She gulped at the thought of seeing Calder nearly nude and shirtless again in her living room. And then, Jessie thought of him holding her and wiping down her “heaving bosom” with his t-shirt crumpled in his hands.

God, I’m horrible. I just got marked by your brother and now I’m inviting you over for the night? When did I become this desperate?

“Um, sounds like a date...uh, I mean a plan. Yeah, a plan,” Jessie smacked her hand against her forehead.

Calder laughed and the low sexy tone of his voice made her skin prickle. “Trust me, I’ll show you a good time you won’t forget.”

He then hung up before she could utter goodbye.

Maisie flashed an evil grin while rubbing her hands together.

“Sounds like we need to buy more wine...” she snickered.

Chapter Eight

M
aisie poured Jessie and Calder both a glass of wine as the three of them stood in her bedroom. Jessie stared at Calder’s strong back as he made long neat strokes. Worst of all, her room looked like a cat-tornado stormed right through.

“So, I want to know more about how the mystery girl came to Bayside,” Calder looked over to me and reached up to paint another stroke. “You don’t say much about yourself. You’re quiet.”

She pursed her lips.
Hmmm
. Let’s see. What should I say?
Can’t mention the fact that your brother screwed me so hard it still hurts...

“My life’s not that interesting really. If anyone’s keeping secrets, why it’s you, Calder McCall. You talk so little about your family, where you came from and I barely know who you are,” Jessie confessed fishing for answers.

What she really wanted to see was the tiger beast that she knew lay buried deep inside him.

Calder prowled behind her before handing me his paint brush. As she bend a little forward Jessie can feel my her graze his crotch.

Wicked thoughts came whizzing into my head again.
God, I want to know what it feels like for him to shamelessly grab me.
This time when Jessie dropped the paint brush back in its pail, she avoided a disaster. She took a sip of her wine trying not to stand too awkwardly. Suddenly, her red wine splashed in the middle of his pants.

NO. WAY.

Extremely profane words started flying out of her mouth.

“Damn! Calder, I’m such a klutz...I’m so sorry.”

Calder nodded slowly giving his lips a savory lick. He had a savage look in his yellow eyes. His nose sniffed the air. Wanting to catch a whiff of Jessie’s scent.

“Just admit it. You spilled it on purpose...”

Jessie’s jaw hung low and she fumed at how he could
ever
accuse her of such a thing. She felt so hopelessly humiliated that her pulse ran hot and her blood throbbed right to the tips of her fingers.

“Please, believe me Calder. I didn’t mean to do this.”

Calder smiled. “You’re too easy. I’m just trying to get under your skin a bit, Jess.”

Turns out Calder McCall is just as much as a prankster as his brother.

Figures.

“Well, if you think you’re so funny. What about
THIS
!”

She scooped up paint with my brush and streaked it onto his face, grinning like a five year old.

“Oh, I see how you’re going to play it,” Calder growled. He scooped up paint with both of his hands and abruptly poured it over my hair. Jessie stomped her foot frustrated, and now she had to get some major payback.

“Wait what are you doing with that whole bucket of paint?” Calder asked. It suddenly dawned on him that the he started a fight he couldn’t finish.

A hurl of paint gushes all over him, and Jessie cupped my mouth trying my best to control my fit of giggles.

Calder charged at her and toppled Jessie back on her bed. Drops of deep green paint dribbled down his thick unruly dark hair and his fingers. We both looked into each other’s eyes, and with each passing second, she agonized over wanting him to just touch her. Calder’s hands ran down her body as he slowly started to unfasten her jeans.

Jessie panicked.

“Maisie’s in the other room...”

“You better keep quiet then...” he whispered on the curve up her hips as he ripped my pants further down my calves.

Christ!
The lights are still on. Jessie poked Calder on his shoulder as he lowered himself between her thighs. She pushed back, and he only pulled her full hips
right back
up to his mouth.

No. no. no. no.
I’ve only had sex in the dark or somewhere dark-ish. I didn’t want to be seen stretch marks and all.

“Stop!” she begged him.

“I won’t stop until your clit is sore,” Calder breathed with a devious smile.

