"Okay I'll meet up with you when I'm done." Krystal took off.

After spending thirty minutes in electronics I ended up spending just over three hundred dollars on a Blu-Ray player and a bunch of new blu-rays.  Krystal should have known it is always a bad idea to leave a man in electronic for too long.

Krystal finally appeared  just after I paid for my items with a cart completely filled.  Wow, that was some shopping trip. "You ready to go check out?"

"I sure am I already paid for my items back here but, since you have more than twenty I guess we have to go upfront."  We started to head to the register and to my surprise there were only two registers opened and about twenty people per line. "I can't believe they have about thirty registers but, only two open.  That is just unheard of."

"I know right. But, it is always this way. People come here for the low prices not the service. Trust me wait till you get up to the cashier she will be rude and wont smile even once."

I was completely doubt founded how this huge place can do that to their customers. "As you can tell I don't come here to often."

"Oh I understand if I could have helped it I wouldn't be here myself to be honest." I knew she meant that. I could tell she hated being here in line just as much as I do.

"Oh since we have some time to kill while waiting I had a question for you."

"Shoot."

"Okay, I was wondering whose name is that house in. Yours or Jerry's?" I could tell she didn't expect that.

"Well, the house was left to me. When my parents died." I sat there thinking about what she just told me.

"Well, that is good. That means you can get the court to kick him out of the house."

"You don't want me to live with you?" Krystal looked hurt.

"No Krystal it isn't that at all. I would love for you to live with me. But, you do in fact have an amazing house in a great area. I just thought you would like to try and keep it if you could."

"Your right. I'll see what I can do but, for now I still need to stay with you."  The line finally moved up so Krystal was putting her items on the belt to be rung up.

"But, of course Krystal you are always welcome to stay with me." She looked up and smiled at me with those captivating lavender eyes. God, I was in trouble with this girl.

God, Krystal was right this cashier sucked. She didn't even look up at us or anything she just rang up the items and tossed them in the bags not even looking to see if something should go in that bag or not.  Krystal swiped her card and the cashier said it was declined. "That can't be right I know I have money in my account." Krystal looked embarrassed.  "Let me try it again." She swiped it once more and it once more came up as declined.

"Here let me pay for you items." I took out my card and swiped it through the magnetic reader and it went through.

"Thank you Woody! I don't understand I know I have money in my bank." Somehow I didn't have a very good feeling about this.

"Is your bank account a joint account?" I was able to see on her face the moment she realized what her no good cheating husband did to her.

"I'm going to kill him!" She seethed.

"It's okay we will get it taken care of tomorrow." I pulled her in for a quick hug and a peck on the lips.

"Thanks again Woody. I owe you one. God, I'm so freaking embarrassed. How could he of done this to me." Damn she was pissed and I was thankful it wasn't directed at me.  But, somehow it doesn't surprise me that he would cut her off like that.  The man did seem pretty pissed when I told him that Krystal wasn't coming home to him.

Chapter 10 Krystal

God, I am just so freaking pissed off. I can't get over the fact that Jerry would take my money from me leaving me with nothing. How dare he! I don't know what I would of done if Woody wasn't here to help me.  Woody has been nothing but, sweet to me all day I have never seen Jerry treat me the way Woody has been and oh my God can that guy fuck! That was the best sex I have ever had.

I don't know what I was thinking though. Am I moving too fast? I don't know but, I do know that I have never felt for Jerry what I feel for Woody. You know women always say they feel butterflies in their stomach when they kiss a guy. I finally understand what they mean.  Oh my Woody's kisses are just heaven.

We finally made it back to the apartment and to be honest I was downright exhausted. "Did you want to watch a movie or go to bed?" Woody asked.

I yawned.  I couldn't help myself.

"I understand." Woody chuckled.

"Hey Woody?" I was a little nervous asking him this but, I really wanted him to be with me tonight.

"What is it babe?"

I swallowed. "Will you hold me until I fall asleep?"

I saw his face light up. "But, of course babe. Anything for you." That was the second time he said that tonight and somehow I knew he meant it. I was truly grateful.

I grabbed Woody's hand and lead him to my bedroom.  I got undress not worried about Woody seeing me undressed he has seen it all before.  I left on my t-shirt and that was it. Woody pulled back the sheets and blanket and I slide in.  Scooting far in to give him room to join me. I felt Woody kiss the top of my head and I laid in his arms till I feel asleep.

I awoke the next morning feeling fresh and rejuvenated.  Woody must of fallen asleep too because he was still here in my bed. I watched him sleep for a couple of minutes. It made me smile he was snoring a little bit and every time Woody exhaled he made little weep, weep, weep noises. Way to cute.

I looked up at the clock. "Shit!" I yelled. Woody snapped up.

"What? What is it?" he said looking around the room.

"It's almost nine o'clock. We slept in Heather is expecting us to pick her up."

"Oh okay let's get moving then." Woody slide out of bed and I followed.

Woody ran to the bathroom while I got dressed for the day.  I put on a cute lavender sun dress I bought last night at Wal-Mart. Along with silver flip flops. For a ten dollar dress it sure did look cute on and matched my eyes perfectly.  I quickly brushed my hair and left it down then ran to the bathroom just in time Woody was leaving it.

Woody looked up and looked me up and down. "You look amazing."

I blushed, "thank you Woody. But, I really have to pee."

"Oh I'm sorry." and Woody stepped aside letting me in to use the bathroom. My phone started to ring as I was brushing my teeth so I was unable to answer it. "Do you want me to get that?" Woody asked through the door.

