Assured none followed he put his free hand on the large brass handle and pulled against it. The massive wooden door opened and instantly everything became alive as the room captured the glow of the fire-bowl. The fire in the bowl gave life to the gold and crystal of the chamber
. Sparks of light burst into a blaze as light reflected and bounced refracting from brick to brick.

Every brick inside the chamber was pure gold, and purposely designed to be a transmitter of sound and energy. The practical furnishings inside the chamber created by the best metallurgist of Babylon not only pro
vided beauty, but also served as instruments of observation and conductivity, they would guide him to that parallel universe.

Hidden by the superficial light of the fire-bowl, Michael
leaned against the closed mammoth door and surreptitiously watched as Asshur pushed the hood of his priestly robes from his head and began to inspect the chamber and its furnishings. To the far left of the large room were various musical instruments, walking to these, Asshur stood for a few moments before he leaned in and raked two forefingers over the brass chime tubes causing them melodiously to sing. Pleased with the sound he took his fist and hit the brass gong. A pleased smile creased Asshur’s thin lips as he set various instruments into the making of their unique sounds. These unique frequencies once released, exponentially increased through the gold and crystal structural materials of the room. The pitch amplified by the gold and crystal, rose to decibels beyond the ability of the human ear to detect.

Asshur then turned and began to walk the circumference of the chamber, lighting each bronze brazier as he neared it
. Only after the final one had burst into flames did he hang the fire-bowl on the center pillar of the room. The pillar nearest the golden altar.

Th
e golden altar, the length of a human body, was waist high and at each corner stood a life size image of a man-beast. The guardians were fashioned from the purest of gold. Each faced one of the cardinal points of Earth. Circling the altar, Asshur examined each statue. First was the eagle-man whose eyes were large red rubies. Asshur had to stand on the toes of the statue in order to run his hands over its face. As he rubbed the rubies, he felt the power of wisdom pulsating within the gems. Next, he moved to the ox-man and its yellow chrysolite eyes. As he repeated the process of rubbing the eyes, Asshur felt the strength and physical stamina of the ox flow into him. It was the same with the next statue, the lion-man and the very rare black-red onyx eyes. As he stood before that image, Asshur knew without a doubt the authority to conquer belonged to him.

Finally, he
turned to look at the last statue. Standing before it, he took in every detail and nuance. Then pensively he moved to stand toe to toe with the statue that bore his own likeness. Smiling, he bowed to it and recalled the purpose of its design. Still smiling, Asshur rubbed the emerald eyes and then turned to stand shoulder to shoulder with the statue and whispered, “Yes, everything is properly aligned.”

As he watched Asshur make th
at last move, Michael abruptly stood at full attention. He saw the intent of Asshur’s heart written upon his face, and Michael knew the purpose of the place called the Tower of Babel.

And God said to the seventy angels who stood foremost before him, to those who were near to him, saying, “Come, let us descend, and confuse their tongues, that one man shall not understand the language of his neighbor,” and they did so unto them. And from that day following, they forgot each man his neighbor’s tongue… And, the Lord smote the three divisions that were there, and he punished them according to their works and designs; those who said, “We will ascend to heaven and serve our gods,” like apes and elephants; and those who said, “We will smite the heaven with arrows,” the Lord killed them, one man through the hand of his neighbor; and the third division of those who said, “We will ascend to heaven and fight against him,” the Lord scattered them throughout the earth. And those who were left amongst them, when they knew and understood the evil which was coming upon them, they forsook the building, and they became scattered upon the face of the whole earth. And they ceased building the city and the tower; therefore he called that place Babel, for there the Lord confounded the language of the whole earth; behold it was at the east of the land of Shinar. And so to the tower which the sons of men built, the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up one third part thereof, and a fire also descended from heaven, and burned another third, and the other third is left to this day, and it is of that part which was aloft, and its circumference is three day’s walk. And many of the sons of men died in that tower, a people without number. Book of Jasher 9:32-39

