Beside her was a
very
handsome man that had been the object of both mutant and human girl’s fantasies (even on Earth) and the hero of mutant boys for generations. Although outwardly he appeared to be no more than a youth in his early twenties himself, he was centuries old. He was tall and was muscularly built. His white hair was long and pulled back and he had green feline eyes…eyes that many of the Bellasarian kings and queens shared, and not by accident. His complexion was chocolate. Several of the Earth and Bellasarian women were already slack jawed.

Everyone stood. These were obviously elders of great age. Some of the few who realized who they were dropped to their knees and pressed their faces to the floor immediately, much to the surprise and curiosity of some of the other V.I.Ps.

“Welcome, honored ancestors,” said Empress Beral III, “this is truly a great and unprecedented honor.” It was now dawning on many of the gathered mutants who these people were. Other Bellasarians began to fall to their knees. Others just stood there gaping, unable to speak or move. “President Kaminski, First Lady Kaminski, allow me to introduce you to my revered ancestors, Bellasaris the Great, Queen of Bain, Queen of Illyria, mother of the Bellasarian Empire and liberator of the mutant race.” The white haired woman inclined her head to the Akkadian President and his wife. The Empress then turned to the large male beside her. “Her mate, Lord Cato of Bain, The Great Cat, The Great Ancestor, Destroyer of Enemies, Death Made Flesh, and the father of mighty houses.” The tall black man also inclined his head to his hosts.

“It can’t be,” whispered someone among the Akkadians.

“The Cat!” breathed one of the Illyrian lords. “It…It’s really him!” Women from the empire began crying. An Akonian princess fainted. Immediately every Bellasarian still standing dropped to his or her knees. Most of the Bellasarians never believed that they would ever see these people in this world. Most had believed that they had been dead for at least a thousand years. The few who suspected that these people might still be alive had imagined very ancient frail people barely able to walk. Some, after the appearance of Lady Gorgo last night, knew this was not the case, but few actually recognized the giant beauty, and her kin had remained silent about her identity.

Poor President Kaminski, his wife and the other Akkadians could only stand there in shocked disbelief. They had been told people of great import would be here today, but they never dreamed…

Finally, the Akkadian President spoke.

“Queen Bellasaris, High Lord Cato, this is a GREAT honor! Welcome to my country! Please, take your seat here as my honored and revered guest.”

Bellasaris smiled and thanked President Kaminski, but insisted on introducing her companions first, starting with the lady Gorgo whom many had seen before at the dinner last night. The First Lady, remembering her conversation with the American President the previous evening, now felt ill.

When the introductions were done, a number of the Bellasarian leaders stood and respectfully gave up their seats to the newcomers and then stood quietly behind them. No shame would be had by doing this, seeing how most of these elders were the own ancestors ranging from great grandparents to ancient founders of a great house going back to the mutant revolt two thousand years ago, by Bellasarian time.

“Well,” said Bellasaris looking at President Chambers and the other Earth representatives, “humans from the homeworld are once again on my planet. The last time you were here we were invaded even as our leaders spoke of trade and friendship.”

“That was the actions of one rogue general,” said President Chambers, “and he had mutant collaborators, both Earthling and Bellasarian.”

“Indeed,” laughed Bellasaris. “Actually, there are many here who owe everything they have now to that alliance, no? After all, your people are directly descended from those mutant collaborators, isn’t that right, President Kaminski?”

“Yes, this is true, Venerable One,” replied Kaminski. “However, we feel no shame in this. We but used the humans to our own end the same way we knew they were using us. They had every intention of betraying and murdering us once they didn’t need us any longer.”

Bellasaris chuckled and said, “Truly. But they all died instead and here we are.”

“Queen Bellasaris,” said President Chambers, “I thought I had recognized you, your husband and the Lady Gorgo back in Illyria at the
informal
party. I wasn’t sure though until last night when the Lady Gorgo openly joined us for dinner. If I might be so bold, why are you coming out into the open now? I mean, even your own people thought you were dead long ago, most of them at least.”

“Most of them will continue to believe we are dead,” said Cato. “Only a small percentage of people outside of the family have seen us. The commoners and humans will be taken seriously much the same way that one of your people who claims to have seen…er…What was that man’s name again, Elvis? They will not be believed. Besides…if the worst should happen we will all come out of the hidden realm anyway. This is no small matter the empress has begun.” Then Cato looked at King Roc. “We can no longer ignore certain policies and incorrect behavior. In this great city these old bones will be buried for good and unity achieved. Do I make myself clear?”

