Read Weekend with the Dom Online
Authors: Ella Grey
“Hello?”
Georgina stalked past her and Nola felt incredibly
small next to the redhead in the high heels. “I think it’s time that you heard
a few hard truths about your beloved boyfriend.”
Chapter
Eight
Alex wished that he kept a spare
suit at the club. Instead he waddled into the dungeon with the plumber, David,
and helped him with the pipe. When he’d walked out, he’d drawn several curious
looks from his patrons but he was beyond caring. David had stayed down in the
dungeon to finish off the worst of it. Alex rolled up his sleeves and set off
to his office. Lilith was on the main floor, meeting and greeting guests. He
stalked into his office, tore off his tie and flung it onto his desk. His
trousers were wet up to the knees and he ran damp hands through his black hair,
trying to dry them and slicking his hair back in the process.
It was getting late. In an hour
it would be midnight and that left one more day to convince Nola to become his
sub. It wasn’t just about that anymore. Alex was seriously considering asking
Nola to move into his apartment. It wasn’t just because of their blossoming
Dom/sub relationship. It was much more than that now. The last few days had
made it obvious to him that he couldn’t imagine not waking up with her every
morning.
When had that happened? When had
he fallen in love with her?
“Is everything okay, Sir?”
Alex looked up to see Katherine
standing in the doorway. Tonight all the hostesses were wearing dark purple,
the fabric clung to every curve and the lights in his office seemed to bounce
off it, making it look like it reflected the light, instead of swallowing it
up. “Make a note that I need to start keeping clean clothes here in case of an
emergency.”
“Yes, Sir.” Katherine turned on
her heels and left the room as quietly as she entered it.
He’d had a plan for tonight. The
mini-flood had ruined it. He slipped his suit jacket back on and reached into
the inside pocket, pulling out the red covered book. He’d made it a point to
study all of the books on Nola’s shelves. It had touched him deeply that she’d
collected a majority of her parents’ books. Alex had never been particularly
close to his parents. Since they lived half a world away, bonding never had
been very easy. He also knew that Nola was missing four books her mother had
written. Three had gone out of print and the fourth, it hadn’t been easy to
track down but he’d managed it. He couldn’t wait to see the look on Nola’s face
when he gave her the parcel.

“I think you should leave.”
This was surreal. Nola stopped
herself from pinching her, wondering if it was possible that she’d fallen
asleep on the couch. Georgina walked around Alex’s apartment like she owned it.
She trailed her fingertips over counters and tables. She reminded Nola of how a
dog marked its territory. “How do you know Alex?”
Georgina laughed. “Isn’t it
obvious? I used to be his submissive. I was the one before you. I see he’s
downgraded, and when you leave I’ll be having my necklace back.”
Georgina’s words made Nola’s
stomach twist uncomfortably. Somehow the redhead made it sound like they were
toys, one discarded for another. “Why should I leave?” Her fingers itched to
remove the necklace from around her neck. He’d given her something to wear that
belonged to his ex first? The revelation didn’t sit well with her.
The other woman smiled. “You know
that you’ll never be good enough for him. You’re just a little girl playing
submissive.”
Nola swallowed the anger bubbling
up inside of her. This woman didn’t know her at all. She’d made assumptions
about her life, her relationship with Alex. “I think you should leave.”
“I’d like to see you try.”
Nola smiled.

