Use your green thumb to feed other people's addiction to nicotine (called such due to the Nicotiana plant) by growing and selling tobacco. This works best in sunny warm climates (like the South) and in areas where smoking is still legal inside (like the South).

Put that extra space in your backyard to good use by planting some pumpkin seeds. When the fall rolls around, you can sell pumpkins, run a haunted house (see entry 59), and run a corn maze (see entry 640)!

If you want to make money from a Christmas tree farm, start now — you'll reap the rewards in around four to fifteen years. For instant gratification, cut down the existing trees in your yard or buy some land that's populated with spruces.

It's nice to look out at your garden full of beautiful, colorful flowers. But it's even nicer to have cash, so start clipping. Get some cheap vases and ribbon and charge extra for packaging.

Thirteen states currently allow the use of medical marijuana, but make sure you check all the rules and regulations of your state before you apply for a license. If you get one, you can grow a certain number of plants and sell it to those who have a license to use medical marijuana. The details are different for every state, so be sure to do your research!