Jessie jerked back when he pressed his tongue at the very top of her mound. She moaned as he plunged in deep, circling the outside of her soaking wet lips with his tongue. The wet paint on his fingers streaked over Jessie’s skin. The way Calder manhandled her hips felt less brutal than Taj.

It’s like he knew how to be sweet and sinful at the same time. It felt good to sink into Calder’s embrace. He firmly widened my legs, caressing my white creamy skin before licking me even deeper this time.

“You taste
so
good...” he growled.

Her breath shortens as she watched him lap her up eagerly while gazing into my eyes. Calder’s rapid tongue traced along Jessie’s folds, and she arched up her back while she desperately grabbing his thick paint-drenched hair.

“That’s it, Jess.
Drench me
,” he ordered.

When she flopped back, Calder gave her swollen red pussy a rest. Jessie squirmed when he sucked her tender nipples into his warm mouth. Two fingers slipped inside her and Calder finger fucked her hard as he teased her nipples with his tongue. Her hands rubbed up against his ripped abs and golden tanned skin.

Calder stood up full length and licked off Jessie’s pussy juice clean off of his fingers. Once he undid his belt, he shoved his jeans down his legs. That’s when she got a full glimpse of his huge rigid cock.

Calder grinned and began running his rough hands up the sides of her body.

THE SCAR!

Jessie panicked. If Calder felt the scar, then he’d know another tiger marked her. She smiled earing his hands back up to my breasts. Calder greedily closed his mouth around Jessie’s nipple again. When he stopped sucking, he took his cock in his hand and edged past her lips and into my sopping wet cunt.

Jessie felt so stretched that she thought she might tear. Calder kissed her against her neck. Dripping sweat smudged against Jessie’s cheek. His face flushed bright red as he gouged my pussy with his big cock. She held him close, hearing him groan against her ear.

Our paint covered bodies slipped against one another as she grinded herself against his meaty cock. Calder strained to glide deeper inside me. He thrusted between my legs, harder and harder, knowing that he’d almost sent me over the edge.

“Don’t stop,” Jessie exhaled.

Calder fucked her faster and she could see his muscles flexing under his skin. She felt herself coming to the edge of bliss and grabbed hold of his tight ass.

His hands started to slip again, but he was too slow to stop it this time.

She moaned feeling his warm come pulse inside me before opening my eyes. His fingers traced the scar, and she bit onto her bottom lip.

“You’ve been
marked
?” He asked with an accusing look in gaze. “Why didn’t you tell me?”

Chapter Nine

E
verything Jessie feared blew up in her face. Being a cheater was something completely new for her.
Why did I have to listen to my clearly psycho best friend?
She just wanted to live a little dangerously. Clearly, danger has its consequences. Calder rose up naked glancing furiously out the window. She didn’t know what to say. And saying sorry wasn’t an option.

“Calder, it’s not what you think. Taj came over to give me surfing lessons...and then it started raining and...” Jessie clenched the covers trying hard to explain.

“He’s my brother. He and I share the same tastes...” Calder looked down at her with his dark eyes.

A sickness ate at the pit of Jessie’s stomach. She had become the worst thing she hated.

Her lying ass dead beat father.

“He’s going to try the moonlight trek up the beach,” Calder said sliding his pants on. “That’ means we have to stop him tonight.”

Jessie raised my brows.

Tonight
? Tonight?” I asked thinking that given how angry Calder was, he wasn’t quite thinking clearly.

Calder strode to the other side of his room and grabbed his brown leather coat, hanging on the side of the sofa and picked up his paint. A deep groan of anger rumbled in his broad chest.

“Wh-where are you going?” Jessie asked slipping of the side of her bed.

“I’m going to go kick the living
shit
out of my Taj...”

Gulp.

E
ven in the dark of night shifters caught waves on the beach. Jessie looked to a surfer banking on the waves. Taj stood right on top of the water with his muscled arms stretched out at his sides. The mighty wave crashed down on the waters, and with long strides, Taj paddled towards the shore.

A furious Calder parked hard and launched out of the car, making a path right towards Taj.

Oh, this is all your fault Jessie...