Now the whole world had one language and a common speech. As people moved eastward, they found a plain in Shinar and settled there. They said to each other, “Come, let’s make bricks, and bake them thoroughly.” They used brick instead of stone, and tar for mortar. Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.” But the LORD came down to see the city and the tower the people were building. The LORD said, “If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. Come, let us go down, and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.” So the LORD scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city. That is why it was called Babel, because there the LORD confused the language of the whole world. From there the LORD scattered them over the face of the whole earth. Genesis 11:1-9, NIV

N
o one anticipated the events of that night. All within Earth were unaware of El Elyon’s preplanned strategy. The lords of darkness, hidden in the dimensions beyond Earth, were uninformed, and most assuredly those who dwelt in the city’s shadows were oblivious to the Most High’s approaching appointment to rearrange their fate.

F
rom the moment the stratosphere opened, those of the invisible realm knew nothing could stop whatever the Most High was about to do. The demonic scurried to the netherworld like roaches afraid of the light. They sought cover where they could find it. Under rocks and in the crevices of open graves, they even went into the sewers hoping against hope they could hide.

The night had begun normally, and the people who were awake didn’t immediately become cognizant anything was amiss
. As always the case, people are usually the last to become aware of atmospheric change. But it was undeniable when the breathable air became noticeably heavy and a deadly silence covered their city. By then it was too late and no amount of prayer could change the verdict. Like a gavel hitting the sounding block, judgment was pounding upon Babylon.

Time was approaching the
fourth watch of the night, the hour was seconds short of three a.m. and then it happened, lightning pierced through the upper atmosphere and the night became like day. Light traveled across the expanse of the sky from the east to west. Each strike of lightning following the previous by mere seconds.

No longer able to remain in his bed,
Nimrod driven to his balcony paced as the apprehension in his chest mounted. Instinct told him his kingdom was in peril. The feeling of imminent disaster intensified and foreboding became terror as the lightning began to strike the taller buildings around the city.

Unable to control his fear he screamed for Enki
. His cries for help fell to the ground, the crushing peals of thunder hammered overhead and drove him past the point of sanity.

Summoning the temple priests and when they finally arrived he demanded, “What is happening? Why is judgment befalling the city, what is causing this?”

The priests had no answers.

Seething with anger, Melek Enmerkar picked up whatever his hands could grab and he began throwing
the objects at the useless priests. He felt the floor shake. At first, he thought it was his imagination, but when the oil lights in the room flickered and toppled, he realized the wind in the storm was blowing with such fury every structure in the city of Babylon was shaking. The lamps went dark and the room turned to pitch. The only source of light was from the boisterous strikes of lightning illuminating the blackened sky. Through the strobes light, he returned to his balcony.

Through the flash
es of the lightning, Nimrod became aware the tower no longer filled the eastern horizon. Shrouded within a strange ominous cloud the tower had vanished. Captivated by fear, terror paralyzed him. He could not take his eyes from the cloud. Finding the courage to step to the balustrade of the balcony, he wrapped his hands on the rail and leaned over, and as he did, a furious thunderbolt struck the ground near the tower and the sky burst with light. Blue and yellow sparks flying in all directions electrified the atmosphere for miles. The hairs on his arms crackled and panic sent shivers down his spine.

Rubbing both arms as he pulled them back
to his chest, he was unable to take his eyes from the direction of the tower. Spellbound Nimrod watched as the wind blew and the cloud surrounding the tower lifted and a gigantic hand descended from the heavens and pushed the mighty edifice over on its side as if it were a mere toy. As the tower fell, the earth shook, blown backward by the aftershock and sound wave, the force of the tower falling picked him up and threw him against the far wall of his bedchamber.

While the Melek of Babylonia picked himself up off the floor, the King of Darkness watched as the Tower of Babel fell brick upon brick
. Tons of rubble toppled and strewn for miles. The Adversary cursed and spewed unrepeatable profanities that no one heard. The roar of that accompanied the falling tower deafened all who were in the city that night.

