I must say, this book was a challenge to put together. For me, the middle of this book is where
the story originally began.

hen I reread what I had
originally written, things had
changed, big time!
A lot of tweaking was needed
,
but I believe
that
it’s a better story now.

Getting to know Laney and Oliver, along with Carter and the others has been necessary to get
to this point in the story. And
oddly enough, a lot of the characters have take
n
on lives of their own which has created a lot more work for me to make sure that what is said and
what
we’re learning in this book and future books does not mess with their back stories. Felix, Carter, and Amber have all become more than I would have ever expected. Their backgrounds have changed which causes futures to change
,
and I love the stories that are growing to life
and I look forward to sharing them with you.
