all gonna attack me. You forfeit the win for lying. It’s over.” He glanced at

I shrugged, looking sheepish. “You were
gonna die, Gerry. You should thank me for saving your ass.”

He took a step, grimacing.
“Ouch…shit.”

“You need help.”

“Yeah. Come here, you little

I wrapped my arm around his back, and
he groaned. “I didn’t know I could do that. It was kinda cool, huh?”

“You’re just full of surprises.” He
limped as he walked.

“I guess I can add demon from hell to

“We need an ambulance,” said Renee.

Gerry reached for his clothing,
although he groaned with each movement. “You bastards got what you asked for.
Clean yourself up. There’ll be a meeting tomorrow morning. Now that this
bullshit is over with, we got business to attend to.” He blinked through droplets
of blood. “Are you getting that?”

Mila wiped her face with a t-shirt.
“Yeah, Gerry. We get it.”

“Not good enough. Yeah, Gerry what?”

“Yes, packmaster.”