When the last brick ceased moving, a new wind began to blow
, the spirit of confusion. It blew across the city of Babylon and around the world, the DNA of humanity forever changed as the wind blew upon every man, woman, boy and girl around the world.

Grasping the reasons behind the dynamic force within the confusion of languages, the King of Darkness walked about the remains of the Tower of Babel deliberating his next step to the winning of the Seed War
. He looked heavenward and shook a fist as he swore the fall of the tower would not stop him. “Someday,” he shouted, “I will have a Melek who will be my seed, and through him I shall rule the Earth.”

Now the men had said to her, “This oath you made us swear will not be binding on us unless, when we enter the land, you have tied this scarlet cord in the window through which you let us down.” Joshua 2:17-18, NIV

And she said, According to your words, so it is.” Then she sent them away and they departed; and she bound the scarlet cord in the window. They left and went to the mountain and stayed there three days, until the pursuers returned, who had searched all along the way without finding them. So the two men descended from the mountain, passed over [the Jordan], and came to Joshua son of Nun, and told him all that had befallen them. They said to Joshua, Truly, the Lord has given all the land into our hands; for all the inhabitants of the country are faint because of us. Joshua 2:21-24, AMP

So the people shouted, and the trumpets were blown. When the people heard the sound of the trumpet, they raised a great shout, and [Jericho’s] wall fell down in its place, so that the [Israelites] went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city. Joshua 6:20, AMP

T
he moment they stepped through the door Emeleigh and Elijah changed not just locations, but dimensions. At first, neither comprehended where they were. Looking at their surroundings and then at each other, they shook their heads and shrugged their shoulders, “What do you think?” Elijah asked.

“The only way to know is to evaluate what we see, I guess,” Emeleigh answered
. “I mean, there’s nothing here but one gigantic pile…” Stooping, she selected a fragment and began picking at it. “These are bricks…they are coated with black stuff, so obviously we are in a debris field of some great proportion.” Looking about again she stretched out a hand and waved it, “I mean just look. There must be acres of this stuff.”

“Well, I would say looking at the landscape, we are not in Texas.” Laughing at his
sarcasm, Elijah began to kick the bricks. “If I were to guess just by the looks of the terrain and the amount of debris, there was an earthquake. There’s a walled city…we are…”

“Shh…” Emeleigh
batted the air. “Someone is here. I hear voices.”

Puzzled, Elijah jerked his head
rapidly back and forth, and then turning to look behind him, he saw who the belonged to the voices. Quickly grabbing her arm, he pulled her down to squat behind a pile of bricks. Even though the pile was not adequate to offer full cover, it was the best he could do under the circumstances.

Uncertain if what he saw
was a mirage or real, Elijah whispered, “There are two men coming toward us, but I don’t think they saw us, do you see them?”

She nodded.

“Let’s just be really still and watch, okay?”

Again, she nodded
. Together they watched as the three individuals approached and then walked past them as though they were not there.

“Did you see that,” Elijah asked
barely whispering, “they don’t see us. I couldn’t hear what they were saying could you?”

“Yeah, I hear them,” Emeleigh nodded and whispered, “Elijah, do you not realize
there are three of them and two aren’t human?”

“What!” He exclaimed, “I saw only two men, one has a beard and the other does not.”

“Okay ask Holy Spirit to increase your abilities,” looking up at him Emeleigh knew in her heart Elijah needed to witness what she was, “and when you see three, then let’s follow, but not real close, okay?”

Elijah closed his eyes for several seconds and then opening
them, he smiled and nodded. “Come, let’s go catch up.”

Hand in hand, Elijah steadied Emeleigh as she gingerly stepped over the debris to where they could follow the three men. As they neared and then fell into step behind the three, Elijah saw why Emeleigh had said that two were not human. All three were extremely tall, but one more than twenty feet tall looked more
beast, than man. The other non-human was a six-winged angel.

Elijah squeezed her hand and whispered
, “The one with the wings, we just saw him earlier. Satan called him Ba’el.”

