His skillful tongue teased me endlessly. He paused and then I felt something different and odd caressing me. At first he let it stroke me ever so lightly. All around my wet cunt the lush softness of what I realized was a strawberry caressed me. It was plump and cold as Alex rubbed it on my clit. My body and mind silently begged for more. Once he’d teased me with the strawberry, he stopped and then I felt it go inside of me slightly. The softness of the fruit and the wet desire of my own cunt made me cry out.

“Yes, you like that, I see.” He pulled it out and stuck it up against me and then I felt his cold mouth devour me. He licked, sucked, and dove into me, eating the strawberry and moaning as he did it. The orgasm convulsed through me as every muscle in my body stiffened. Alex took another strawberry and stuck it against me again as I continued to claw at the bed and him. The orgasm would not stop as he began to eat it out of me. His tongue dove into me, circling my clit. A wet thumb pushed inside my most intimate part and sent an uncontrollable wave through me. I was nearly out of my mind as Alex coaxed me to come again.

“That’s it. Your cunt tastes so good. Come again and then I’m going to be inside you. I want you to come all over my face. Come on baby, let it go.” Every inch of his tongue lovingly licked and kissed me. I thought I would black out.

“I can’t come anymore, Alex,” I cried out.

“You can and you will. I love watching the orgasm go through your body and hearing you beg. I love how you squeeze me tight with your thighs.” He sucked on me and another orgasm built up and took over my being.

“Fuck me, Alex,” He uncovered my eyes, and then took a big sip of champagne. His face was slick from me. His lips were swollen, red, and wet. His eyes were darker than they had been in a long time. The Alex I needed and loved was back and then some.

“Get your shirt off, Alex, and put your cock in me. I need you inside me,” I said, as I rolled around the bed. I wanted him naked, and I wanted every warm inch of his body.

I watched him take off his shirt, now stained with strawberry juice.

“Keep your legs apart baby. Let me look at you lying there wanting me. Touch yourself, Prudence. Let me watch you touch your pussy.” He laid next to me and watched me do as he’d asked.

“You want me inside you, don’t you? You need me?”

“Yes, Alex, please. I want you so fucking bad.”

He climbed between my legs, and I felt his tip on my wetness. I tried to push him in.

He moved his hand, looked at my swollen, throbbing sex before he grabbed me by my hips, and pulled me up to straddle his waist. I loved having my legs wrapped around him, facing him, and looking into his eyes. I sat down on top of him, taking him fully inside me. He held me tightly against him as we rocked back and forth to our own rhythm.

“I love it like this. I’m so deep inside you.” He was out of breath.

I didn’t want to come again. I didn’t think I could. This was his turn. I held onto his shoulders and he flipped me on my back and began to pump into me. Sweat covered our bodies as I clenched him tighter inside me. His hips slammed into me as he called out my name.

“Prudence.” He came hard and fell on top of me. Neither of us wanted to move.

It was one of those sleepless nights and we didn’t get out of bed until the next morning.

Needless to say, strawberries are my new favorite fruit.

Chapter 19

As the year sped on, so did the primaries. Alex took the lead early on, as the Democratic hopeful. That meant more work and more campaigning. He was out on the road all the time. Since our time in Hyannis, we made it a point to spend at least one day alone together. I flew to be with him in cities I had never heard of before. I didn’t care, since I had cut back my hours at my law practice. Thomas passed the bar exam and took over many of my cases. He and Bruce were trying to adopt a baby, and it put him on the straight and narrow fast. They bought a home near us. He was doing an excellent job, and with my connections and Alex’s, his clients were high-end politicians and businessmen. I could trust him and had decided it was time for me to back off from the office and spend more time with Alex.

Veena and Mark were engaged and could not be happier. I was close to Prudy. She wasn’t related to me, but I was bound and determined to instill in her the fire I had. I was doing a good job and aggravating Veena by encouraging Prudy’s love for designer clothes and boots.

