. Luke pulled her down the porch steps and to
his car.

We
are taking my car,” he said, and he hurried to open the door
for her.

He
ran around to his side and took off down the street.

Please,
let my son be okay. Luke didn't care about being upset that Jessica
had kept Lucas from him anymore. He just wanted his little guy to be
okay. Luke just wanted to be with his son and would spend the rest of
his life being Lucas' dad. He just found out about him. Lucas had to
be okay. I will do anything for him, he thought. I will never take
one second with him for granted, he told himself. Luke was going to
appreciate every single second with his son.

Chapter
12

Jessica

Jessica
could feel her hands shake as they got out of the car at the
hospital. She felt like she was going to be sick. Her baby needed to
be okay. She would do anything for him to be okay. Her sister had
been so upset on the phone that Jessica could barely understand her.
She had no idea how bad the accident was or how badly her son had
been hurt. He had to meet his dad and know that his dad loved him.
She felt like she was going to pass out.

Luke
grabbed onto her, and they ran into the hospital doors. Renee was
sitting in a chair with her head in her lap, crying. They ran up to
her and knelt down in front of her.

Renee,
is he okay?” Jessica asked. “Are you okay?”

Jessica
took Renee by the shoulders, pulled her up, and hugged her.

Talk
to me. Are you okay?” Jessica asked.

Yes,
I didn't mean it. I love him. He has to be okay. You know how much I
love him, right? You know I would give my life for him. Why wasn't it
me that got hurt and not him?” Renee said, through her tears.

What
happened? Where is he?” Jessica asked.

They
took him back there and told me to wait out here,” Renee said.
“They said they would come and get me as soon as they could. He
was awake in the ambulance. They had his head and body strapped down.
He kept telling me to stop crying. He has to be okay, Jess.”

Luke
jumped up and went to the desk. Jessica held her sister. A few
minutes later, Luke walked back over to them.

The
woman is going to go back and check to make sure they want us back
there,” Luke said.

He
bent down in front of Renee. She looked into his eyes.

Do
you know? Did she tell you?” Renee asked.

Yes,
she told me,” Luke said. “Thank you, Renee.”

For
what?” she said, with a confused look on her face.

For
everything,” he said, as he wrapped his arms around her. “Thank
you for yesterday and telling me to talk to her. Thank you for being
there when she was having the baby. Thank you for being there when I
wasn't there.”
