Sexy Excerpt:

Courtney dragged her nails from his elbow up to his
shoulder, digging them in as she stuck her tongue out and ran the tip of it
over the outline of his lips.

Mark
shuddered.

The intensity of the moment,
his confusion, and the mixed sensations of her nails digging crescents into his
flesh along with her warm, wet tongue gliding over his lips was a lot to handle
at once.

As soon as he gave
way to the overwhelming feelings, he knew she had achieved exactly what she
wanted – to get a rise out of him.

As
she drew her tongue back into her mouth, her soft pink lips shining after she
delicately licked them, her fingers crawled down over his chest.

The air stung the
spots where her nails had dug deep into his skin, but he was distracted by the
continued movement of her fingers, trailing slowly down over his stomach and
headed straight toward his cock.

Mark,
however, was no fool.

He knew feeling
the sweet satisfaction of her hand wrapped around his long, hard shaft was
unlikely so early on in their game…

Chapter
One

“You must have
missed me,” Courtney said as she coiled the tie of her silk bathrobe around one
of her small hands.

Her fingernails were
painted a neutral color but the polish had a minor shine to it that glinted
slightly under the lights of the room, keeping Mark’s eyes glued to them.

The way she moved her thin fingers about
drove him crazy for a reason he couldn’t understand.

The only thing he
knew was that Courtney had something about her that was addictive to a
fault.

It was wonderful and dangerous
all at the same time, a thrilling treat he looked forward to every week.

Only this time they had gone nearly a month
without a single meeting and it was all because of Jeanette, his wife of eight
years.

___________

The problem wasn’t
that he was okay with cheating on his wife and it definitely wasn’t that he no
longer loved her.

The problem was that his
wife had stopped caring about anything he did.

She claimed to
still love him but she had also made it very clear she didn’t want him to be
around a lot, much less actually touch her.

The time he had finally mustered up the courage to have a conversation
with her about it, she’d done nothing but brush him off.

“Find whatever you need wherever you
want.

Just leave me alone,” she had said
it so casually that it stung.

Mark loved her and
wanted nothing more than to have the woman he fell in love with back by his
side.

But for no discernible reason she
was gone.

He’d proposed a divorce but
the cruel look of dismay and betrayal she shot him had been enough to make him
never want to bring up that word again.

That happened three years ago.

He
contemplated leaving, fighting a legal battle for a divorce until he was free
from the shackles of a marriage where love was dead on one side, but he just hadn’t
considered it a real possibility.

Perhaps, on some level, he was afraid to leave his wife and start a new
life.

It was one year
ago when he met Courtney.

It had been a
battle for him to even admit he was attracted to her, but it was too strong to
ignore.

Her allure pulled him in all the
way and, eventually, he lost himself in it completely.

The first moment his lips touched hers
started a descent into the relationship they now both shared.

It was one that wasn’t entirely a secret.

Mark had come clean to his wife five months
into the affair, a word he wasn’t too fond of to describe what he had with
Courtney.

He never expected the reaction
he got from his wife– none.

She had just
stared at him blankly for a few seconds before getting back to her
project.

She never brought it up.

She never acted any differently with
him.

It was as if he had never spoken
the words.

For a couple weeks he made a
show of it in an attempt to finally get a rise out of Jeanette, but to no
avail.

That was until a
month ago when Jeanette had a lull in her work travels and overall
workload.

That put her into a state
where she was constantly on edge and seemed to
loathe
Mark with every fiber of her being.

One night when he was heading out, she
finally snapped.

She ran to the door and
blocked it with her body. She had heat in her eyes and fury in every breath she
took.

“You’re not going anywhere,” she muttered
dangerously before walking toward him, taking slow steps and not breaking eye
contact for even a second.

Mark had
never seen her like that. His pulse picked up and he was thrown into a bit of a
panic.

He wasn’t sure how to react.

The noise of his keys falling onto the
hallway floor set her off.

She jumped
and charged at him, gripping his shoulders so tightly it hurt and eventually
even digging her nails in so deep, he could feel them even through the fabric
of his shirt.

“Jeanette!” he
cried out, but she wouldn’t let go.

Instead, she pushed him and he stumbled back with wide eyes and short breaths.

He had no idea what was going on.

Did she suddenly
care he had been seeing another woman?

Did she suddenly care that he had found everything she wouldn’t give
him?

Courtney was much more than just
about sex; even if that was the primary activity they participated in.

Courtney gave him the sense of intimacy he
craved.

She listened to him and cared
about his well-being.

She wanted to give
him what he wanted and needed.

There was
an inexplicable connection between them in a way he would have never
guessed.

In every way, shape, and form
she was the opposite of Jeanette.

“I didn’t want it
to be this way,” he finally managed to tell her.