After the holidays, we got closer to the Iowa caucus. Iowa was what we needed to keep going. If Alex couldn’t win, the plans were over. He received campaign backing from big businesses, and with those funds he bought a tour bus with his name on the side. The bus was magnificent, and he and I practically lived in it for two years. We took the bus everywhere, and Iowa was no exception. If Alex won Iowa, he was pretty much a shoo-in. Iowa was where we determined whether Alex’s message had an impact on voters. I was so proud of him. My man was on his way to the presidency. Next stop was New Hampshire. Mark wrote speeches like a madman and Alex delivered them like a professional. Every city was the site of a new speech and was accompanied by a new rise in the polls. The news was crazy about this hot, young senator from Virginia. He was compared to Kennedy more and more as he rose in the polls and became a household name. Alex cast himself as the underdog against the Republican good ‘ole boy network, looking for a shot at the White House. He talked up his experience in foreign policy, which was something the opponent couldn’t do.

For the next year, I don’t think we were home much. We took Beckett on the road and he became a celebrity. The people loved our giant old St. Bernard, and Beckett adored the attention. We had the bus to ourselves at night because our bedroom was the one place we could be alone and be together. I don’t think we made it to Hyannis the whole year. Our life involved visiting town after town, winning primaries and giving speeches. I loved life and loved my husband.

Alex Conrad, age forty-five, and possibly the leader of the country, was deep inside me giving me more pleasure than I could stand. We were on the campaign bus, in our room alone. I’d wanted him all day. I’d kept giving him hints by brushing by him and letting my hand touch his cock or his ass. He knew what I wanted, and as soon as everyone stepped off the bus and went to their hotel room, he gave it to me.

“Alex, you fuck me like a man half your age. It feels so good.” I rocked back and forth, taking him inside me.

“You make me feel like I’m twenty, Prudence. Oh, squeeze me, baby. Fuck, that’s what I love.”

I loved being on top of him, looking down at his beautiful face in the dim light. The only light in our room came from the clock by the bed and the nightlight by the door. His hands ran up my thighs, barely touching me, yet my nerves tingled.

“You’re throbbing,” he said.

“I’ve ached for you all day.”

I reached behind me and stroked his balls. He moaned as he kissed me. He grew bigger inside me. Any second, both of us would reach orgasm. He seemed to sense this when his wet finger rubbed my clit, sending an orgasm crashing through my core. My legs tightened around his waist, and arching my back, I clenched him with my cunt. I yelled his name as I threw my head back.

“Talk to me, baby. I’m almost there,” he whispered.

“Alex, come inside me. You make me so wet, baby. Listen to how wet you make me.”

In seconds, I was filled with him as he pumped over and over into me with his head grinding into the pillow.

I lay across his dewy skin and caught my breath.

“You are going to make one hell of a first lady.”

“You’re going to make one hell of a president. I can’t wait to do this to you in the Oval Office and Lincoln’s bedroom.” There was a noise in the front of the bus.

“I sure as hell hope no one is on the bus with us, Prudence. Did you hear anyone out there?”

“No,” I whispered and started laughing. “How embarrassing. They heard everything we did, Alex. Go see who it is.”

He put on his T-shirt and boxers and opened the door a crack.

“Who’s out there?” he yelled.

I heard the laugh I had heard a million times before at our house, and I knew immediately.

“What the hell, Mark? Are you some kind of pervert? You sick fuck.” Alex tried not to laugh, but neither Mark nor I could hold it in.

“Talk to me, baby. I’m almost there. Holy fuck. I heard the possible president of the United States get off.” He held his stomach and doubled over.

“I’m going to beat the shit out of you,” Alex said, charging after him. He grabbed him by the throat and pretended to strangle him. Mark was still laughing.

“You must have a magic dick, Alex. Jesus Christ.”

I threw on my clothes and came out to watch them.

“I’m going to de-nut this little fucker,” Alex said. They laughed and wrestled in the little sitting area of the bus.

“What the hell are you doing in here, besides the obvious? If you’re looking for pointers in the bedroom, all you have to do is ask.” Alex took a bottle of water out of the fridge.

“I came back in to grab your itinerary and I kept saying ‘I’m in here. I’m in here,’ but you were in the throes of passion. I tried to run out as fast as I could, I swear,” he said with a smile.

“If you want a job when I’m elected president, if you live to see the day, you’d better not tell anyone what you heard in here tonight. I swear I will kill you in your sleep,” said Alex, trying to be tough.

