I put the note in between Toby’s and Tory’s heads, so it would be easily found once they woke up, and I headed down stairs.

I signed to Woods who spoke the words so Luke would know what I was saying.

“You’re not going alone.” Luke said.

We are coming with you. Tell us everything.”

I told them about the conversation I had had with Blain earlier. I even told them what I’d done to the trips so I would be able to get away. They both laughed, but it was not a joyous sound.

“They are going to go ape-shit when they wake up to find you gone.” Woods said.

‘I left them a note, and Jordan will be able to track me when he gets to a computer, so you’ll be able to find me.’
