Nathaniel’s mumbled, “Thank you, Mel” was lost against Tess’s mouth.

Tess felt his heat and need hard and fast. Her body, already primed to take his, gushed with cream as soon as he touched her. Now it was sharp. With his mouth moving down her body to her breast it was everything she could do not to scream when he took her nipple into his mouth, even as he slid his fingers deep into her.

When his mouth moved to her belly his tongue swirled in her navel. The sensation was

amazing and she could feel it race more hot blood to her already overheated pussy.

“Please, Nathaniel. I need you. My body is on fire for yours. Please? We can take our time the next time. Not now.”

“I don’t know if there will ever be a time when I don’t need you quick. Christ, the way you smell makes me hurt to be inside of you.” He nibbled again before he shifted. “Roll over. I want to pound your sweet pussy from behind and fuck you until you scream.”

Tess rolled over when Nathaniel moved to his knees. When she was on her own knees and

her ass high, legs apart, he entered her with his fingers.

“Hot and wet. I want to lick you, but I know that if I start tasting you I won’t want to quit. I need to feel you tighten around me, milk my cock hard when you come.”

“Please, Nathaniel. I need you now. Fuck me, please?”

Before she could finish begging he slammed deep into her. Her scream ripped from her

throat as she came. Her climax tore through her so quickly she had no time to appreciate his holding back while she came.

“Again. I need to come again. Please come with me, fill me with your cum.”

As he pulled out to near the tip of his cock he leaned forward and bit her shoulder. Another climax, quick and hard, punched through her. When Nathaniel reached around and pulled on her clit as he rocked hard into her she felt another one building.

“You’re fertile, Tess. I can feel it in you. Your body is telling me it’s ready to receive me.

When we come, this time together, I’m going to fill you with my seed. I want to fill your belly with our child. Will you accept, Tess? Will you let me give you our child?”

When he rocked into her again she knew that she wanted his child, their child. So when he pulled to the tip again she told him so. “Fill me, Master Knight. Give me your seed.”

His cock slammed into her again and again. Each time he touched her deep, touched her

womb. With his roar of release, she went with him. Her body pulled and tightened around his with each jerk of his cock.

Finally, when she could no longer stay upright on her knees, she collapsed, bringing him with her. Even as she drifted to sleep sated and relaxed she thought of the babe they had just created and smiled. She was no longer the last of her kind.

Nathaniel woke in the empty bed. He was a little disappointed at first until he reached out to find her. She was with her men, running them through their drills.

“You should have stayed here. I had plans for your delicious body. First I was going to wake you with my face buried between your legs. I meant to drink from you until you filled me as I filled you. Then I…Tess? Fuck, your men… they know that I need you because you’re not here.”

He felt her laughter first. “Yes. They can feel what you do to me. And if there are several hundred babies born nine months from this day I will not be surprised. I’m coming home, but you need to get your lazy ass out of bed from now on. I couldn’t wake you.”

“That’s because you wore me out. Come home now and I’ll make it worth your while.”

“We have a meeting with the queen. You come here. You’ve totally ruined my men for any more work today so we might as well get this over with. You can shift or fly and I’ll be waiting.”

Nathaniel was there in ten minutes. He might have been sooner, but he was still getting used to the wings thing. He smiled down at her when she reached up and pulled grass from his hair.

“The ground jumped up and hit me when I was flying along minding my own business. I

tried to fight it off, but there was no stopping it.”

“Sure there was. I think you should practice getting around more for now. Draco said he’d help you. And your sword is finished.”

They went to the blacksmith first. The man had been so honored to make his sword that he’d had to ask Tess about it later. He was humbled by her response.

“There are only five people in the realm that can make swords. The Wallace family, the man who did this for you, have been making them for centuries. Sherman, Mel’s pervious mate, had had his sons put into the prison for what Sherman deemed their fault. The sword had not wanted him to own it.”

“Excuse me? The sword didn’t want Sherman to own it?” He looked at the small smithy

where he had gotten his sword made. “Magic. It’s all about magic here. I’ll have to get used to that. So he had the sons put into the dungeon. Then what?”

“Then Wallace could no longer make swords for the realm. You asking him to make yours

was a great honor to him and his family. He will no longer be made to feel the failure. You have restored his faith in himself.”

By the time they reached the castle Nathaniel was feeling very good. He had a life vastly different than the one before, and his mate. Smiling, he thought he could get used to this. When they entered the personal chambers of the king and queen Nathaniel was whistling.

“This is just a formality. I want to offer you both the job of commanding my fae. Once you accept, you will both have a mark, a sigil that signifies you as such. Do you accept?

They had talked about it and both agreed they would. The sigil, the mark of the king and queen of Molavonta and Avalone combined, would be branded into their skin forevermore.

Nodding their acceptance, both Mel and Shamus stepped forward and touched them with the ceremonial dagger. The brand was painless and beautiful.

The sigil would be on each of their children until they reached the age of maturity and would be able to decide then if this was the path they wished to take. Then the mark would be either removed or left in place depending on the answer.

The crossed claymores were in vivid detail and full of color. The Tree of Life, just behind the swords, was the mark of the queen. It too was alive with color. And anyone who saw the mark would know that they were under the protection of the queen and king. Harm against them or their family meant certain death.

Tess and Nathaniel left the castle to begin their lives as mates, never to leave the realm again without the expressed permission of the monarchs. Life had a way of making such rules obsolete.