“Mmm,” she nodded slowly and returned the whisper, “you are right
. Now that I look at him, he has the same face just a different body, wonder how they do that?”

Elijah answered by arching a brow and shaking his head, “Shape-shift? Anyway maybe we’ll figure out who the third guy is as we listen, but that giant is definitely some sort of
Nephilim or fallen angel monster.”

“He is a spirit, Elijah…” She shook her head, “Not sure if he is a fallen angel, in a degenerate form, or a demon, but he definitely has a strong demonic presence.”

“Yeah, guess you’re right,” Elijah nodded and put a finger to his lips.

As
they moved a bit closer they could hear the one who looked the most human, the one with a beard, voice a protest, “I understand you have no choice, but none of this was my doing, the tower didn’t fall because I made it to fall. El Elyon must have done this.”

“Of course El Elyon’s d
id this,” Ba’el replied, “and of course, this is a judgment. The judgment came because of two things, the seeking to make the tower a star gate, and the making of you into the Melek of Earth. So whether you believe you angered El Elyon or not, you did.”

“Well
, now we have several problems don’t we,” the bearded man responded, “I was following your orders and Enki’s directions on the building of the tower. And as for being Melek you said I was appointed by the gods to be Melek, what went wrong, is El Elyon stronger than you?”

“Suppose we just say that El Elyon, is as his name implies, the most high of the gods
.” Ba’el bowed his head ever so slightly as he spoke. Breaking his pace, the winged angel pushed his chin into the air and looked upward, “I think you might have a difficult time convincing El Elyon you did not want to assume the title of Melek. While you might want to blame me and or Enki, neither of us actually forced the garments of Adam upon you. Shall I go on and say that Ham stole the garments and you knew that they belonged to Noah…and you knew Noah is the rightful appointed Melek…El Elyon made that appointment. Really, the title, King of kings was your idea. You thought of that one up all by yourself. I could go on and on, but when we get down to the last bit of evidence, as I recall you didn’t need a lot of encouragement to do anything we asked, including allowing Enki to change your molecular structure.”

The giant
beast, silent up to that point, placed a webbed hand on the shoulder of the bearded man, and as he spoke, his voice vibrated as if he spoke from a deep well. “What Ba’el says is true, but you can still become an important part of our plan to capture the world, but you must play the game and follow the rules. You know both Ba’el and I have someone we must answer to; we too have a Melek.

You have had everything handed to you. But you will never achieve immortality, because you are only two-thirds a god. Your number is six-six-six and that is not strong enough to achieve immortality.”

Emeleigh unable
to hold back repeated the words, “Six-six-six, who is that guy?”

“Eme, hold up.” Elijah put out a hand to keep her from moving closer
. “I think I know where we are and what is going on. Step back here.” He pointed to a large pile of debris. As they moved behind the rubble, Elijah whispered, “The man with the beard is Nimrod…”

“Oh my, you are absolutely right…then this is the downed Tower of Babel
.” Grabbing his forearm, she pulled him down to her level. “But what’s the deal about the number six-six-six?”

“Eme, he was the first anti-Christ…
uh oh and he became Nephilim.” Surprised with his sudden understanding he put both hands on her shoulders and turned her to look at Nimrod, “He was two thirds god, what is two divided by three?”

“Point six-six-six…” Her eyes widened, “Elijah! That scripture in Revelation says the count of the number of the beast is the number of man…six-six-six…if I’m following this then the final anti-Christ will be a man who becomes Nephilim!”

“Perhaps, but don’t jump to a conclusion. The anti-Christ might be Nimrod resurrected. Until we pray about this, and talk it over with the family, I don’t think we should speculate, but I do think we have a better understanding of DNA manipulation.” Elijah turned her back to look at him, “Sis, there are several things we just learned, but hearing that he called himself the King of kings, makes me understand the reason for the lineage of Yeshua needing to trace back to Adam as well as David.”

Emeleigh stared for a moment at her brother, and then slowly she nodded her agreement
. “Yes, and I think we have found the scarlet cord.”