Jeanette’s grip on his shoulders loosened and
her breathing became ragged.

She stared
at him.

She looked shocked and confused
all at once.

Pulling her hands away from
him she took a couple steps back and slowed her breathing until she looked, and
likely felt, steadier.

“Don’t go to her,”
she said quietly.

Mark had wanted to
believe Jeanette was stopping him from walking out the door that night because
she cared.

He wanted, more than
anything, to have hope for their marriage.

Unfortunately, he would soon find that wasn’t at all the case.

Jeanette wanted him to be miserable right
alongside her.

She was unhappy having to
be at the house so much.

She was unhappy
having to see his face and hear his voice but still didn’t want to let go for
some reason unknown to him.

So she
pulled him down and took away his happiness.

It wasn’t until a
month later when she was walking out the door for a business trip that she
coldly uttered, “Go back to her.

I
really don’t care.”

Throughout that
time Mark had tried talking to his wife and getting closer in the vain hope she
had thrown that fit to keep him around.

He thought she just needed a bit of softening,
perhaps be coaxed out of the hole she had dug herself into.

Sadly, that was too removed from the truth
and he knew this when he watched her walk out the door without a single clue
how long she would be gone or even what her destination was.

All he knew was
that it was a business trip, like always.

Chapter
Two

“I did miss you,”
Mark responded as he closed the door behind him, eyes still glued to Courtney’s
fingers toying with the tie of her silk bathrobe.

He cleared his throat and walked forward but
she held up her hand to stop him in his tracks.

He eyed her, wondering if she was wearing anything underneath that robe.

Gulp
.

“Let’s play a
little game to celebrate our reunion,” she said deviously.

Mark waited on bated breath.

He always loved her games even if they proved
to be a bit trying.

This was exactly
what he needed now.

He had waited so
long to see her again, suffered through a new round or disappointment, and then
even felt discarded.

She ordered him to
undress completely and neatly tuck his clothes onto his shelf in her
closet.

Mark had perfected how quickly
he could do this and in just a few minutes, he was standing back where he was
before, now fully nude.

Courtney smirked
and snapped her fingers, after which she pointed straight down to the
ground.

Knowing exactly
what that meant, Mark dropped to his knees and raised his hands over his
head.

She watched him.

He intertwined his fingers above his head and
clasped his hands together, looking straight ahead but not up at her.

That was Courtney’s preferred submissive pose
she liked him to take. He knew it well.

These were the types of games they rarely played but the kind he always
found fulfilled him the best.

They gave
him everything he was missing all at once and he quite liked Courtney using
them sparingly.

“Good boy, you
haven’t forgotten!”

She walked forward
and started petting his head.

“It’s a
commemorative night, wouldn’t you think?”

She hummed a bit in her mockingly thoughtful way before walking back to
where she was standing.

Mark didn’t
answer.

He had become somewhat of an
expert in detecting the difference of her tone when asking rhetorical questions
and those she actually wanted answered.

He was snapped out of his thoughts by her movement.

She had resumed coiling the tie of her silk
bathrobe in her fingers, completely mesmerizing him.

He gulped.

Then he saw her
untie the loose knot of the tie before very,
very
slowly pulling the tie out from one of the loops holding it in
place at her sides.

The bathrobe fell
open a bit, just enough to afford him the tiniest glimpse of her completely
nude body underneath.

Courtney wasn’t
wearing a single shred of fabric other than that silk bathrobe, just as he suspected.

The dark plum color of the robe contrasted
enticingly against her pale skin, keeping his eyes glued to her without a
single chance of him looking away; not even for a second.

His eyes roamed from her glimmering nails to
the tiny slit of skin visible from the opening of her robe, meaning he didn’t
see when she had finished removing the tie from it.

He didn’t notice until she was stretching it
with her two hands and rolling it between the two of them with a sly smile curling
up at the corners of her lips.

“You look like
you’re a little stir crazy,” she whispered in a falsely sympathetic tone.

It was overly concerned and it made Mark
rightfully suspicious.

“Let’s go for a
little walk,” she said as she stepped forward and unfurled the tie.

With every step she took, the bathrobe fell
open a bit more to reveal a greater amount of smooth, tempting, pale skin.

Mark could even
catch glimpses of her smooth mound as she walked.

He gulped.

She walked around to stand behind him and that was when he felt the soft
fabric of the silk tie run against his neck until she had tied it rather
snugly.

He had to fight hard to resist
the urge to drop his hands from the top of his head and tug at the fabric
around his neck.

Every time he swallowed
he could feel his Adam’s apple rub against it with the smallest amount of pain
that it irked him. If it was tied just a little tighter he’d have a hard time
breathing.

Of course, that was probably
what Courtney had intended.