I moved the toothbrush to the side of my mouth and said, "Mmmhmm" As load as I could so he would get the picture.

A second later I heard Woody answer the phone. "Hello Krystal's phone. How can I help you?" There was a long pause then Woody continued. "I'm sorry but, Krystal will not be doing that today." Then I heard the distinctive click of my phone closing.  I quickly rinsed my mouth out and opened the door.

"Who was on the phone?" It looked like Woody didn't really want to tell me. "Give me my phone Woody."

He reductively handed over my phone. "Jerry called he wanted you to go to the jail and bail him out."

I laughed so hard. "He thought I would bail him out?" I was laughing so hard I started to cry.

Woody looked at me in shock. "You're not mad that I said you wouldn't bail him out?"

I had to take a few deep breaths before I was able to talk. I shook my head and looked at Woody I placed my hand on his cheek and really looked into his beautiful eyes. "No, I'm thankful that you took that call and can't believe he was so stupid to call me in the first place." I reached up and gave Woody a small peck on the lips. "Thank you."

He grabbed my hand keeping me from moving away and wrapped me up in a big hug. God this man was so sweet. "Come on we have to go we are already late." I texted Heather in the car.

Me: Hey, I'm sorry but, Woody and I just got up we are on our way now.

Heather: You both just got up??

Me: Yep, I'll tell you all about it later.

Heather: I have a feeling this is going to be a good story. Can't wait ;)

"What's with that grin?"

"I didn't know I was grinning." This just made me grin more. I was so happy. I don't understand this I was so upset and hurt the other day and now...God I can't believe this man is turning me into a big pile of goo.

"Well, you were what's up? Heather say something funny to you?"

"Um no. Not really anyways. I'm just happy."

Woody looked over at me for a second and patted my leg. "I am glad that you are happy. I can only hope I had a little to do with that?"

"Actually you had a lot to do with that." The smile on Woody's face was worth it.

He gave my leg a squeeze and said, "I'm happy too Krystal. You are amazing." I couldn't help it, it was the sweetest thing and a single tear rolled down my cheek.

Heather was standing outside when we pulled up. I rolled down the window "Hop in."

"Hey guys. Thanks for picking me up. Connor's sleeping he had a long night but, made a killing."

"That's great." Woody said.

"Hey your eye is looking better I bet you could go into work tonight." Heather said.

"Yeah I am hoping to anyways." I didn't know how that made me feel. All these girls are going to be looking at my man. I can't believe I just said that. When did I start thinking of Woody as mine? I laughed to myself it was the moment when he was dancing for me to the bad boys song.  Even then, Woody was mine. I just didn't know it yet.

We pulled up to the court house yet again. "Do you get the feeling like we live here or something?"

Heather laughed. "Yeah kind of."

We walked into the courthouse and I completely forgot about the slimy cop. "Shit!" I continued to the metal detector hoping the guy didn't recognize me. That would have been too easy.

Heather looked up to see what the problem was. "Oh I forgot about him."

I whispered back to her "me too."

"Hey beautiful I see your back. I thought for sure you would call me last night." Ugh is this guy for real.

Woody put his arm around my shoulder. "Is there a problem officer?"

"Oh no problem at all. I didn't realize that she already had a man already. I'm sorry." I gave a little smile and looked up at my man.  Woody just nodded like he understood and we walked through the metal detector without a problem.

Officer McKay asked where we were heading today. Heather answered him thank God. "We need a restraining order."

"Ah okay go down the hall to the "T" then turn left and it is the second office on the left. Have a good day." Then the officer walked away.

"Thanks for the help Woody."

"Hey no problem.  Besides I didn't want him hitting on something that is mine."

"Now wait a minute." I turned to look at him. "Now when did I "Become" I gave air quotes yours?" Woody looked shocked. I smiled, "relax Woody I was just kidding." I grabbed his hand and gave it a light squeeze. "I think I am going to love being yours."

Woody lifted my hand up to his mouth and kissed my palm.

"Aww to cute." Heather whispered as she walked past me.

Finally everything was done Heather and I both had short term restraining orders for ninety days and we both go into court in six weeks to get a long term one that will last two years. The judge said that Jerry was still in jail at the moment and will be given his restraining order there.

"Thank God that is over." Heather said.

"I couldn't agree with you more.  Now I have to go to the bank and get my bank account fixed." that is going to be a long nightmare I am sure.

"Good luck with that. I'll see you later."

"Later Heather, call me if you need anything."

"Same here." Heather steeped out of the car and went into her house.

Woody grabbed my hand "are you okay babe?"

I turned to him watching this amazing sexy man and wondering how on Earth I ended up snagging up Woody.  "Yeah, I think I am."

After getting all the bank accounts fixed I was hungry and tired. "Can we please get something to eat? I'll even pay?"

Laughing of course we can get some food but, you know you don't have to pay. I'll take care of it.  I've never been taken care of before it has always been me doing the taken care of things.  Ever since my parents died I had to take care of the bills and Tara. Thinking of Tara I wonder what she is going to do now. I hope she knows that Jerry is no good and leaves his ass.

"What are you thinking about over there?"

"A few things to be honest one food, and two I'm worried about Tara. I mean I know I am still pissed at her for sleeping with my husband but, she is young and doesn't know what kind of man Jerry is.  I'm just afraid what he might do to her."

"Now I can help you with the food. But, I'm not sure about what to tell you about Tara. I know the police are going to have Jerry out of your house by tomorrow so you should be able to go home then if you feel safe doing so. Maybe Tara will understand and stay with you but, you will have to let her go if Jerry is what she truly wants."