It had been no secret that King Roc was opposed to his son’s marriage to Queen Bal. The empress sympathized of course. After all, her daughter was going to have to settle for second place now. Yet she too had made her feeling clear on the matter and King Roc basically gave grudging consent with every intention of somehow sabotaging the bonding. Even Bellasaris couldn’t get the king to make a genuine effort to end the feud and bless the marriage.

But now, with but a single look from his ancestor, Roc bowed the knee and swore to accept Queen Bal as his daughter. Bellasaris took this with mixed feelings.

From the days when they first became free of the humans, the males served Cato without question. He gave an order and they jumped no questions asked. She was another story. Her word was law, but she was never revered by the men the way they revered Cato. Oh they loved her, but Cato…Well, they practically worshipped him. Every boy wanted to be like him. Every girl dreamed of mating with him…even lesbians! Cato wasn’t just a man; he was “THE” man!

Bellasaris sighed. The smartest things she ever did was sparing Cato’s life after their duel for supremacy over the mutants, allowing him to continue to lead the males and lastly, making him her mate. Actually, making him her mate was not an option. She had bonded with him and that was the driving force behind all of her other conscious and unconscious actions.

“My dear kings, queens and other heads of state,” said Bellasaris, “as my lord Cato has said, this is no trivial matter. Personally, I see little advantage to any interaction between our peoples, but I do not rule here, I merely give council and observe. Well,” said Bellasaris looking at the empress, “shall we begin?”

CHAPTER SIXTEEN
ELDER MANUEL’S STORY, ABOUT EARTH WOMEN

I
t was later in the evening and Cato sat in a place of honor in the Akkadian President’s private chambers with several other male leaders. This was a guy’s only gathering (aside from the servant girls) and drinks were flowing freely as the elders told stories.

Barry Chambers, the First Man, watched and listened in envy and awe as men in their hundreds or even older spoke on events ranging from the great slave revolt on Bain to their adventures on Bellasaria. It was truly amazing. And seeing Cato Curtis here in the flesh? For the mutants this was the same as if Gorge Washington suddenly appeared very much alive at the White House in America today.

“Honored ancestor,” said a southern chief, “I never believed that I would ever see you in this life. Why have you been keeping out of sight?”

Cato grinned, casually sipped his beer and said, “I’m retired boy. I wanted to kick back and enjoy my old age and my women.”

The men chuckled and nudged one another. Every man in the room, both human and mutant, was shamelessly jealous of Cato.

“If it’s not too forward to say so, Lord Cato,” said the Akkadian President, “but if I was married to
those
two women, I’d settle down somewhere and enjoy my retirement too.”

“Indeed,” another man laughed.

“It was also a good way to stay out of trouble,” laughed Cato. “Hidden away in a secret retreat surrounded by my own kin and wives, there wasn’t any cause for my women to be concerned about new rivals and new children…at least by other women.”

“My, it’s good to be you, isn’t it?” said a white haired elder.

“It hasn’t been all roses, boy,” said Cato. The Earthmen and Akkadians looked curiously at Cato and the other man. The elder looked to be at least twenty years older than Cato, but it was now obvious that this was not the case. Cato grinned and said, “Manuel, why don’t you tell your story to our guest. They’ll find it amusing.”

The elder grinned. He cleared his throat and began to relate his tale.

“I was born on Earth,” he said. “I was a farm kid on Paolo when it was attacked by Bellasaris in revenge for President Garcia’s involvement with General Bishop’s invasion of Bellasaria and Reverend Green’s failed coup on Bain…
and
for trying to steal our teleportation technology. Well, a lot of us mutants had been hiding and passing ourselves off as human for reasons you well know. But when the fighting started we did our best to defend our nation and that’s how I was caught.” Manuel chuckled and shook his head. “The humans were being slaughtered in droves, but the male mutants were a valuable commodity. Those Bellasarian women were snatching up any young mutant man they could get their hands on! I was pretty strong back then, but this big blond girl with the biggest, roundest tits I’d ever seen dropped me on my ass faster than I could blink!” The elder threw back his head and laughed. “That’s how I was beaten in the first place now that I remember. She was topless and those things were just out there bouncing around. Beautiful naked women are no big deal on Bellasaria, but to a kid from Earth? I was staring so hard at those babies that I didn’t see her fist coming until it was too late. I swear! I saw pink
nipples
floating around my head instead of stars!” The men in the room all howled with laughter at this. “Well, by the time my head cleared she had slapped an inhibitor collar with her name on it around my neck and I was as weak as a human. She threw me over her shoulder like a sack of potatoes and carried me off.”

“Let me guess,” laughed the Akkadian President, “she’s your wife now.”

“No,” said Manuel.

