How to clean breast

To the baby properly. (Extraction efficiency)

Use a breast massage and compression.

The baby breast on both sides, each meal. Waiting for the baby, the first long until satisfied. Then switch sides

Squeeze or pump out more after the baby is done, and that children are sucked out. If the baby is breast totally secure.

To squeeze or pump will help a lot. If the baby during the meal. (Try to empty the breast as much as possible).

If more milk will do.

Some mothers were more milk naturally. Some very stimulating to the excess. To reduce milk production without affecting the amount of suction to wean children. Can be achieved by limiting the feeding of children. To absorb only one of each meal. (Distance between meals 3-4 g. M. Or more), then switch to the next meal this way accumulate in breast milk is full before switching sides.

Changes in milk production in the different ages of Breastfeeding.

During the first few days after birth. Prior to the point where you start to feel that "milk," that the milk production of the hormone. No matter what happened, I have milk production (In small quantities) is not dependent on imports of milk from the body.

But after the first few days passed. Milk production will occur if and when the milk out of the breast evenly (by compression or vacuum pump) to stop breast milk production. Within a few days, if none of the milk out of the breast evenly (* as long as the mother milk mixture to free their children can eat it first).

During the first 2-3 weeks if Breastfeeding going well. Most mothers have more milk than the needs of children. Notice of breast symptoms. Bleed flow put one baby the other was gushing out with. Or milk gushed before the meal, milk, these are not normal thing to happen all the Breastfeeding. I'll be in the range of adjustment between milk productions of the mother's body. To meet the body's demand for milk in the first 2-3 weeks (for some mothers. This time may be longer).

For infants who are fed with breast milk alone. The demand for milk increased rapidly during the first 2-3 weeks after a relatively constant in the range of 1-6 months (but there may be an increased demand in the short run. The rapid growth Also known as the Growth Spurts).

Research that exists today I have found that the amount of milk the baby needs to be changed with age. Or the weight of the baby during the first 1-6 months, 6-12 months, in some cases (when the food growing little by little) amount of milk the baby needs may begin to deteriorate. But milk is also an important staple food for infants in the first year.

After 6 weeks - 3 months (or possibly longer for some) over the amount of pro hormones laptop pectin level, which is normal for a newborn to be gradually reduced to a normal level of production. Milk for breastfeeding in the latter. When a laptop is back to normal activity in this period. You will not feel like early breast engorgement. Milk that is less seepage or missing, do not feel that milk gushed. Do not feel the mechanism of lactation (Let down reflex), and the supply to the pump, it may be reduced. These changes is normal and does not mean. Your milk production down in any way.

Remember that in the first place. The amount of milk produced is much more than a desire to make the engorgement. And bleed flow when the body has adapted Milk production will fit the needs of their clients. Without excess not produce less well enough. As everyone concerned only the baby and a squeeze or pump out regularly. Without added milk your body will produce enough milk to meet the needs of children in each age group as long as you like.

Breast engorgement not feel soft like no milk. Dry or empty?

It is normal to feel that breast engorgement soft start will not fail like no milk. Over time 6-12 weeks postpartum.

After the first few weeks (6-12 weeks or longer. Depending on the individual) passed so many mothers are extremely anxious about their milk supply. When observed Breast pumps have been reduced. Breasts feel soft or liquid engorgement of these things are normal. Although some may feel some engorgement. If you leave the range of the baby. Or longer pump

Sense that breast engorgement Filled with milk during the first few weeks it is unusual throughout the duration of Breastfeeding. But that is what happened in the first mother's body has not adapted to recognize the demand for milk of children.

Over time typically between 6-12 weeks (maybe longer. For some people, a lot of milk), milk production will adjust to that. Breast screening will feel less like a soft liquid milk. No seepage does not feel the let-down, and if the pump, it will be less than the original amount.

This does not mean that the body produces less milk. But what is said Body to realize that milk does it take to fit your needs. Not necessarily produce too much longer.

The change may occur only gradually. Or may occur suddenly. Varies for each individual. There are so many mothers are not aware of the changes that this is normal. Because most likely to stop breastfeeding their earlier years. Never made aware of the change. (Or perhaps misunderstanding. That change is a sign that milk is drying. Cessation of breastfeeding Go to cow's milk instead).

Why this change.

Usually, after we started to feel. "Milk," that processes milk production is controlled by taking milk out of the body. (If there is a vacuum or pump out. I have to milk production. If no vacuum or pump out. It will stop production), but nevertheless. During the first few weeks this hormone acts on milk production in the first period. (Lactogenesis I & II) is still at a high level. Which is a major cause reflex has exceeded demand.

The hormones in the postpartum new. With this high is to help to produce more milk if needed. (Although there are two or three twins mother will be able to produce enough milk for every ball) after 2-3 months have passed. How pro-hormone levels of pectin, which is normally high during the first few weeks will gradually decrease to normal eventually. After their mother's milk production will be adjusted to fit the needs of their clients. (No excess anymore).

To take full breast-feeding before the baby or pump or not.

Most people tend to misunderstand that the baby must be smooth. Then had to wait for a new full profile. This is NOT accurate.

In fact, the body will produce milk all the time so all the breast is not always smooth, really. Research indicates that until the baby is not suckling the breast. Amount of milk the baby is there. Be more or less depending on your baby's hunger each time. Different in each meal usually about 75-80% of the volume of milk in the breast.

Efforts to make breast milk consumed. It's like trying to make a dry river. That is impossible. When milk is removed. It is a new production of milk instead.

Make less breast milk. (Vacuum or pump out often) how much breast milk, it's even faster, so when you've got to child feeding. Production of milk would be.

All of a soccer schedule. M. To the baby milk at each meal or pump it. (Because of misconceptions to wait for the full breast milk before) did not help produce more milk in the opposite way to do it. (Pause meals, milk. Or pumping time) it will make less and less milk production. Because of that accumulate in breast milk too. It makes milk production slows down.
