“Yes,” Confidence lined her voice. “Very much.”

“Then prove it.” He smiled.

His words hit her, and she lifted her chin. “Prove it?”

“Yes,” he said. “I've found the family I've always wanted. Not at Stamina. Not in the ring, but with you. So, if you love me, marry me.”

Her mouth dropped open, and her blue eyes grew wider than he'd ever seen them. “Marry you?” A pinkish hue filled her cheeks. “Yes. Oh my God, yes!”

A burst of heat filled him.

Lowering her mouth to his, she covered his lips with hers, and kissed him until his lips were swollen and ragged. And he knew right then and there that of all the decisions he'd had to make along the way, asking Chelsea to marry him was the very best one.