Mark raised his hands. “Your orgasm is safe with me. I swear I wouldn’t want anyone to know what I heard. Prudence, I’m sorry. It was an accident.”

“I know, Mark. It isn’t the first time you’ve walked in on us. It is no big deal.” I kissed him on the cheek and he blushed.

“Prudence, don’t tell me where those lips have been,” he said.

“Shut up, you idiot. You wish. You’d better get the hell out of here,” said Alex, as he stood up to walk Mark out. They both laughed.

The next morning we headed back out on the campaign trail. They introduced his new campaign song. He’d wanted to keep the old one but after much convincing, Mark and I made him give it up and use
Dreams
by Van Halen. We were retiring it as “our” personal song. The history the song gave us was one we would never forget. This was the start of him traveling around the country, showing the people he was young, virile, and ready to take on the world. I left for a little while to help Thomas on a huge case and planned to meet Alex in Ohio. He had to take Ohio, and take it early. I wasn’t worried. I knew he would. My old hometown.

We pulled into the small town of Geneva early one morning. Everyone on the bus was starving. Alex was no exception, and had seen a quaint little restaurant off in the distance. The aroma of bacon and coffee hit when the door opened. The place was tiny inside, with a few tables up front and a couple in the back. Nothing fancy like the Blue Basil, but Alex seemed to enjoy it even more. It was funny watching the people recognize him and want to speak to him. This was what he lived for: to be with the people. He loved to sit with someone who didn’t know him and strike up a conversation. Of course, Alex took the tables up front and sat with some of the people who already eating. The waitress was in full swoon mode when he walked in with his CONRAD hat, worn-out jeans and designer sweater. The Sugar Shack was run by all women; he received plenty of attention when he walked in. He was in his glory as the women waited on him like a king. He was given the biggest plate of eggs, bacon, and hash browns I had ever seen. He paid for everyone’s breakfast in the place at the time. His coffee cup was never empty, and by the time he left, I think they had named an omelet after him.

“That, Prudence, was my kind of place,” he said. He was tired, full, and needed to rest before his big speech in Columbus. I went shopping with a few campaign workers and left him alone. His debate was against his opponent and longtime friend, Governor Phillips. It would be his first real debate one-on-one. He wasn’t nervous at all and knew what he was doing. He’d practiced with the guys on the bus obsessively. He’d also studied Governor Phillips for months and listened to his speeches to pick up on things the other man said and things he didn’t say. Alex and Mark constantly had mock debates. The biggest thing he had to work on was his nervous body language. Whenever he got worked up, he ran his hands through his hair.

This first debate between the two tested the waters. We knew Alex could give powerful speeches, and we knew he had the charisma to be the next president. The question was whether he could hold his own during a heated debate. This was to be the first of three, and I was more nervous than anyone. The voters were looking for anything that showed weakness. Avoiding questions, inconsistencies, and overall appeal would all be looked at during the debate. When Alex hit the stage, he looked every bit a politician in his Gucci suit. I sat in the audience next to Mark and held my breath. Governor Phillips took this opportunity to bring up our past. We were prepared for it. The governor kept trying to rattle Alex’s chain with comments about me being sixteen when Alex was thirty-three. He questioned whether Alex had dated my mom while in love with her daughter. Alex didn’t flinch, and neither did I. One of his oldest friends had turned on him within minutes of the start of the debate. I could see the hurt and the fire to win in Alex’s eyes.

“Senator Conrad, is it true you were in love with your current wife when she was sixteen years old? And at the same time you dated her mother, a prostitute and drug user?” asked Phillips.

There was a pause and Alex looked down to gather his thoughts.

“Well, I knew this would be brought up, but I didn’t think it would be brought up by one of my longtime friends. You and I, Governor Phillips, have vacationed together, golfed together, and spent holidays together. I didn’t think it would be you to bring up this absurdity. You have spent time with Prudence and me, and you know what we have is nothing but genuine. Yes, I met my wife when she was sixteen. I was sent by her family to get her from her drug-addicted mother. No, I wasn’t dating her mother. We were old family friends and her grandmother trusted me to bring Prudence back. I failed because I was shot while trying to save her from a life of pain and suffering.
