hunch, that intuitive flash which arises from within. Intuition, one of the most subtle

energies within us, is direct perception. What can be more practical and accurate?

The important thing to realize is that intuition goes beyond the rationalizing, ana-

lyzing, intellectual mind that is very often held hostage by the five senses and

perceptual limitations. Logic is how the mind interprets reality; intuition is how the

inner spirit experiences reality. Intuition takes you beyond mind into the clarity of crys-

tal clear knowingness. The wisdom of the physical body is instinct, and the wisdom of

soul-consciousness is intuition.

Through her direct experience, how wisely Inna encourages us by saying, “The

truth is that intuition is natural and available to all who are willing to invest the appro-

priate time and energy to hone it.” Intuition is one of the most down to earth and vital

T he Secret of Life Wellness
is about healing, transforming, and loving your life! My

intention is to inspire you to be a visionary and to apply principles and practices of

wellness and evolution to yourself and your life.

A great deal of the information, experiences, and processes contained in this book are

based on a new modality that I have created called Visionary Intuitive Healing®, which

came about after my own life-altering healing experience. After healing severe back pain,

digestive problems, psoriasis, and anxiety, I discovered my ability to not only tune in to

my own physical body, but to also have access to my soul’s wisdom. With practice, I

developed a capacity to accurately “see,” sense, and receive insights, into another person’s

physical, emotional, and energetic state. I could perceive why people had particular

illnesses based on the way they lived their lives and processed information.

My ability to perceive the subtle realms has also enabled me to compile highly effec-

tive yet simple processes that can help people heal physical problems, release limiting

emotions, work with colors and energy, and access and reprogram their subconscious

mind. My interest has always been to help people develop their intuition and practically

apply it to their lives, as well as assist them with their self-healing, transformation, and

evolution—to be a visionary.

My Inspiration for the Book

The Secret of Life Wellness
is based on many years of teaching Visionary Intuitive Heal-

ing® workshops, seeing clients, working with doctors and other health practitioners,

research, personal experience, travel, and receiving higher guidance. I felt inspired to

write this book after being asked many recurring questions during my seminars, in

healing sessions, via email, and from social and traditional media.

Over the years, I found that it did not matter in which part of the world I was

teaching, the questions about life’s deepest issues that people wanted answers to were

almost identical. The majority were interested in how their thoughts and emotions

affected their health and if they had the power to heal themselves. Releasing stress and

worry was a hot subject, as well as following your purpose and becoming successful.

People wanted to know how to apply my teachings to the various areas of their life.

I have received thousands of questions and have I have compiled them into various

categories. As many of the questions were similar, I cut them down to the twenty-one

most asked about topics and then wrote a composite question to cover the essential

information people wanted to know. Each chapter includes my insights, real-life exam-

ples, practical advice, and transformational processes.

Just as my previous book,
The Secret Language of Your Body
, has been an important

guide for many to improve their health, my intention for
The Secret of Life Wellness
is for

it to be a practical resource for transforming important areas of people’s lives. This

includes pertinent topics such as loving yourself, improving your relationships, losing

weight, strengthening your intuition, raising confident children, creating financial

abundance, and many others. I always emphasize that the state of your body reflects

your experience of life, and your life wellness mirrors your physical wellness. When

there is an improvement in one, the other is inevitably and greatly enhanced.

T he Secret of Life Wellness
is not only a guidebook that gives accessible solutions for

some of life’s most prevalent questions, but it is also part of a growing world

movement, encouraging and teaching people to be visionaries, to tune in to their own

wisdom and transform their lives. It is an interactive experience containing powerful

processes and healing frequencies to lead people to a greater life experience. More of us

than ever before are ready for a epic shift of consciousness, both individually and as a

race. We are ready to find new ways of living, which work in practical, loving, peaceful,

united, and healthy ways. We are ready to have more soulful, spiritual, conscious solu-

tions to both personal and global challenges. We need a new way!

My aim throughout this book, just as in my other books, audio programs, card

decks, videos, and workshops, is to gently and persistently encourage you to trust your

intuitive guidance and lead you toward an inspired, courageous, and meaningful life.

Over the years, countless students have asked me where they could learn more

about the topics I have written about in the chapters that lie ahead. While at times I

could direct them to important works I had read, they often complained that the books

were difficult to find, didn’t exist in their particular language, or that they simply did

not have time to read the quantity of the books I suggested. Many of my discoveries

also did not exist in other people’s books and came from my ability to see into people’s

bodies and energy fields, as well as through my own experiences, visions, and inner

guidance.

Thus, I am thrilled to offer such a delicious diversity of subjects to you, all in one

book. These include topics as sensitive and varied as attracting a loving partner, prepar-

ing for pregnancy, raising more confident and happier children, and many others.

While some subjects may only touch you during certain periods of your life, they are all

important, so I urge you to read each chapter, as it may contain significant knowledge

and processes for your healing and evolution.

The information in this book is part of a movement that is encouraging us to be

softer with ourselves, to listen to our bodies intuitive messages, to live a more peaceful,

soulful, healthier life, and to relax, connect to and look after nature.

How to Use This Book

In this book, I discuss the various ways you can connect to your intuition, open your

heart, listen to your soul, and create a life of wellness. Although you don’t necessarily

have to read this book in the order it is written, you may find this helpful, as there are

many important threads that link each subject. Even if you think you understand a

topic deeply, I encourage you to read it, as you may either be reminded of what you

already know or discover another piece of life’s puzzle.

The first section of this book is focused on developing your intuition and

reclaiming your inner power. Here, you are encouraged to hone your intuitive skills, get

to know various aspects of your shadow, work with your energy centers, release chal-

lenging emotions and stresses from your life, and become self-empowered.

The second section urges you to master your soul’s journey. You will learn to

connect to your soul, access Divine Energy, open yourself to unconditional love, under-

stand more about soul mates, work on past lives, and discover your soul purpose.

The third section is all about attracting, healing, and transforming your relationships

with romantic partners, children, money, and your environment. I believe that through

understanding your life, loving yourself, and embracing your soul’s journey, you can live

in the present moment and have a greater ability to practically handle challenges.

The last section looks at various ways of letting go of excess weight, healing heart-

break, and moving forward after loss. Here, I also encourage you to make new,

empowering decisions and contemplate the possibility that death is not the end of your

soul’s journey.

I share many of my own experiences and stories from my clients, students, friends,

and family, as I believe a story can inspire and demonstrate real-life situations in a way

that theory alone cannot. Furthermore, a story can emphasize important points and

stretch your mind to envision what is possible.

I would suggest that once you have read the entire book, feel free to primarily work

with the sections which you decide to give more attention to.

Working with the Processes

Just as in my previous book,
The Secret Language of Your Body
, I have created processes

that utilize all your senses and many aspects of your being. Feel free to combine several

processes in this book with the processes from
The Secret Language of Your Body

Secret Language of Color Cards
, or any of my audio programs, as well as any other reme-

dies or modalities you already utilize. I have combined a mixture of Divine connection,

intention, visualization, color healing, meditation, breathing, touch, pressure-point

therapy, yoga of the hands, movement, vibrational healing, sound, intention, and emo-

tional release in the processes.

I tried to make all the processes in this book easily accessible, so that you only need

to spend a short time on them. As you work with the exercises, you will start to experi-

ence deep changes in yourself as well as your life experience.

I also encourage you to keep a journal as you read the book, writing down any sec-

tions that jump out at you as needing work. It is also valuable to keep a record of your