“She’s passed away?” said President Kaminski, knowing that the invasion of Paolo happened two thousand years ago by their time.

“No,” laughed Manuel, “she became my sister-in-law.”

“But I thought…” began Barry Chambers.

“So did I,” said Manuel, “but nope! No, she caught my ass for another reason. I was thrown in a compound with other captured mutants that the Bellasarian women had absolutely
no
intention of giving back, generally men and children, and then she went on about her business. Yes, mutant women were taken too, but they were kept separate for the most part and would be given the option of coming to Bellasaria or staying on Earth…at least that was the original plan. The mutant Bellasarian men already had too many women back home to handle as it was and the women didn’t want any more competition.”

“I know a lot of human women were taken to Bellasaria in that war,” said Barry Chambers. “None of them were returned when the war was over either. Actually, no one taken to the mutant world was, mutant or human. We had expected that at least the humans would be freed.”

“The Bellasarian women made certain that any male
mutant
warrior who thoughtlessly collared a pretty human girl didn’t get to keep her,” said Manuel. “However, human Bellasarians warriors could take any such spoils home without reproach providing they were not brutalized. Human Bellasarian female warriors took human boys as well,” laughed Manuel, “but not nearly as many. Also, Bellasaris decided to make an example of Paolo so the human world would see what comes of crossing her. That’s why none of the human prisoners taken to Bellasaria were returned, but again, most of them were women. Most of the male humans were held on Earth and left on Earth safe and sound when the Bellasarians withdrew and returned home. As for us mutant Earthmen taken captive, unless you were old and decrepit, there wasn’t a snowball’s chance in hell of those women setting you free on Earth.”

“What was it like?” asked King Roc, thinking about what the Mavie and Barratians did to captives of the opposite sex.

“We were treated very decently by the Bellasarians despite our fighting against them. And my collar had my captor’s name on it, so I was officially off limits to any other female warriors. Not long after the capital city was sacked, General Brent began pulling his warriors out of Paolo with all their spoils, including the captured President Garcia and his family. Garcia was taken to Bain first I think to be paraded before the people there, and
then
to Bellasaria. But the captives of my compound, and similar ones, were put on transports and teleported to Bellasaria directly. That’s when the big blond girl and a pack of her kin came to claim me. They dumped my butt in an air-car along with a shitload of plunder from Paolo. Then, along with a number of other Bellasarians and their prisoners, they headed straight for her village. That’s where I found out that she hadn’t taken me for herself, but as a gift for someone else.”

2000 Years Earlier, Zani
Province, Bellasaria, South of Gath

Chieftess Zanae, head of the Zani Clan, was a tall dark complexioned black woman with curves that seemed to go on forever, and like almost every other Bellasarian mutant woman he’d seen so far, was stunningly beautiful. Manuel had thought the big blond girl was hot, but Zanae knocked her ass to second place quick, fast and in a hurry! The blond girl bowed humbly and motioned to Manuel who was then brought forward.

“My chieftess, I…I have brought you many gifts from the homeworld including this mutant boy. I have tested him in battle myself. He is more than adequate for your needs.”

Zanae’s face didn’t change expression in the slightest as she looked at the gawking youth. Manuel was a medium complexioned black youth from the western coastal region of Paolo where the majority of Afro-Paoloians lived. He was powerfully made and large for his age. Face-wise he wasn’t bad to look at and much to his embarrassment, the big blond girl had made sure to check other areas of his anatomy to be sure that he was truly acceptable. If all was undone and it was discovered he only had a water pistol when a shotgun was expected it would be disastrous. Standing beside Zanae was a giant black Bellasarian warrior who reminded Manuel of his grandfather. The man’s skin was so dark it gave off a bluish sheen, but his features and hazel colored eyes were suggesting some other background in his genes besides the African. The big blond girl and her sisters however, looked 100% white, VERY white. She was milky skinned with blue eyes and full lips. She looked stereotypically like someone from Holland, Sweden or any other of those Central or Northern European places. She stood out as an exact opposite of her chieftess.

“Let me see him,” said Zanae coldly, and Manuel was stripped right on the spot. The big blond girl wasn’t worried. She had covered all her bases. Manuel though, was absolutely mortified, and for many reasons. He was fifteen and surrounded by half-naked or naked women that put the women in his favorite girly magazines back home to shame. It is needless to go into any further explanation of what the effect of
that
would be on a healthy heterosexual male teenager from Earth. There was a perceptible murmur of approval from many of the surrounding women and at least one of the big blond girl’s kin wondered aloud if they shouldn’t have kept him for themselves. Zanae looked him over carefully, nodded and looked at the black giant who grinned.

“Does he please you, chieftess?” said the blond girl.

