‘You don’t w
ant to hang out with me anymore?’

‘It’s not that, I’ve got an early start tomorrow.’

‘Don’t we all.’

Chapter Two

University was it usual busy self. She hardly saw Harvey the next couple weeks. She wondered whether he was avoiding her or whether he was just busy. They were all busy but they always made time for each other. She spent most days with Ava; it was unavoidable since they shared the same flat. For at least a week she hadn’t heard from Rhyland. He had mentioned that he was out of town. They never did get together earlier like he’d said, Celine was disappointed but it gave her time to concentrate on her studies instead.

On Friday night the usual group decided to go out for drinks and dancing. It was there that she met up with
Harvey.

‘Where have you been hiding?’ she asked over the loud crowd.

‘I’ve been busy.’

‘Are you sure that’s all it is?’

‘Yes I’m sure. Do you want a beer?’

‘Yeah sure, I’ll get the next round.’

‘What’s up with him?’ Ava nodded towards Harvey as he disappeared into the crowd to get a round of drinks.

‘I have no idea.’

‘I think I do.’ she smiled mischievously.

‘Not that again.’

‘It’s the truth Ce, when are you going to notice him.’

‘Please. If that was the case he should’ve been man enough to say something. And besides we’re just friends and that’s all we’ll ever be.’

‘I bet.’

‘What’s that supposed to mean?’

‘Nothing.’

‘Oh you can
talk; I never got the chance to ask you about this older guy you’re seeing.’

‘Well I actually like him and it isn’t for the money, unlike someone I know.’

‘Really, then why is it you’re carrying a Gucci bag, did you think I wouldn’t notice it.’

‘It was a gift from him.’

‘Whatever you say Ava.’

‘Well at least I like him but you, do you even like the guy. I mean with me
it’s easy to see why I would go for someone like that but you.’

‘Yeah, what’s wrong with me? Am I not suited for a man like
that?’

‘I don’t mean it like that.’

‘What do you mean it like?’

You’re like a nun. You never –’

‘Have sex? Really
! Just because I rarely went out with guys doesn’t mean I haven’t have sex.’

‘You have now.’ She laughed.

Celine pursed her lips but finally just laughed it off. They were never really going to drop it. For now they would just leave it alone. Harvey walked back with some drinks in his hand. He handed the beer over to Celine and she downed the drink desperately.

Even though there was quite a number of them she felt lonely, the only person she thought about was Rhyland. She could kick herself for doing so but she couldn’t help herself. They sat for a while just talking about things, at times
Celine would check her mobile, this only annoyed Harvey. It was an hour later, when she’d forgotten about checking her messages did a text come through.

Where are you?

Her heart skipped she smiled lightly.

At the Pub

Where I met you?

Yes

She looked around and caught Harvey staring at her.

‘What?’

‘Is it him?’

Harvey.’

‘Well is it?’

‘Who else could it be?’ Ava piped. ‘Everyone she knows is here.’

‘It could’ve been my mum.’

‘At eleven at night, hardly.’

Her phone buzzed again.

I’m coming to get you, stay right there.

K

She didn’t look up at her friends; instead she took a few big gulps of the beer. Half an hour later the handsome Rhyland showed up at the pub. Her heart did a double skip as she watched him walk towards her. He was in his business suit without a tie, his hair looked a little dishevelled but it made him look super cute.

‘Shall we?’ he whispered into her ear without acknowledging the rest of her friends.

‘Guys I’m going to have to go.’

Ava gave her an evil look, a look that said yeah right! But
Celine ignored it, wanted to be with him. Harvey on the other hand simply looked away and refused to acknowledge her goodbye. The rest of the group wasn’t bothered by it at all, they just waved goodbye and got back to their drinking session.

They walked to his car in silence. She felt excited and no shame came up with the whole deal. She was his whore, in plain and simple terms that was what she was but somehow she loved playing the role. The term didn’t sit right with her but that was what she was and she was going to keep with it for as long as he wanted her.

He opened the door to the Austin Martin and Celine hopped in. She’d never been in any of his cars before; it felt great and a little personal. She smiled over at him as he hopped into the driver’s side.

‘You alright babe?’ he asked as he started the engine.

‘Yes I’m fine thanks.’ She smiled.

‘Your friends don’t seem
too chuffed.’

‘Well it’s a long story.’

‘Hmmm, let me guess. The blond one wanted to be the centre of attention. She’s upset that just this once she wasn’t the one chosen.’

Celine
looked at him impressed.

‘The guy
, the one who didn’t acknowledge your departure, I’d say he has a crush on you or worse, he’s in love with you.’ He gazed at her briefly then back on the road.

‘I don’t know about that. He’s just my friend looking out for me. He’s worried.’

‘Worried, hmmm, maybe but he definitely has the hots for you. I don’t blame him, you’re beautiful.’ He put his hand on her leg and rubbed it gently.

Celine
felt her body loosen and take in the soft sensation.

‘Open up a little wider for me.’ He encouraged.

Celine opened her legs wider; Rhyland worked his way up her inner thighs until he reached the middle. She was warm and already moist when he got there.

‘Very nice!’ he said. ‘Just as happy as I am to see you.’

He slipped his hand into the panties and began to massage the little bush that had been shaped into a heart. He quickly withdrew for a moment just to change a gear down and then up again. When they began to cruise again his hand wiggled its way back to the moist centre.

‘Where are we going?’ she had to ask.

‘To one of my hotels.’

‘You have a hotel?’

‘Hotels! All over the world.’

