was still. He was puzzled, but when no further movements came, no shadow crossed his mind, he decided it must have been an earth tremor. Moments later a shadow passed over the moon. He looked up to see a large, winged, reptilian shape gliding across the bright discus in the sky above the city. KERROWW! came the affectionate sound, from the mouth of this creature passing by. KERROWW! KERROWW! Soldier, the mother of a dragon, allowed himself a smile.