“You say this boy is strong, Nancy?” said Zanae. “So how is it you were able to overcome him? If
you
are stronger than him he will not do.”

“I personally saw him flatten male warriors who were much stronger than I, lady,” said Nancy. “But when I challenged him he forgot to keep his eyes and mind on the business at hand and I used this to my advantage.” The giant black man burst out laughing at this and Zanae grinned, but elbowed the big man who composed himself. Nancy continued. “I dropped him and depowered him before he could gather his wits and…”

“I see, I see,” Zanae chuckled. “We know he likes girls already, eh, my love?” The big black man grinned and nodded. “Hmmm, an Earthborn mutant,” mused Zanae out loud.

“Does he please you, chieftess?” said the now nervous blond girl once again.

“He pleases
me
,” said the big black woman. “My daughters may be another story though. Then she looked at the big man who nodded. “But we are pleased with the boy,” she said.

Poor Manuel could only speak Spanish at this time. He did know a few words of English, but it wouldn’t have helped even if he was more fluent. The usual Bellasarian accent would not have been a problem for a native English speaker to understand, but these people were speaking a local dialect that would one day become the language spoken by 90% of the Bellasarian population, Americ. Manuel watched the whole exchange only able to guess at what his fate would be or what the Bellasarians were talking about. Originally he thought the white girl with the big tits liked
him
, but something was going on with the big black woman now. Did she bring him for her? He hoped so. Thinking like an Earthman it made sense to Manuel now. She was white and he was black. Silly of him to think the white girl wanted him for herself. Obviously the black woman was the girl’s superior and she was giving him to her as a gift or for some favor. The huge black man beside her was probably her bodyguard. Yes, that had to be it. Manuel was correct in guessing that he was being given as a gift to the black woman, but wrong in everything else.

“Then can I have your son for my mate?” asked the big blond girl. The older black woman seemed to be thinking it over. The young white girl looked as though she was about to die.

“Go on and say yes,”
said the giant black man mentally.
“You know you like her!”

“Not so fast, honey!”
replied Zanae.
“The longer we hold out, the more gifts we’ll get.”
Her mate gave her a stern look and she sighed. Zanae looked at Nancy and said verbally, “I give you my blessing, Daughter.” The big white girl jumped to her feet and Manuel gulped as certain parts of her anatomy bounced. The two women then embraced and someone went to fetch Zanae’s son, moments later a very large youth about Manuel’s age and just as big and dark as the man standing with Zanae arrived and the big blond girl jumped into his arms. It was clear even to Manuel that these two had known each other (and in the biblical sense) already, thus proving Manuel’s theory of Nancy not being interested in him because of his color wrong. Zanae and her man then blessed the two and all the girl’s sisters too, one by one, and just like that, they left. The big youth surrounded by the blond girl’s sisters, with her locked onto his arm, leaving Manuel even more confused than ever. Manuel had no idea that under Bellasarian law, due to the shortage of men, marrying one sister meant marrying them all. He had also noticed that the big youth looked almost exactly like the black giant. It was now obvious that this man was not the chieftesses bodyguard, but her mate. Manuel was becoming increasingly apprehensive. If that was true, what did they want him for?

“I tell you I was scared shitless!” laughed Manuel. “Mother Zanae and Papa Milton took my ass inside their house and plopped me down in a large bathroom. Some human servant girls came in and I was washed thoroughly
everywhere
and dressed in a loincloth. I was then taken to another room in the house. One of the girls sternly indicated that I should stay put, but then grinned and the others giggled as they left. Me? I didn’t dare move! I was just a kid. And wearing the inhibitor collar I would never be able to fight my way out of there anyway. It really was scary. I didn’t know if they were preparing to sacrifice me, enslave me or what! Then they brought food and drink out for me and I relaxed a little. Papa Milton came in and tried to make me feel at ease, but I couldn’t understand a word he was saying. That old rascal! He and Mother Zanae were having a good time at my expense! I didn’t realize it until later, but he could have conversed easily with me by using telepathy. But instead he let me sweat, not knowing what was going to happen to me. Still, even then I was taking a liking to the guy. After a little bit, he left and came back with Mother Zanae and three of the hottest black girls I’d ever seen in my life! All shaped just like their mother! They looked me over and then talked amongst themselves. One of the servants who bathed me whispered something into one of the girl’s ear and she giggled. They talked some more and seemed to reach an agreement. Mother Zanae smiled, turned off my collar and Papa Milton gave me a wink. Then they left me alone with the girls. And well…After they left…” Elder Manuel chuckled and said, “Sorry, after all these years I still can’t talk about it without blushing!” The men began laughing at this.