“I’ve been looking everywhere for you
asshole
. I know what you did!” Calder roared into the night with clenched fists.

Taj turned with his dirty blonde wet hair slicked back behind his ears.

The golden-eyed surfer heartthrob chuckled. “I wasn’t gonna bring this up, but you’re no match for her. Not like me.”

Calder’s golden copper-golden eyes burned aglow with rage. “Look, if you want her. You’ll have to get through me first.”

Taj cocked his head to the side. “You need to relax. If the two of us brawl-I’ll win. Like I always do.”

“Go ahead, I’d like to see you try...” Calder seethed.

Both of his Calder’s large hands hit the sand, after he slammed forward. Calder’s dark unruly hair grew long all down his neck. And his clenched jaw erupted into sharp teeth and the muzzle of a tiger. Jessie watched helplessly as Taj shifted too. A deep growl escaped from Taj’s snarling mouth. Jessie felt terrified, but a little intrigued.

You mean these to beefcakes are jousting over me? Wait, they could actually kill each other!

Calder roared hot breath with his sharp fangs exposed. He swiped at Taj’s throat, but Taj pivoted fast by crouching down on all fours.

“See, I can still beat you at something,” Taj deeply laughed.

“I’m gong to rip out your throat,” Calder grunted.

God, I have to stop this!

Calder pounced on top of Taj, pinning his brother underneath him Calder had a fire burning eyes. A blood thirst.

Taj roared in pain as his older brother raked his claws on back.

“CUT IT THE FUCK OUT!” she screeched.

Taj and Calder paused, as if Jessie had stopped space and time, and stared at her breathing hard and tired.

“Don’t do this over me. I don’t want to be the one thing that breaks the bond between you two. I know what that’s like, okay. I’ve lived through—it’s ugly. My father left my mother and me and our lives were never the same. You two are brothers. You two are family...” Jessie exhaled. Her hot breath could be seen in the cold air.

Slowly, Calder let Taj free from his weight and his flaring golden eyes grew dim as he shifted back into human form. Jessie rushed over to Taj’s aid and pressed her hand against his gash.

“If you don’t want to see us brawl, you’re gonna have to decide...” Taj bellowed.

“Which one? Him? Or, me?”

Chapter Ten

T
elling Maisie the truth about the people in Bayside was the hardest part. At first she was shocked and then she found it quote “kinda sorta sexy...”

Same old Maisie.

I looked at the edge of the blue water crashing on the sand. I wasn’t ready to leave this place, but it was time for me to go. My mind was anxious all night about who I wanted to choose.
Could I even choose?
As fearful as I was, I finally made my decision.

My two alphas and I sat on a porch, expecting to hear an answer.

“I’m not choosing. It’s either we can all be together—or, I’m skipping out and going home with Maisie...”

Maisie grabbed my suitcase as Calder, Taj and I all sat on the porch. Calder had his hand draped around my shoulder while Taj had his had resting on my thigh.

“You know, Jess. I’ve got plenty of room. Why don’t you stay with me?” Calder asked me, whispering into my ear.

“He means stay with us,” Taj grunted.

I never truly considered it. I’d never had a guy ask for me to move in with him—let alone two!

Maisie pursed her lips and then pulled me up from between them. She sped walked like a demon all the way to the beach. Well out of earshot of Calder and Taj.

“Ow! Holy hell! What is wrong with you?” I asked.

“I’m trying to knock some sense into you, ok. I know we’re best friends. And no matter what, that’s never going to change. But dammit! You better not ruin your one shot at real love because of me,” She said and then punched me in the shoulder.

I looked back at both of the McCall brothers just sitting there, waiting for me.

Then I turned back to my best friend feeling more feeble than ever.

“I love you.” I told her.

Maisie simply smiled and hugged me again.

“I’ll be back. I promise,” she told me.

She then walked to the idling cab, ready to take her back to the city. Maisie swung open the door, lowered her shades over her eyes and hopped inside.

I waved one more time as the cab sped off.

I looked at the two manly tigers sitting on my porch ready to take me to my new home. For the longest time, I thought I was alone. But now I realized, I finally had a family.
