Nutrient logic is most effective when you stick to a perfect diet. But who can do that all the time? I'll be damned if I can find healthy food (all-natural healthy fats, protein, and low-glycemic carbs) when traveling. Supplements that shouldn't cost more than $10.00 often carry slick labels, false claims, and a sixty-dollar price tag. Feeling discouraged is easy when you're faced with a dizzying array of contradictory advice and expensive “solutions.” How can you find the “right” supplements for yourself in all this chaos?

THE “RIGHT” SUPPLEMENTS

It may be hard to believe that you can find the “right” supplement at Wal-Mart or practically any other retailer. Advancements in natural product chemistry and manufacturing have made it easy for supplement companies to produce and distribute scientifically sound, inexpensive supplements. The “right” supplement is just around the corner.

Now that you know where to find the “right” supplement, you need to figure out which supplement is best for you. Of course, you'll want

  • The right supplement should be backed by science and years of successful use.