When Alex opened the door to his
apartment, he certainly didn’t expect to find Georgina Moorcroft in his living
room. He also nearly had to rub his eyes in disbelief to find Georgina on the
floor, face first, with Nola sitting astride her back. He looked at Nola and
then down to Georgina, who looked furious.
His sexy teacher smiled at him.
“Sort out the problem at the club?”
“Yeah, sorry it took so long.” He
turned his attention to Georgina. “What are you doing here?”
Georgina opened her mouth to say
something but Nola’s fingers, which were woven through Georgina’s red hair
visibly, tightened, cutting off her words with a squeak. “Did I give you
permission to talk?” Georgina shook her head. “Then I suggest you keep your
mouth shut.”
“Nola?” It was such a turn on to
watch her put Georgina in her place. It made her submission to him that much
sweeter.
“Your ex-submissive came here
trying to break us up. She thought she could bully me away, but I don’t scare
easily. When she wouldn’t leave, I had to show her who the boss was. That would
be me. I’m going to get off of you now.” Nola tugged her hair again. “You’re
going to get to your feet, collect your shoes and leave. If you come back here,
I’ll make you wish you hadn’t. Are we clear? You can talk.”
Georgina nodded and Nola got off
her, letting her get to her feet. They couldn’t have been more different. It
was really no comparison. A lifetime ago the redhead had everything that he
wanted in a submissive, but it had changed the moment he met Nola. He smiled at
her. She accepted every part of him. It was only right to offer her the same.
“Georgina?”
He
heard her stop behind him but didn’t bother turning around to look at her. “I
don’t know what game you’re playing but obviously it hasn’t worked. You heard
what Nola said, don’t come back here and if the thought of visiting the club passes
through your mind, dismiss it. You’re banned from the Black Rose. If you push
it, I’ll make sure that you’re banned from all the BDSM clubs in the city. Have
I made myself clear?”
“Perfectly.”
Her tone
was bitter. She thought that scaring off Nola would have been easy but
obviously it hadn’t been. He waited until the door was closed behind him before
he turned his attention to Nola. She looked a little worn around the edges.
Georgina had fought dirty.
“How did you learn to fight that
way?”
Nola walked up to him. “Little girl
living in the big bad city. It made sense to learn how to look after myself.”
Alex worked his fingers up her
dress, casually undoing the buttons. “Clever girl.” He whispered the words as
he brought his lips down against hers. “Remind me never to cross you.”
Chapter
Nine
They’d stayed up and talked for
hours. It hadn’t been about the sex or the submission but sharing everything
about themselves. They’d laughed, cried and held each other. It had been
perfect. She’d fallen asleep against his chest, listening to the beat of his
heart. When she opened her eyes, the room was dark. Alex had made sure to close
the curtains, making his bedroom into a place just for the two of them. She
could barely hear the cars outside. Nola snuggled into the blankets. The sound
of cups being moved reached her from the kitchen and she smiled.
Her grin only got bigger as Alex
walked into the bedroom. He carried a tray filled with coffee and something
that smelt absolutely delicious. He was also completely naked.
“You should be careful, Alex. A
woman could get used to a man serving her breakfast in bed.”
He smiled at her as he put the
tray down and got back into bed with her. “Maybe I want you to get used to it.”
He leant across and kissed her. Only her stomach growling stopped her from
having morning sex. "What's wrong?"
Nola glanced down at her hands.
"It's just something Georgina said yesterday, that this necklace belonged
to her first. Is it true?" She held her breath, a little worried about
what he might say.
Alex swore under his breath and
sat down on the bed next to her. "No, Nola. This necklace has only had one
owner and that's you. I would never give you something that belonged to her
first. I promise."
"Thank you." She sat up
the rest of the way and picked up one of the cups. Her hand paused slightly in
its mission to retrieve coffee when she saw the parcel. She looked at Alex,
looking for permission even as her fingers ached to pick it up and see what it
was.
“You can look at it.” Alex said
as he kissed her bare shoulder. “It’s yours, after all.”
Nola grinned as she picked it up
and tore the paper off. It felt a lot like Christmas, well, if Santa was a
naked guy into BDSM. Nola felt her eyes go impossibly wide as she read the
cover. It was her mother’s collection of fairy tales. She traced her fingertips
over the red leather, paying attention to the gold lettering. “How did you find
this? I’ve looked everywhere for this book but the bookseller told me only a
hundred copies were made and it was no longer in print?” She looked at Alex
with amazement in her eyes. “This must have cost a fortune.”
“It wasn’t cheap, but I also know
what books mean to you. I also know that you have every book, barring a few,
your parents wrote. In a few months, you’re going to have the full collection.”
Nola threw herself at him, which
wasn’t easy since they were both in bed. There was a slight muffle of surprise
before Alex held her. “This is the most beautiful gift that anyone has ever
given me. Thank you.”
“I love you, Nola.”
She pulled away from him. That
was the first time he’d ever said it. She still couldn’t believe that out of
everyone in the entire world, he’d chosen her, a switch that could play both
sides.
“I love you too, Alex.”
There was a flash of happiness in
his dark eyes before he pulled her towards him, swallowing and thoroughly
claiming her mouth. She moaned as his hand travelled down the curve of her body
and cupped her arse. All thoughts of coffee and breakfast fled her mind as he
pressed his body tight against hers. He was so hard it made her mouth water. He
skilfully moved her legs apart and played with her sensitive nub. She heard a
groan of approval as he pushed a finger into her, feeling the wetness between
her legs.
She reached down, trying to circle
his cock with her fingers and started to work her hand up and down. Her
movements were thrown off slightly as Alex worked another finger into her wet
passage. Suddenly he grabbed both of her hands and pinned them above her head.
With his free hand he kept circling and teasing her clit.
“That’s not fair. I want to touch
you.” She moaned the words out as pleasure blossomed in the pit of her stomach.
“And I want to feel you come
around my fingers before I make you scream out my name. If you keep touching me
like that, I’m not going to last long.”
Nola smiled briefly before she
gasped. She wasn’t going to last much longer either. Alex captured her lips in
a crushing kiss and Nola felt him push one more finger into her before she
came. She didn’t know that it was possible to see stars, but Alex had blown
that theory out of the water.

“Are you sure about this,
Beautiful?”
The breath caught in her throat.
They’d spent the morning talking about this very moment. What she could expect
as Alex bound her with the ropes. Shibari, the art of Japanese Bondage, which
she’d
had time to read about in the book on Alex’s bookshelf
paled in comparison to the actual moment the ropes rested and dented into her
skin. Desire flared through her as he looped rope around and around her ankles.
“It isn’t about sex,” Alex had told her. “It’s about letting go and putting
your trust in me completely.” The words had sent shivers down her spine. This
was the next step. It was the ultimate step in submission.
“I’m positive about it, Sir.” The
words left her in a breathy whisper as ropes travelled under her breasts, then
between them. Nola was wearing her mask but she could imagine that they looked
red from the trapped blood. Fingertips brushed against her nipples. Every
sensation was heightened, every touch made her wet but she knew that he
wouldn’t have sex with her like this, not for the first time. He told her once they
had finally done it like this, it would be explosive. The blood would rush to her
head, and the orgasm would build until that would be the only thing she could
feel. That would be an experience for another day.
Her tongue flicked out, wetting
dry lips. Alex must have noticed that move because his hand was on her cheek. She
could picture the concern that would have flashed in his dark eyes. “Tell me
your safe word.”
“It’s blue, Sir.”
“Don’t be afraid to use it if you
feel scared. This isn’t for everyone. I wouldn’t have suggested it for this
weekend, but you brought it up.”
She smiled. “Well, you do have
the most interesting books on your shelf, Sir.”