She didn’t
realise how much money this man had but three thousand pounds was like pocket change to him. But to her it had begun to make a huge difference.

‘I
tend to stay in them quite often. I love the buzz of the crowd. Being in one of my houses is quiet and can get a little lonely.’

She nodded and whimpered at the same time.
Ryhland had begun to work his way into her wet hole. His finger dipped in and took her thick wet sleek onto it. He withdrew and fed it to her. She took in his finger deep into her mouth and licked it clean. Again his hand found her secret place and he dipped in and out allowing him to enjoy the wet sensation around his fingers. She panted and wiggled as he dug deep, twisting his fingers around the hole.

‘Let me hear you, you know I love to hear you.’ His voice was low and deep.

‘Yes, oh god yes!’

‘Say my name and say it like you want it really bad!’

‘Oh Rhyland, I want you, I want you so much!’

He smiled and gave it
to her a lot more, he added another finger bringing it to three. He twirled within the warm moist, pulling out and then pushing back in. She’d begun to drip with lust; the wetness began to slide down the side of her thighs.

‘You are so hot right now,’ he said. ‘So hot.’

The car turned into a hotel, his hands withdrew and quickly he fed it to her. Again she licked them clean.

‘You ready?’ he asked.

‘Yes, I’m ready.’ She smiled her heart did a little skip.

They got out of the car, he handed the key to a man at the entrance and he wheeled off the sports car.

‘Evening Logan,’ he said to the doorman.

‘Evening sir.’

He held out his arm and Celine threaded her arm through. He waved at the receptionists as they breezed past for the elevator. The elevator took them to the sixth floor that opened onto a penthouse suite. The room was luxurious with couches, a grand piano, a wide screen television. It had a king size bed with numerous pillows, a separate bathroom and shower. It was a home all in one. As the doors to the elevator shut, Rhyland drifted across the room and over to the tray of champagne. He eyed it, popped it opened and poured a glass for himself and Celine.

‘Welcome to my world.’ He handed her the bubbly.

‘I love it, I just love it.’ She buzzed as she looked around the huge suite.

He smiled and took her by the hand and led her towards the bed. The
re lay another short Santa suit. She giggled knowing very well what she had to do.

‘You must think I’m obsessed with Christmas.’

‘A little.’ She laughed.

‘I love Christmas, I think it’s the time people should forget about everything and just be jolly. My parents used to wake me up very early on Christmas mornings and then watch me as I opened my presents. It was the best time in the world but...’ He drifted of as if stuck in a memory.

‘But one day things changed. I mean for me at least. I always knew my father wasn’t right but one Christmas when I was sixteen I invited my then girlfriend.’

She watched
his face as it changed, it wasn’t anger but it was just lost, trapped in that memory.

‘I’ll never forget the look and the words he said.’ He took a sip of his drink. ‘They’d been so happy that I was bringing someone home until I brought her.’

‘Why what was wrong?’

‘My father wouldn’t even let her in the door.’

‘Why not?’

‘He said…’ He seemed a little upset by it all over again. ‘I will not have that black girl set foot in my house!’ He breathed heavily as if he was in that moment all over again. ‘He shut her out and I went with her but later that day when I returned my mother was black and blue all over her face again.
He said it was her fault that I liked that girl, that she’d made me soft. Like I said he was different.’ He drank the rest of the contents of the drink. ‘When I asked her what happened she said she’d clumsily bumped into the door. I mean that story had become old.’ He heaved.

Celine
watched him as he spoke, as he relived the terrible night.

‘There is nothing more I hate than a racist and an abuser.’ He looked at her and smiled. ‘But we don’t have to worry about that. Two years later after that, I took care of it and my Christmases have been great ever since.’

Celine didn’t understand the last part, he took care of it? Took care of what?

‘Now why don’t you go and put on that beauti
ful dress and give me the pleasure of unwrapping you.’ He hit her bum playfully and pointed for the bathroom.

She picked up the dress and walked in the direction of the bathroom. She stood at the door about to open it when she asked. ‘Where’s your father now?’

‘Dead,’ he said. ‘Now go and get dressed, I’m horny.’

Celine
stood in the bathroom wondering, she just couldn’t get rid of the words, took care of it. What did he mean? She had to get it out of her mind, he was waiting and besides it wasn’t like they were dating. She had no right to question him on it. All he had to do was fire her and find another woman to satisfy him. There would be many who would gladly take up that position.

She took off her clothes and squeezed into the little Santa dress and tied the big red
bow around her waist. She slid on the Santa hat then proceeded back to the room. He lay naked on the bed resting his head on his hand turned towards the bathroom.

‘Look at you.’ He beamed. ‘So beautiful… just stand there for a moment.’

Celine stood there just feeling beautiful and stunning in his eyes. It was an odd feeling. She was being paid to do this and yet she felt amazingly loved, but it wasn’t love was it. It was entertainment, entertainment for Rhyland. And during that time she just had to pretend that he was hers, for that time he was hers. Everything dropped away including the thought about his father.

‘Have you taken the panties off?’ he asked.

She nodded, there was no point keeping them on.

‘Show me.’

She lifted her dress and showed him her bare front.

‘Nice.’ He got up and made his way over to her. He stood above her gazing down at her beautiful dark chocolate face.

He moved closer, lifted her chin so that their lips met and he kissed her. It wasn’t just any kiss, it was the kiss. It was passionate it had meaning and it took her breath away, but it was short lived. He stepped back and laughed gently but not taking his eyes off her. He stood and just admired her as if admiring a painting.
